Broad shoulders, deep voice, confidence, strength, muscle, and energy…what do all of these things have in common? They’re influenced by testosterone, the “master male hormone,” as some like to call it.

That’s why it’s not surprising at all that many men want to increase testosterone levels. Of course, steroids aren’t the first choice for many people, so many men want to find natural ways to increase testosterone and get the results that come from that T boost. That’s where testosterone boosters come in.

Nowadays, there are tons of testosterone boosters out there. And out of those many testosterone supplements is the one we’re going to take a closer look at now, EVLTEST. This testosterone support complex supplement claims to provide a variety of benefits in addition to boosting testosterone. So, in this EVLTEST review, we’re going to find out where this testosterone supplement stands amidst the competition, and, ultimately, if it can benefit you as a man.

Let’s get started!

About EVLTEST

EVLTEST is a testosterone support complex created by Evlution Nutrition. You may be familiar with this growing supplement company as they are the same producers as other popular options, such as LeanMode, Trans4orm, and ENGN Shred.

EVLTEST is Evlution Nutrition’s answer to your testosterone support needs. This complex has 8 ingredients, including various vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts, that are all fully transparent, so you know how much you’re getting.

The combination of ingredients in EVLTEST is designed to increase testosterone and improve hormonal health through a few different mechanisms, ultimately helping you become a stronger, healthier, and more virile man.

EVLTEST Benefits

There are many different benefits of EVLTEST that would make any man intrigued. These include:

evltest higher testosterone

Higher Testosterone

All 8 ingredients, in some way, are designed to increase testosterone levels, particularly free testosterone, so you can enjoy an overall increase in strength, health, and performance.

Balanced Hormones and Estrogen Levels

EVLTEST is also advertised to keep estrogen levels in check and support overall hormonal health with ingredients such as DIM and fenugreek, so you can maintain a manly hormonal profile.

Increased Muscle and Strength

By increasing testosterone, you naturally get an edge on building more muscle and increasing strength. And this is further compounded by ingredients in here specifically designed to enhance muscle growth and athletic performance, such as zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D.

Improved Energy and Stamina

EVLTEST is also advertised to give you a jolt in energy and improved stamina so you can dominate all of your physical and mental tasks for the day.

Heightened Libido

You really can’t have a t-booster without talking about sex…and EVLTEST is designed to enhance libido and sex drive with ingredients such as Tribulus and vitamin B6, so you can perform with more confidence and manliness in the bedroom.

Better Sleep and Recovery

Lastly, EVLTEST is advertised to improve sleep and recovery with magnesium and zinc, along with some others. In turn, better rest and recovery lead to heightened testosterone levels, so you can see how this creates a positive cycle.

This certainly sounds like it could be a premier testosterone supplement. But let’s dive in a little deeper in this EVLTEST review to see if it really works!

EVLTEST Ingredients

You might be wondering what the exact 8 ingredients are that we mentioned. Well, wait no longer, because here’s what’s all included in EVLTEST as shown on their nutrition label:

  • Vitamin D3 (50mcg)
  • Vitamin B6 (11mg)
  • Magnesium (160mg)
  • Zinc (30mg)
  • D-Aspartic Acid (3,120mg)
  • Tribulus Terrestris Fruit Extract (750mg)
  • Fenugreek Seed Extract (500mg)
  • DIM (250mg)

evltest supplement facts

As you can see, it’s a mix of vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, and other compounds, all of which have fully transparent dosages (phew!).

Vitamin D3

Up first, we see a solid amount of vitamin D3 included. Vitamin D3 acts more of like a hormone in the body, and it is particularly important for the synthesis of testosterone in the testes.

Plus, research shows that low levels of vitamin D are associated with lower testosterone, and that vitamin D3 supplementation can help bring up testosterone levels in some cases with men who are deficient.

Recommended dose is 3,000 to 6,000 IU.

Vitamin B6

Next is vitamin B6, a B-complex vitamin that regulates various sex hormones. Plus, it decreases prolactin levels which can increase testosterone and libido. Vitamin B6 also has an influence on dopamine synthesis, which influences testosterone levels. But unless you’re deficient, this may not do much.

Magnesium

While it’s not a dedicated magnesium supplement like MagTech Magnesium or Life Extension Magnesium Caps, EVLTEST does contain magnesium as one of its two minerals. Magnesium is a critical mineral involved in hundreds of reactions in the body. It’s important for muscular contraction, nervous system health, and athletic performance.

Plus, magnesium helps to reduce stress/cortisol while also aiding sleep, so it has a role in recovery too. Additionally, magnesium inhibits SHBG, which leads to more bioavailable testosterone. Overall, research shows that magnesium supplementation can improve athletic performance and testosterone, while also aiding recovery.

Recommended dose is 300 to 500mg.

Zinc

Another mineral included in this formula is zinc, which also has quite a few benefits for men. First, it acts as an aromatase inhibitor, which then limits the amount of testosterone converted to estrogen, leading to greater free testosterone. Plus, zinc is involved in many aspects of testosterone production and helps to convert testosterone into DHT.

