FAQ

Which lifestyle is right for me?

Your lifestyle decisions should be designed to fit your personal needs. Our goal is to share interesting insights and recommendations to help you improve your overall fitness. We find that the full compilation of insights is more valuable than any individual recommendation. You may choose to mix and match different lifestyle components from specialists in each area. For example, you may prefer the supplement stack of a biohacker and the workout routine of a highly disciplined athlete.

Do you recommend the products and routines mentioned in the profiles?

We don’t make any direct recommendations. Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to make your own decisions. There is no “one size fits all” approach to health and fitness. Some individuals swear by the vegan diet while others advocate low carb diets. Similarly, some individuals don’t believe in the use of supplementation while others swear by it. It’s up to you to find out what works best for you.

How is the research compiled?

We scour the web for every bit of research we can find. This includes articles, interviews, podcasts, videos and more. Our goal is to take an overwhelming amount of scattered information and compile it into a simple resource.

How do you choose which information to include in the profiles?

We built Fitness Clone to satiate our own curiosity. We’ve always been interested in the lifestyle choices of successful people. “Fitness” refers to the state of being “fit” in a broader perspective – physically, mentally, and emotionally. We provide information that relates to this definition of “fit,” including diets, workout regiments, supplements, and unique lifestyle choices.

How accurate is the information?

We recognize that the information provided is only as valuable as it is accurate. We do our best to filter inaccurate resources, myths, and rumors. When possible, we like to get information directly from the source (i.e. an interview with the person being profiled). If you find any information you believe to be inaccurate, please contact us.

How do you choose who to profile?

Simply put, we profile anyone who takes an unique, purposeful approach to lifestyle design. We believe that there is a lot to learn from a wide-range of characters. Biohackers can teach us about cutting-edge supplementation, athletes can teach us about effective workout regiments, and nutritional experts can teach us about proper diets. We don’t limit our research to a defined avatar. If we’re missing information on a unique individual, reach out to our team so we can build a new profile.
