BPN Peak Sleep Night-Time Sleep Support has four main ingredients:

  • Magnesium
  • PeakO2 Mushroom Extract Blend

Magnesium

Peak Sleep includes magnesium in the form of TRAACS magnesium bisglycinate chelate. 

Magnesium is sometimes noted as the “relaxation mineral” due to its physical and mental effects. Magnesium can increase GABA (a calming chemical) in the brain, and it also reduces the stress hormone, cortisol. That’s why it’s found in so many sleep supplements, such as Beam Dream

Plus, magnesium is important for muscular relaxation and exercise recovery.

Overall, there is evidence that magnesium supplements can reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and boost athletic performance.

These are all designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, improve sleep, and optimize recovery. Despite all of the ingredients, it is still priced very fairly, so it is another good option.
