Memore Greens Supplement Facts

Coffee Fruit

Coffee fruit is rich in polyphenols and other antioxidants that can protect the brain and boost cognitive function. It increases brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which is definitely one of your brain’s best friends for all-around cognitive performance and brain health!

In fact, coffee fruit is often used in nootropics such as Qualia Mind.

The “Greens” (Spinach, Kale, Wheatgrass, Barley Grass, Oatgrass, Alfalfa)

There are also six different greens in Memore Greens, which likely contributes to what they claim is a full serving of greens.

While it’s hard to tell exactly how much of these are in here, it’s always good to check the label to see what kind of nutrient power you’re getting.

And we see 25% of vitamin K, 15% folate, 20% manganese, and 10% vitamin C, which are all good signs that there’s at least a decent amount of greens in here.

Therefore, these may help contribute to overall wellness, including immunity, gut health, inflammatory support, heart health, and metabolism.

The Fruits (Blueberry, Apple, Lemon)

The three fruits in Memore Greens are blueberry, apple, and lemon. These are all high in antioxidants such as anthocyanins, as well as fiber, vitamin C, and other nutrients.

Blueberries in particular are beneficial for brain health. While all of these fruits likely offer general support for the heart, immune, gut, and other areas.

Turmeric

Turmeric is an herb used for many different ailments, especially ones that are inflammation-related. This bright orange root gets its color from curcumin and all the other antioxidants in it, which are known to decrease joint pain and support overall inflammatory balance.

It’s a staple in many superfood supplements, including Primal Greens.

Ginger

Yes, it’s used in cookies, but ginger is also a health stud too! Ginger is especially good for balancing the gut and reducing nausea and bloating.

Plus, it has other benefits for metabolism, blood sugar, brain function, and more.

Guar Gum

Guar gum is a prebiotic fiber, which means it is able to feed the probiotics (good bacteria) in your gut. And when these guys get fed, it makes your gut happier and healthier, likely leading to fewer digestive complaints.

Salt

Salt was also included, likely just for flavor. Since it only provides 45mg, it likely won’t do much as an electrolyte for hydration. But it’s still better than nothing.

Natural Flavors

Memore Greens only uses natural flavors, and these depend on which variety you pick. Regardless, you can be confident that you won’t ingest any artificial flavors, sweeteners, or other unnatural ingredients.

Does Memore Greens Work?

Memore Greens seems like a decent greens formula that likely offers some health benefits.

It’s a nice balance of fruits, vegetables, and herbs to deliver different antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. And from the nutrition facts, we can see that they actually deliver significant percentages of various vitamins and minerals, which is good to see because it means they actually put in worthwhile amounts of their compounds.

Is it a miracle cure or a superstar supplement?

Probably not. But it’s still likely a great supportive product to help get you more nutrients and enhance overall wellness.

How Does Memore Greens Compare?

Memore Greens is overall a good greens formula and ranks moderately well compared to other products out there. The most unique way it stands out is by using coffee fruit for energy and focus.

And the formula overall likely includes a nice amount of fruits and vegetables given the solid amounts of vitamins and minerals listed in the nutrition facts panel.

This is important since many times, superfood supplements have a huge list of ingredients but it turns out the amounts are so small that they’re really not giving you much nutritive value.

Now, since there are so many greens formulas on the market, we’ll also show you how Memore Greens compares to two of the more popular ones: Bloom Greens and Alani Nu Greens.

Bloom Greens

Bloom Greens is a comprehensive formula with over 30 ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes, and adaptogens. This has the potential to deliver many benefits for gut health, immunity, energy, detoxification, and so forth. However, they use proprietary blends and from the total doses, it’s likely that most ingredients are underdosed.

However, it still likely contributes to overall health and wellness. And it’s cheaper than Memore Greens at $39.99 for 30 servings vs $54 for 30 servings.

Alani Nu Super Greens

Alani Nu Super Greens is another well-rounded superfood formula with over 7g of ingredients. There’s an antioxidant fruit blend, alkalizing greens blend, probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes, and a clinically studied antioxidant blend called Spectra 7. So, this one seems to be pretty strong for reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, while also promoting gut health and immunity.

It’s a bit pricey at $49.99 for a one-month supply, but still a little lower than Memore Greens. Ultimately, this one seems better for gut health and antioxidant effects, whereas Memore Greens may be better for energy and overall nutrient intake.

Who is Memore Greens Best For?

Memore Greens is best for people who want a convenient way to get more nutrients in their diet, while also supporting inflammation control, gut health, energy, and brain function.

Based on the unique addition of coffee fruit, Memore Greens is ideal for people who want a greens supplement that is skewed more towards cognitive function than most other greens supplements.

Pros

  • Diverse blend of fruits, vegetables, herbs, & other superfoods
  • 10% or more of DV for four key nutrients
  • Includes coffee fruit for brain support

  • Vegan

Cons

  • Unclear what the exact doses are
