Chill The F* Out

Wow, it seems like there’s no time better than now to talk about relaxation supplements.

After all, so many people are dealing with chronic stress on a day-to-day basis, whether that’s from their jobs, school, health problems, or any other issues.

This is likely a large reason why people turn to various stress-busting supplements to help them relax and calm their minds.

And in this review, I’m going to go over one specific supplement called Apothekary Chill The F* Out to see how well it really works and what benefits it may have.

Apothekary Chill The F Out

Can this supplement provide the stress relief you’re in search of? Let’s jump into this Chill The F* Out review to find out!

About Apothekary Chill The F* Out

Chill The F* Out is a stress-busting elixir made by Apothekary, a natural wellness brand that has produced a variety f other supplements such as Stop Your Wine-Ing, Mind Over Matter, Lions Mane, and more.

Apothekary Supplement Bottles

Out of all of their supplements, Chill The F* Out is one of their most popular. The formula is highlighted by reishi and ashwagandha, which are two adaptogens that they say help to control stress and reduce cortisol (the major stress hormone).

Plus, it comes in powder form; and with peppermint, cocoa, and coconut cream, it can be mixed in with water or milk to bring forth delicious tea or hot chocolate vibes.

All in all, Chill The F* Out is made to give you an all-natural, tasty, and convenient way to reduce stress, whenever you need it.

Chill The F* Out Benefits

Apothekary Chill The F* Out is advertised to deliver a few key benefits, including:

  • Stress Reduction
  • Cognitive Support
  • Improved Digestion
  • Anti-Inflammatory Effects

Stress Reduction

If you’re stressed out on a daily basis, that can take a toll on your physical and mental health over time.

Fortunately, Chill The F* Out is advertised to be a potent stress reduction supplement, with adaptogens such as ashwagandha and reishi. In turn, you can tackle stress head-on and possibly stay more even-keeled all through the day.

Cognitive Support

If you’re all frazzled and irritated, you probably are going to have a hard time concentrating and doing your best work.

But Chill The F* Out claims to also help support cognitive function and overall brain function to help be more focused, productive, and efficient.

Improved Digestion

A lot of recent research has shown how stress affects digestion. You may have even realized this when you get “butterflies” in your stomach during a big event or life change.

That’s why it’s important to optimize gut health and digestion if you want to better manage your stress and simply feel better.

And Chill The F* Out is designed to do just that, mainly from peppermint, which is a soothing digestive ingredient they put in their formula.

Anti-Inflammatory Effects

A lot of people today are likely dealing with chronic, low-level inflammation due to poor diet, stress, lack of sleep, and other factors.

But Chill The F* Out is advertised to offer potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects to get your body back in balance.

So, how well does Apothekary Chill The F* Out work for stress reduction and beyond? Read on to find out!

Chill The F* Out Ingredients

Apothekary Chill The F* Out contains a handful of active ingredients, including:

  • Ashwagandha Root
  • Reishi Mushroom Extract
  • Peppermint Leaf
  • Coconut Cream
  • Cacao
Apothekary Supplement Powder

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is a medicinal herb used primarily as an adaptogen, which means it helps the body deal with stress and return to balance.

Out of all of the possible health benefits, ashwagandha seems the most beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety levels. This is also evidenced by reduced cortisol levels that follow ashwagandha supplementation (cortisol is the major stress hormone).

But it also seems effective for improving sleep, enhancing cognition, and even improving workout performance.

(If you’re looking for a pure ashwagandha supplement, Physician’s Choice is one good brand worth checking out).

Recommended dosage: 250 to 600mg

Reishi Mushroom

Reishi is a mushroom that has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for many years. Reishi mushroom has many different bioactive compounds that can decrease inflammation and improve immune health.

Plus, there is some evidence that reishi may be able to reduce stress and anxiety levels.

A lot to offer from one little mushroom, it seems! Maybe that’s why it’s such a popular ingredient in supplements, such as Onnit Shroom Tech Immune.

Recommended dosage: 1.5 to 5g

Peppermint

Peppermint is a popular herb. You most likely know it for its strong and pleasant smell (maybe you’ve used it in cooking), but it also seems to have health benefits too.

It has a few active components, especially menthol, and seems to relax the stomach and improve digestion. Plus, it can reduce symptoms of IBS such as stomach pain and bloating.

Recommended dosage: 450 to 750mg

Coconut Cream

Coconut cream is made from coconut milk. It doesn’t have any major health benefits, but it is a source of healthy fats and some vitamins and minerals.

Raw Cacao

Raw cacao is chocolate in its natural, sugar-less form. (And believe me, it tastes waaay different than what is commonly known as chocolate).

One of the benefits of cacao is that it’s rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, which may help with inflammation, metabolism, and more.

Recommended dosage: N/A

Does Apothekary Chill The F* Out Work?

It seems likely that Chill The F* Out will work as a stress-reduction supplement.

Of course, individual results may vary since everyone responds differently to ingredients.

However, Chill the F* Out has a few very well-researched ingredients known for reducing stress and anxiety, while offering other benefits too.

I don’t like that the ingredients are in a proprietary blend. But the total weight of the blend is 2g, so this may be high enough to get in all of the effective doses for each ingredient.

I can’t be sure, but a dose of 2g is pretty solid. If they were to list their proprietary blend at, say, 300mg, then I know it wouldn’t be very effective, but this isn’t the case.

Claims vs. Reality

Overall, the claims made by Apothekary are generally true. Just keep in mind how much of a benefit you may get.

Specifically, ashwagandha and reishi should both work well together to give you a mild reduction in stress and anxiety. This may also improve your sleep if you have trouble sleeping due to stress.

Additionally, ashwagandha and reishi may provide a little cognitive boost, especially if stress gets in the way of optimal brain function for you.

Just don’t expect Chill The F* Out to help you manage severe or debilitating stress or anxiety.

Also, the inclusion of peppermint should help with digestive health, especially if you have an upset stomach or frequent pain. Reishi may also improve digestion due to the fiber in it.

And lastly, with cacao in this formula, you may get a boost in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, although it’s unclear how much of the cacao is in here.

How to Use Chill The F* Out

Apothekary recommends that you add one teaspoon of Chill The F* Out to your favorite plant-based milk or smoothie. Just mix it in and enjoy, hot or cold.

Chill The F Out How To Use

It is recommended to stick with just one serving per day, although you could always try increasing the dosage slightly.

Just consult your doctor before trying any new supplement.

Who is Chill The F* Out Best For?

Chill The F* Out is best for anyone dealing with mild to moderate stress or anxiety. It won’t completely erase your worries, but Chill The F Out may help you better manage your stress and anxiety levels so you can feel a little more at ease during the day (and night).

Is Apothekary Chill The F* Out Safe?

All of the ingredients in Chill The F* Out are generally recognized as safe. And there really aren’t many possible side effects.

However, some users may experience headaches, sleepiness, upset stomach, bloating, or other generally mild symptoms.

Also, Chill The F* Out is made with organic ingredients and is non-GMO, fair-trade certified, Whole 30 compliant, paleo-friendly, keto-friendly, and vegan

Well, that’s the end of my Apothekary Chill The F* Out Review. Overall, this product should be a solid supplement for most people.

It has a simple formula, but the ingredients are well-researched and proven to do what Apothekary claims.