Research shows that zinc supplementation can increase testosterone levels to normal in men with low T, while also improving athletic performance and recovery (particularly when combined with magnesium).

Recommended dose is 15 to 30mg.

D-Aspartic Acid

Moving on past the vitamins and minerals, let’s look at D-Aspartic acid (DAA). DAA has many roles in the neuroendocrine system, including not only testosterone regulation, but also the regulation of prolactin, vasopressin, and steroidogenesis.

It appears to increase luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which are involved in t production.

Quite a few animal studies show DAA can enhance testosterone levels, but the evidence isn’t as great in human trials.

Recommended dose is at least 3g.

Tribulus Terrestris Fruit Extract

Tribulus Terrestris is an herbal compound most known for its presence of steroidal saponins, which closely resemble steroid hormones. Some research shows Tribulus Terrestris can increase FSH and LH, in turn boosting testosterone. But the greatest effects appear to be its ability to enhance libido (even without a boost in T), as well as nitric oxide production, which increases blood flow.

Recommended dose is 750 to 1,500mg.

Fenugreek Seed Extract

Another herbal extract in EVLTEST is fenugreek, which is also known for its steroidal saponin content. Plus, it can inhibit aromatase and other enzymes responsible for converting testosterone to estrogen, while also boosting LH. Research shows that fenugreek supplementation can increase both free and total levels of testosterone.

Recommended dose is 500 to 600mg.

DIM

The final ingredient in EVLTEST is diindolylmethane (DIM), which is a compound found naturally in cruciferous vegetables. DIM aids in maintaining estrogen balance, while also inhibiting aromatase, both of which can lead to healthier testosterone levels, although no specific research shows that DIM can increase T.

Does EVLTEST Work?

Overall, EVLTEST should likely be a solid testosterone booster and overall male health enhancer. The first thing that jumps out is the full transparency of the ingredients. And when looking further, it’s clear that not only do most of these ingredients boost testosterone, but they are also dosed at proper and effective amounts.

evltest benefits

In particular, the doses of Fenugreek, Tribulus, zinc, and vitamin B6 are all at optimum or near optimum levels.

They also include a pretty good dose of vitamin D3 and magnesium but should’ve added more of both for maximal benefits.

It’s also great to see that zinc and magnesium are in chelated forms that are well-absorbed, along with the fact that Tribulus and Fenugreek are standardized to contain a high percentage of saponins.

While some ingredients might not do a whole lot (e.g., DAA, DIM), most of the ingredients in EVLTEST are proven to increase testosterone, balance overall hormonal health, improve athletic performance, and boost libido.

Claims vs. Reality

So, sure, EVLTEST works…but how well?

As mentioned, you should get a boost in testosterone, particularly if you have low testosterone to begin with and/or are deficient in any of the vitamins and minerals included. It’s hard to say exactly how much your T levels will increase by, but they should improve for nearly everyone that takes it.

Also, the inclusion of magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D3 should help to optimize athletic performance and recovery, leading to more muscle, strength, and better overall performance. I wouldn’t expect anything insane, but EVLTEST may help you to be less sore, get better sleep, increase your strength by a few pounds, and help you put on a few more pounds of muscle. (Again, especially if you have low T and/or are nutrient deficient).

Lastly, I’d expect a modest increase in libido; the effects will likely be the most noticeable for men who currently have low testosterone and/or are deficient in zinc, vitamin D, and magnesium.

Who is EVLTEST Best For?

As you can probably guess by now, EVLTEST is best for any man who is dealing with low testosterone, especially those who are also deficient in vitamin B6, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D. This is typically older men, but many athletes and weightlifters often struggle with low T and thus need additional support.

evltest bodybuilder

Plus, the stress and other factors of the modern world sometimes make it even hard for young bucks to trounce around with high T.

So, in reality, if you have a hunch that you’re not as virile as you could be (or used to be), and want to maximize overall male performance, then EVLTEST is worth looking into.

It could definitely be a great supplement alongside a high-quality diet, optimal rest, and a solid exercise regimen.

Is ELVTEST Safe?

The ingredients in EVLTEST are generally safe, but here are some possible side effects:

  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and other digestive symptoms
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chest pain
  • Sensitivity to sunlight
  • Numbness or tingling
  • Nervousness and irritability
  • Headache
  • Allergic reactions

Also, Evlution Nutrition states to not exceed the recommended dose for any reason, and to take a 4-week break after taking EVLTEST for 12 weeks. It is not a steroid, but cycling is still a recommended course of action to ensure optimal safety and best results.

EVLTEST is gluten-free, although it doesn’t list any other relevant safety aspects.

Where to Buy EVLTEST

You can buy EVLTEST on the Evlution Nutrition website at this product link

There are 30 servings (120 tablets) per bottle of EVLTEST, which costs $36.99.

So, at a price of $1.23 per serving, this is really affordable, especially considering they actually have effective doses of their ingredients. This definitely sets EVLTEST apart from some other T-boosters out there.
