Meghan Stoops is a Registered Dietitian and licensed Nutritionist with a bachelorโ€™s in Dietetics from San Diego State University. Meghan developed an interest in dietetics early on through her own personal struggles with nutrition misinformation. As a young adolescent, she grappled with poor body image that resulted in frequent restrictive dieting. This behavior eventually led to an anxiety disorder that left her feeling out of control. Meghan began doing her own research, which sparked her passion for nutrition and itโ€™s impact on our physical and mental health. She developed a love for the healing powers of food. Today, she takes take a non-diet, all-foods-fit approach to nutrition. She is devoted to teaching others that eating healthy does not mean restriction or sacrifice. Healthy looks different for each person and choosing to be healthy does not have to be complicated.
