fit9 review

Many fat loss supplements are designed mainly to help you boost metabolism and shred fat, with little to offer in other areas of the “appearance” department.

But what if there was a supplement that could not only burn fat, but improve your skin and other aspects of your appearance too? That’s what one specific fat loss supplement, called Fit9, claims to do.

The question is, does this supplement truly live up to all its claims?

In this Fit9 review, we’ll go over the important aspects of this supplement to see if it really can improve your appearance, help you lose fat, and boost your health.

About Fit9

Fit9 is a fat loss support supplement created by SaschaFitness. The name refers to the nine active ingredients in it, including a few unique ones such as 7-Keto DHEA and gotu kola. But there are also more traditional fat burners too such as green tea extract.

Fit9

Fit9 is meant to primarily improve your hormonal balance, which they say in turn leads to a better metabolism and weight loss support. But it’s also designed to offer other mental and physical effects too, such as mood and skin health, so it really stands out from other “normal” fat loss supplements.

All in all, Fit9 is designed to turn you into a better “you”, in more ways than one.

Fit9 Benefits

Fit9 has a really diverse list of claimed benefits, including:

  • Enhanced Metabolism & Fat Loss
  • Support for Collagen Synthesis
  • Decreased Fluid Retention
  • Reduced Cellulite
  • Mood & Stress Support
Fit9 Benefits

Enhanced Metabolism & Fat Loss

A sluggish metabolism can make it harder to lose weight. And this is often negatively impacted by poor hormonal function.

Fit9 is designed to enhance metabolism and fat loss mainly by activating hormones involved in the fat loss process. To do this, they use a variety of ingredients such as green tea extract and 7-Keto DHEA.

Support for Collagen Synthesis

Collagen can decrease as you age, which may result in older-looking hair, skin, and nails.

Fit9 claims to support collagen synthesis mainly by using vitamin C, which they say will also give you healthier skin.

Decreased Fluid Retention

Excess fluid build-up can negatively impact your appearance. And it’ll also make your weight seem higher than it really is.

Fit9 is advertised to decrease fluid retention by using uva ursi and potassium, which they say act as natural diuretics.

Reduced Cellulite

Cellulite can be embarrassing and frustrating. And it may get worse over time as you age.

Fit9 claims to reduce cellulite by taking a multi-faceted approach. Various ingredients are designed to help you lose fat, support collagen, improve circulation, and reduce fluid build-up, all of which may decrease cellulite.

Mood & Stress Support

Even if you’re the healthiest-looking person on the planet, you can still suffer from mood and stress problems. That’s why mental health is just as important (if not more-so) than physical health and appearance.

And Fit9 claims to give you that added mental boost with ginkgo biloba and theanine. They say these will help you manage stress and improve your mood, so you can enjoy your transformation and be in the right state of mind.

These are some very diverse benefits claimed by Fit9.

But does Fit9 actually deliver on these claims?

Read on to find out!

Fit9 Supplement Facts

7-Keto DHEA

7-Keto DHEA is a naturally occurring metabolite from DHEA, which is a steroid hormone.

7-Keto DHEA seems to be able to increase thermogenesis and metabolism, and it may also help lower cortisol levels. These combined effects may make it useful for calorie-burning and fat loss.

Dandelion Root, Uva Ursi, and Potassium

Dandelion root and uva ursi are herbal extracts, while potassium is a mineral. However, they are all similar due to their diuretic effects. This may decrease fluid build-up which could lead to some weight loss (but not fat loss).

Also, dandelion does have some positive effects on fat and sugar metabolism, which could then help with fat loss too.

Gotu Kola Extract

Gotu kola is an herb that’s been used for a long time in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Compounds In gotu kola may stimulate brain-derived neurotrophic factors, which can enhance cognitive function.

Gotu kola also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects as well as benefits for cellular energy, all of which could potentially play a role in weight loss. But it’s not well-researched for that particular effect.

DIM

DIM is a molecule and a component of indole-3 carbinol, which is found in cruciferous vegetables.

There is evidence that DIM can inhibit aromatase, which in turn leads to less testosterone converted into estrogen. This is likely why it’s often used in testosterone boosters, such as EVLTEST.

Plus, it also turns more potent estrogen forms into less potent ones. Together, this may help control excess estrogen, which could help with fat loss.

But again, research hasn’t looked into this directly.

Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract is an herb that contains high amounts of catechins and other antioxidants. In particular, EGCG is one of the catechins in green tea that can stimulate fat-burning and metabolism, which may help with weight loss and fat reduction.

It’s usually better when paired with caffeine though.

L-Theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid found in green tea leaves. One of the most well-documented effects of theanine is an increase in alpha brain waves, which promotes relaxation and calmness.

Theanine also enhances GABA and other brain chemicals involved in mood, cognition, and overall mental health. It’s particularly good for stress and anxiety.

