manna liposomal multivitamin review

There are hundreds of multivitamins out there. And with so many, it can be hard to know which one to pick.

Unfortunately, we know of many multivitamin products that simply aren’t worth buying, either because they don’t use good doses, fail to have quality ingredients, or have potentially harmful side effects.

With that said, there are plenty of good multivitamins out there. And one supplement that may be particularly beneficial is Manna Liposomal Multivitamin.

In this Manna Liposomal Multivitamin review, we’ll tell you all about the ingredients, doses, absorption technology, pricing, and everything else you need to know to see if it’s right for you.

About Manna Liposomal Multivitamin

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin is made and produced by Manna, a supplement company that has produced a variety of additional products, many of which we have reviewed.

Other Manna Reviews:

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin is advertised as the ideal multivitamin supplement for anyone who needs to fill in nutritional gaps and optimize their wellness.

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin

This supplement also stands out from others in a few ways. First, Manna Liposomal Multivitamin uses Nanofuse® liposomal technology, which they say greatly enhances the absorption of every vitamin and mineral in it.

Second, Manna Liposomal Multivitamin claims to use superior forms of their vitamins and minerals so you can actually receive their health benefits, rather than simply passing them out as waste.

And third, this multivitamin comes in a delicious liquid form, so no more giant pills that are hard to swallow or give a bad aftertaste!

Lastly, in addition to vitamins and minerals, Manna Liposomal Multivitamin contains various superfruit extracts to deliver even greater benefits for antioxidant support and overall wellness.

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin Benefits

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin claims to provide you with several health benefits:

  • Boosted Energy
  • Stronger Immune System
  • Healthy Aging Support
  • Better Mood & Daily Performance
  • Enhanced Absorption
Manna Lipsomal Multivitamin Spoonful

Boosted Energy

If you don’t get enough nutrients on a daily basis, you may experience a lack of energy or general fatigue.

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin claims to boost energy by giving your body the micronutrients it needs, particularly B-complex vitamins and vitamin D

Stronger Immune System

Sick days can be really annoying and may put you behind in work or school. That’s why your immune system needs to be on point.

And Manna Liposomal Multivitamin is advertised to lead to a stronger immune system. They use a variety of immune-supporting nutrients, such as zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin D, not to mention various anti-inflammatory extracts including tart cherry and blueberry.

Healthy Aging Support

Inflammation and oxidative stress can speed up the aging process. And this may negatively affect your heart, brain, immune system, joints, and many other areas.

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin claims to offer healthy aging support. This formula contains a variety of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and extracts from wild cherry and strawberry.

Better Mood & Daily Performance

Not getting enough vitamins and minerals can be really detrimental for mental health too. You may experience things like poor mood, brain fog, lack of focus, and increased stress.

Liposomal Multivitamin by Manna Vitamins is advertised to enhance mood, cognition, and general daily performance. The multivitamin contains many different vitamins and minerals that are critical for brain function and mental health, such as magnesium and B-complex vitamins.

Enhanced Absorption

Many multivitamins use poorly-absorbed forms of vitamins and minerals. And all this does is lead to poor results (and expensive urine…).

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin uses Nanofuse® liposomal technology, which they claim enhances the absorption of nutrients up to 10x better than other products.

With all of this considered, it seems that Manna Liposomal Multivitamin may really be the best out there. But is it actually effective and beneficial?

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin Supplement Facts

Vitamin A

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin important for things such as immunity, vision, and reproduction, as well as to decrease inflammation.

They use a high dose here (100% Daily Value) and include a well-absorbed form, vitamin A palmitate.

B-Complex Vitamins

There are all 8 B-complex vitamins included in Manna Liposomal Multivitamin. These water-soluble vitamins are critical for energy, metabolism, brain function, and many other processes.

We noticed that this formula uses 100% of the daily value or greater for every B-complex vitamin, including a whopping 2,000+ % of vitamin B12 and 333% of biotin (vitamin B7). Plus, each B vitamin is in a well-absorbed form, such as methylcobalamin for vitamin B12 and niacinamide for vitamin B3.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an essential water-soluble vitamin important for immune function, inflammation reduction, skin health, and for the growth and repair of bodily tissues.

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin uses a 333% daily value dose of ascorbic acid, which is a pretty good form to use.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays numerous roles in the body, such as for bone health, heart function, and even mood and cognitive function.

This formula contains a plant-based form of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), which is more easily absorbed than other vitamin D forms. Plus, it’s suitable for vegans too.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin with potent antioxidant effects. It is beneficial for joint health, vision, immunity, and other areas.

Plus, Manna Vitamins uses alpha-tocopherol, which is the most active natural form of vitamin E. And it comes at a dose that is 133% of the daily value.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K is also a fat-soluble vitamin, which is involved in bone health, heart health, blood clotting, and many other functions.

Manna Vitamins uses menaquinone-7, which is a bioavailable form of vitamin K2. This is good because a lot of people have a hard time getting K2 specifically in the diet. And at 50% of the daily value, this is a solid amount.

Calcium

Calcium is a mineral that is essential for bone strength, muscle contractions, heart health, and other areas. However, Manna Liposomal Multivitamin only contains a small percentage of the daily value.

