Perhaps nobody else has more stress and chaos in their life than moms (or moms-to-be!).

Pregnancy, running after the kids, and balancing other aspects of work, exercise, and life can make it very demanding, to say the least.

That’s why its important to support your health as much as possible so you can be at your best, and that includes adequate hydration and nourishment.

Unfortunately, many women (and men too of course) get sucked into sugar energy drinks or other unhealthy products to keep them going through the day. But this can only make things worse in the long run.

However, in this article, we’re going to look at a product called Maade that aims to change the way women and moms stay hydrated and energized.

So, if you’re a new mom or mom-to-be, continue reading this Maade Hydraion review to see how it may benefit you and if it’s worth having in your arsenal against daily chaos.

Coconut Water (and Coconut Nectar) Powder

The base of this formula includes coconut water and coconut nectar.

Coconut water powder is rich in numerous vitamins and minerals, including electrolytes such as potassium. Some research has shown that coconut water is beneficial for hydration during exercise, and may be better than regular water.

If you’re looking for a pre-workout with coconut water, Powher is one potential option.

VitaCholine

VitaCholine is a trademarked form of choline bitartrate, so this is essentially a choline source.

Choline is a vital and essential nutrient. Plus, it plays key roles during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

For example, choline is necessary for the proper brain development of the baby during pregnancy. And choline is continually needed to maintain cognitive health, energy, and even liver health.

On top of that, breastfeeding can deplete choline levels, so it’s essential that mothers get enough of this nutrient both for themselves and their growing babies.

Recommended Dose: 450 to 550mg total from food and supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding, respectively

Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan pink salt is a natural form of salt that also contains over 80 different minerals, but usually in small amounts.

Nonetheless, Himalayan pink salt may aid hydration as it does contain some electrolytes.

Plus, salt is necessary for the developing baby, so consuming enough of this (yes, salt!) can help fetal development.

Antioxidant Blend

Another vital part of Maade is the antioxidant blend, which contains powders and extracts from many different superfood fruits and regular fruits, including acai, amla, pomegranate, goji, and mangosteen.

Essentially, all of these fruits are loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that can confer health benefits. They are often called “superfoods” due to their particularly high concentration of antioxidants compared to other “normal” fruits.

Plus, they have other vitamins and minerals important for overall health and wellness.

Other Ingredients

Lastly, it’s nice to see that Maade Hydration is free from any unnatural ingredients when it comes to colors and flavors.

They only use monk fruit extract, stevia, and natural flavors to sweeten their product. And this leads to far less sugar since monk fruit and stevia have a much higher sweetness concentration than regular sugar.

Does Maade Hydration Work?

Well, moms, if you have a hunch that Maade Hydration might be a good fit for you, it seems that you’re right.

maade supplement benefit

Overall, Maade Hydration looks like it should be an effective supplement with a unique array of benefits for women and mothers.

After all, it contains well-researched VitaCholine alongside other health ingredients to support hydration and health.

The only concern is that they list all of the ingredients in a blend, and I can’t tell how much of each ingredient is in there.

This definitely limits the overall quality of Maade, and it’s something they should probably consider changing in the near future.

Claims vs. Reality

Maade is advertised to enhance hydration and energy while also boosting antioxidants. Plus, it has “mom-specific” benefits for lactation and baby development.

And overall, Maade Hydration should definitely support all of these areas.

However, I can’t say for sure that Maade will increase the health of you and your baby; but it most certainly should at least SUPPORT these things.

Basically, I don’t want you to take Maade thinking that this product alone will optimize the health of you and your baby.

But if you eat right, stay hydrated, exercise, (try to) manage stress, and do the other right things, Maade may give you (and your little one!) that additional boost in health and energy you need.

How to Take Maade Hydration

Where to Buy Maade Hydration

You can buy Maade Hydration on their main website here.

Each container of Maade Hydration contains 30 servings (30 packets).

The one-time purchase price of Maade Hydration is $54 ($1.80/serving), but you can save 15% by choosing the Subscribe & Save option, which lowers the price to $45.90 ($1.53/serving)

This seems pretty pricey, especially considering that they don’t list how much of each ingredient is in here.

But I certainly wouldn’t call the price a dealbreaker.

Final Verdict: Maade Hydration Review

Well, you’ve reached the end of this Maade Hydration review.

After covering all of the info, it seems that Maade should be an effective supplement for mothers and their developing babies.

It contains a bunch of different healthy ingredients for hydration, antioxidant support, lactation support, and even baby development.

While it would be better if they listed out their ingredients (and probably lowered the price a bit), Maade Hydration is still a product worth looking into, especially since there really aren’t many supplements like it out there.
