The Benefits Of Vital Nutrients BCQ

Fights Inflammation

This BCQ blend helps reduce inflammation in the body by reducing substance P levels. Substance P is secreted by nerves and inflammatory cells in the body. Substance P usually indicates inflammation in the body, so reducing these levels can lower the inflammatory response in the body. The antioxidants in this formula and in the beneficial compounds also help fight inflammation in the body.

Supports Healthy Digestion

One of the main ingredients in BCQ is bromelain, which is the active enzyme found in pineapple. This compound helps promote healthy digestion. Bromelain, Boswellia, curcumin, and quercetin all help to reduce inflammation in the body, which can help treat inflammatory bowel disorders and other digestive issues like bloating and constipation.

Curcumin is found in turmeric, one of the key ingredients in Promedev Relief Factor.

Treats Aches And Pains

Because of the reduction in substance P levels in the body, pain and inflammation are reduced. Substance P is a regulator of pain perception and is involved in the degree of aches and pains we experience in our bodies. Substance P is known to elicit the feeling of pain and aches in the body due to a process known as nociception. The antioxidant-packed formula also helps reduce inflammation in the body, which results in fewer aches and pains as well.

Vital Nutrients BCQ Ingredients

This BCQ blend consists of curcumin, bromelain, Boswellia, and quercetin. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme found in pineapples. This enzyme often acts as a digestive enzyme that promotes healthy digestion, a decrease in bloating, and helps reduce overall inflammation in the bowels and digestive tract. It’s a powerful antioxidant that helps prevent inflammation in the body while also helping treat minor aches and pains.

Boswellia is another compound that is packed with antioxidants and is highly anti-inflammatory. Some research has shown that this compound is more effective than placebo medications at treating and reducing swelling, pain, and joint/bone disorders like osteoarthritis. Boswellia may also help reduce symptoms of asthma and may help treat inflammatory bowel disease. Curcumin, the active compound found in turmeric, is also included in BCQ. It is highly anti-inflammatory and is often used to reduce inflammation in the body, especially when it comes to treating aches and pains. It has been used to treat arthritis and joint pain and may also help promote good digestion.

While it may not be a dedicated quercetin supplement, such as Life Extension Optimized Quercetin, Vital Nutrients BCQ makes sure to include a solid amount of this ingredient in its formula. Quercetin is a very powerful flavonoid packed with antioxidants. This compound has been proven to reduce inflammation in the body while also reducing blood pressure and blood sugar levels as well. Quercetin is often used to treat arthritis and bone/joint aches and pain, but it can also help treat bladder infections, diabetes, and various cancers, although more research is needed.

Who Should Use Vital Nutrients BCQ?

Vital Nutrients BCQ is safe for consumption, but you should consult with your doctor before taking a supplement that has different ingredients like this one. This would be a great supplement to take if you have minor aches and pain, suffer from inflammatory digestive disorders, experience bloating, have an inflammatory disease, or suffer from arthritis or bone/ joint pain.

Is Vital Nutrients BCQ Safe?

Although BCQ is generally safe for use, it may have some side effects based on the particular ingredients. Bromelain’s side effects are pretty mild and usually include nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting. Quercetin may cause headaches or a tingling sensation in the arms and legs. Curcumin may cause constipation, distension, nausea, vomiting, stomach aches, and yellow stool. Finally, Boswellia may cause heartburn, nausea, swelling, stomach pain, headache, itching, and weakness in the body.

How Does Vital Nutrients BCQ Compare?

There are not many other supplements on the market that offer this unique blend of all four anti-inflammatory compounds. Most supplements offer just one of these potent ingredients and for a similar price to this BCQ product. The Vitamin Shoppe does offer a bromelain and quercetin combo supplement for a very similar price. It helps support seasonal health, fights inflammation, and is packed with antioxidants and flavonoids. It also supposedly helps support and bolster the immune system.

Another combo supplement by Vimerson Health includes turmeric (curcumin) and Boswellia. This supplement supposedly helps aches and pains and reduces inflammation in the body. It also contains ginger extract for additional digestive support as well as BioPerine to help enhance the absorption in the body of turmeric and curcumin. This supplement is about half the price of BCQ and has pretty good user reviews.

Another great product to consider is the Super Bio Enteric supplement by Physician Naturals. This supplement features bromelain and curcumin and is fortified with BioPerine and black cumin seed oil to enhance the bioavailability of curcumin and help provide a fat source for some of these fat-soluble vitamins and nutrients. It is a bit more expensive at about $40, but it is 600 times more potent than the typical turmeric powder and is 7 times more readily absorbed than other leading curcumin supplements on the market.