Iodine

Iodine is an essential mineral most often used to support thyroid function and metabolic health. Many people may not get enough iodine, so supplementing can be beneficial.

Manna Vitamins uses a rather large dose at 100% of the daily value.

Magnesium

Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in stress support, heart health, muscle function, mood, and much more.

There’s only a small dose of it in here, but they do use a well-absorbed form (magnesium bisglycinate chelate), and it may help some people reach their daily requirements, since many people don’t get enough.

Zinc

Zinc is a trace mineral which plays roles in immune health, hormone function, and inflammation control, among several other things.

There is 100% of the daily value of zine in here, and they use zinc bisglycinate chelate, which is highly bioavailable.

Selenium

Selenium is a trace mineral which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It may also support hormonal health. 200% of the daily value is used here as selenomethionine, which is well-absorbed.

Manganese

Manganese is a trace mineral that helps strengthen connective tissue, aids metabolism, and supports bone health, to name a few.

In Manna Liposomal Multivitamin, you get 100% of the daily value from manganese citrate, which is a chelated form with good absorption.

Molybdenum

Molybdenum is one of the lesser-known trace minerals, but it’s still important for overall health. This formula contains over 150% of the daily value as molybdenum aminomin, which is a chelated, high-absorbed form.

Mixed Natural Fruit Blend

One of the ways Manna Liposomal Multivitamin stands apart is the use of a Mixed Natural Fruit Blend, which contains eight different cherries, berries, and other fruits.

These all provide antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which may have anti-aging effects. And they generally support immunity, brain function, joint health, and other areas.

Beet Juice

Beet juice is high in nitrates which may improve blood flow and heart health.

Carrot

Carrot is rich in vitamin A and many other nutrients. It’s generally helpful for vision, immunity, and gut health, among other things.

Liposomal Delivery

We also wanted to discuss the Nanofuse liposomal technology, which isn’t an ingredient but an important part of their formula nonetheless.

There is general evidence that shows that liposomal delivery does enhance the bioavailability of different substances, but we couldn’t find anything that said it increased it by 10x specifically. It is effective in general, though.

Does Manna Liposomal Multivitamin Work?

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin very likely works.

Every single vitamin and mineral is included in a well-absorbed, highly bioavailable form. Plus, many of the nutrients are dosed at high levels to help you reach your nutrient targets.

In particular, we like that Manna Liposomal Multivitamin includes pretty high doses of nutrients that many people don’t get enough of, such as vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin A, and iodine.

Of course, some vitamins and minerals are dosed lower than what we would like to see, such as calcium and magnesium. And there are also a few that may actually be dosed TOO high, depending on your needs (e.g. as biotin and selenium).

Plus, while we like the inclusion of fruits and vegetables, these are dosed pretty low.

But with the liposomal technology, you likely will see a higher absorption rate, which may make the lower doses not as much of a problem.

Overall, the main thing to remember is that multivitamins support your health and wellness; they don’t cure anything or make you feel miraculously better. But it’s still good to see a multivitamin that actually is supportive of health and wellness, and we certainly think this product is still useful.

How Does Manna Liposomal Multivitamin Compare?

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin may have the edge on many other multivitamins, particularly because they actually use forms of vitamins and minerals that are well-absorbed.

And this is only enhanced by the use of Nanofuse liposomal liquid technology, which offers better absorption compared to regular pills or tablets.

One multivitamin that’s very similar to Manna Vitamins’ is Primal Harvest Multivitamin. This one also contains well-absorbed forms of vitamins and minerals, plus it has high amounts of lycopene and lutein, which are potent antioxidants. It comes in capsule form, so it may be a good option if you prefer that over liquid.

Is Manna Liposomal Multivitamin Safe?

In general, multivitamins have possible side effects, such as:

  • Headache
  • Digestive symptoms
  • General discomfort
  • Dizziness
  • Changes in urine color

Also, there are some more notable ingredients and doses to talk about. For example, they use a high dose of vitamin B12 and some other B-vitamins, which may cause anxiety or restlessness.

Also, they use over 100% or greater for many minerals and fat-soluble vitamins, which could potentially lead to too much in your system since these aren’t as easily excreted as water-soluble vitamins. Always talk with your doctor before taking any supplement.

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin is made in the USA in a GMP-certified, FDA-approved facility. It is gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, hexane-free, and free from fillers and colorants.

This product does contain nuts (almonds).

Where to Buy Manna Liposomal Multivitamin

You can purchase Manna Liposomal Multivitamin right from the Manna Vitamins website.

lipsomal multivatim website

Each bottle of Manna Liposomal Multivitamin has 30 servings (30 tbsp). The one-time purchase price is $34.95 ($1.17/serving). And they offer a Subscribe & Save option, which saves you 34%, lowering the cost to $29.71 ($0.99/serving).

This is definitely a reasonable price range, especially considering that they use high-quality ingredients and good doses overall.

Verdict: Manna Liposomal Multivitamin Review

Manna Liposomal Multivitamin is one of the better multivitamins out there. They take the time to include highly bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals. And they also use Nanofuse liposomal technology which may enhance the absorption even further.

While some ingredients are possibly dosed a bit low (and some too high) depending on your exact needs, it’s still one of the better multivitamins out there if you’re looking for general health and nutrient support.