Ginkgo Biloba Extract

Ginkgo biloba is an herbal extract with a long history of use for brain function.

Compounds in ginkgo biloba may increase brain blood flow, reduce oxidative stress in the brain, and increase several brain chemicals.

Together, this makes ginkgo effective for cognitive health and brain function.

A wide variety of nootropics, such as Unlimitter, use Ginkgo biloba in their formulas too.

Vitamin C

The last ingredient in Fit9 is vitamin C. This vitamin has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties while also supporting immune health.

Plus, vitamin C can enhance collagen synthesis, which may benefit skin and joint health, among other areas.

The combined anti-inflammatory effects and collagen increase may make vitamin C a good remedy for achieving healthier, younger-looking skin.

Does Fit9 Work?

It is possible that Fit9 Works for the various benefits mentioned. There definitely are some well-researched compounds. However, most are grouped into a proprietary blend so we can’t tell if the doses are effective.

Also, in terms of a fat loss supplement, there really aren’t many fat loss ingredients in here besides green tea extract and 7-Keto DHEA. Some other ones like DIM may support fat loss indirectly, but this isn’t guaranteed.

That’s why it’s hard to really call Fit9 a true fat loss supplement.

A potential fat loss supplement with other health benefits?

Now that’s more likely what we’re seeing here. After all, the other ingredients may offer support for brain health, healthy skin, and reduced fluid build-up, just like they mention. But again the lack of clear doses makes it hard to say what you’ll get from this product.

How Does Fit9 Compare?

Fit9 is mainly advertised as a fat loss support supplement. And to that end, it really isn’t very good compared to some other ones that are out there. There really are only two main fat loss ingredients, and one of those (7-Keto DHEA) is somewhat inconclusive. Plus, we don’t know the doses for most of the ingredients.

Of course, Fit9 may set itself apart by including a variety of other benefits. But since it uses a proprietary blend, it’s hard to tell if these extra benefits, such as skin improvement or mood enhancement, will actually occur.

If you are mainly focused on losing fat, it’s probably better to go with more specific, well-formulated fat burners such as Hunter Burn or Inno Shred.

Hunter Burn uses a variety of ingredients to suppress appetite, burn calories, and boost metabolism, such as green tea extract, cayenne extract, glucomannan, and white kidney bean extract.

Inno Shred is a bit higher on the stimulants and uses caffeine, rauwolscine, and grains of paradise to ramp up fat-burning and thermogenesis. It also has green tea, cayenne, and other ingredients to support fat metabolism and weight loss.

Between these two, Inno Shred is definitely more reasonably priced at $39.99 for 30 servings while Hunter Burn is significantly higher at $90 for the same number of servings.

Who is Fit9 Best For?

Fit9 is best for people who want a general, all-around supplement for improved appearance, skin health, and weight loss. But keep in mind that it’s not for people who want particularly powerful or quick results since it’s unclear how well Fit9 will work.

Fit9 For Health

How to Take Fit9

Fit9 comes in capsule form. The serving size is four capsules.

Take just two capsules for seven days to assess tolerance. One in the morning and one 5 to 6 hours later.

Then, if tolerated, up the dose to two capsules at each interval. In the morning, take with water. And for the second dose, take it with a meal.

Is Fit9 Safe?

Fit9 has ingredients that are generally recognized as safe. But there are possible side effects still, such as:

  • Nausea, upset stomach, & other digestive symptoms
  • Dizziness
  • Allergic reactions
  • Drowsiness
  • Headache
  • Insomnia
  • Frequent urination

Fit9 is made in an NSF, UL, NPA, cGMP, and FDA-registered facility. It is also certified vegan. And the capsules are all vegetarian.

Where to Buy Fit9

You can buy Fit9 on the Sascha Fitness website at this link.

Fit9 Website

There are 30 servings (120 capsules) per bottle. It costs $45.99 ($1.53/serving), which is about average for fat loss supplements.

Given the lack of effective fat loss ingredients and use of a proprietary blend though, we think it’s a bit overpriced.

Sascha Fitness also has a 30-Day Return Policy.

Verdict: Fit9 Review

Fit9 definitely is a unique product. However, it doesn’t seem to be as effective as it is unique.

There are some well-researched compounds that may have a variety of benefits, such as fat loss, reduced cellulite, skin health, and mental performance. But Fit9 includes most ingredients in a proprietary blend which makes it hard to see if it’ll be beneficial.

Plus, it’s mainly advertised as a fat loss product. And there just really aren’t that many ingredients in here to support that.

If you’re looking for a true fat burner, there are better options. But it’s still worth looking into if you’re not solely concerned about fat loss and also want a little bit of support for skin health and appearance. Just keep in mind that those aren’t guaranteed benefits either.
