It is often said that inflammation is at the root of many ailments and diseases, and this is often caused by oxidative stress. And there are many antioxidant supplements out there that claim to mitigate the effects of oxidative stress and improve many aspects of health and wellness. Among these is one unique antioxidant supplement called CELLF.

In this CELLF review, we’ll take a deep dive into this supplement and what it has to offer. We will discuss its ingredients, benefits, claims, pricing, and more so you can find out if this antioxidant is truly worth the purchase.

About CELLF

CELLF, made by Mikra, is an antioxidant supplement designed to defend against oxidative stress at the cellular level, so you can start to heal and feel better from the inside out. It is a clinically-backed and extensively-researched product engineered to bring out a healthier body and mind.

Oxidative stress is often associated with inflammation, low energy, poor sleep quality, brain fog, and impaired physical recovery, but CELLF is supposed to help reverse all of those problems so you can be at your best.

Plus, CELLF is formulated with an ideal delivery system technology to ensure optimal bioavailability and nutrient distribution.

CELLF Benefits

CELLF has a number of proposed benefits, including:

  • Overall cellular health support
  • Delayed biological aging
  • Enhanced energy
  • Improved cognition and focus
cellf decrease oxidative stress

Cellular Support

The main actions of CELLF happen on the cellular level, where antioxidants help decrease oxidative stress and promote better health and function in all areas of the body.

Delayed Biological Aging

The key antioxidants in CELLF are also advertised to delay biological aging by protecting against cell damage, as well as diet, stress, and strenuous exercise.

Enhanced Energy

By promoting health at the cellular level, CELLF is also designed to increase energy levels and decrease fatigue.

Improved Cognition and Focus

Oxidative stress is no doubt bad for the brain too, so CELLF also aims to decrease oxidative stress on the brain and therefore improve cognition and focus

So, is CELLF really a miracle antioxidant supplement and health-booster? Read on to find out!

CELLF Ingredients

CELLF contains a number of different antioxidant compounds and other ingredients. It comes in liquid form in little sachet packets. The main active ingredients are:

  • Glutathione
  • Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)
  • Lactoferrin
  • Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ)

Other ingredients include natural almond butter, glycerin, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT oil), oleic acid (from olive oil), phosphatidylcholine, natural clove oil, orange oil, cinnamon oil, vitamin E (as D alpha-tocopherol), and vanilla bean extract.

Glutathione

Glutathione is an antioxidant present in many different species, and it is the most abundant antioxidant of all in humans. It is highly important for scavenging free radicals and protecting against oxidative stress, which is often why it’s touted as an antioxidant supplement.

Supplementation with glutathione has been shown to reduce oxidative stress, improve immune function, help protect against neurodegeneration, benefit cognitive function, and decrease skin damage, among other benefits. It definitely could be considered the “mother of all antioxidants,” as we like to put it.

CoQ10

Another antioxidant most people probably have at least heard of is CoQ10, which stands for Coenzyme Q10. As well as its antioxidant effects, CoQ10 aids in mitochondrial health and energy production.

Supplementing with CoQ10 has been shown to decrease levels of oxidative stress markers and increase antioxidant capacity. In terms of disease prevention or mitigation, CoQ10 supplementation is most effective against inflammation and cardiovascular disease, although it may also help decrease the risk of neurodegeneration and metabolic syndrome too. Other research shows it has benefits for exercise recovery, skin damage, and blood sugar regulation.

PQQ

Up next is pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), which is a vitamin-like compound and a highly potent antioxidant. In fact, it’s up to 100x as effective as an antioxidant compared to vitamin c and some other compounds.

Plus, it plays key roles in energy production and aging. Supplementation with PQQ in research has been shown to improve metabolic health, increase immune system function, benefit the cardiovascular system, and protect against neurodegeneration. Plus, it may help boost overall brain function.

Metabolism, immunity, heart health, brain function…what more do ya need?

Lactoferrin

Another main ingredient in CELLF is lactoferrin, which is primarily included to enhance digestion and absorption. It is combined with a liposomal barrier, which helps to protect the ingredients from the acidic environment in the stomach, so it can reach the small intestine and ultimately get absorbed into the bloodstream and delivered to the cells.

Does CELLF Work?

Overall, CELLF should be an effective antioxidant supplement. It contains 3 of the most powerful antioxidant compounds in existence, all of which are directly able to neutralize free radicals and decrease oxidative stress at the cellular level. Plus, the absorption and delivery technology in CELLF increases its bioavailability and effectiveness, so this product can truly get to where it needs to go to give you the best results.

However, they don’t make it clear how much of each ingredient is in CELLF, so it’s really not possible to say how well it’ll work; other than that, it should work in general. More ingredient dosing transparency would definitely boost this product even further.

Claims vs. Reality

CELLF is supposed to enhance cellular function, decrease biological aging, improve cognition and focus, and increase energy. And based on the ingredients, these should all happen to some extent. Glutathione, PQQ, and CoQ10 are all able to decrease oxidative stress at the cellular level and can directly support cellular health and delay aging.

Moreover, their actions on mitochondria and energy pathways should make them effective for improving energy levels. And they also have roles in decreasing the risk for many diseases, including neurodegeneration, cardiovascular problems, immune issues, and metabolic dysfunction.

So, it is likely that CELLF should be able to improve cognition and focus as well as cardiometabolic markers and immune health, but it’s just not clear to what degree

Ultimately, CELLF should be beneficial but don’t expect anything fantastic, especially not right away. It depends on your current health status and other individual factors. But most people should see at least some benefit since many people today struggle with inflammation and stress.

Who is CELLF Best For?

CELLF is best for anyone who is starting to feel the signs of aging and has a growing number of physical and mental issues. For example, if you have less energy, more brain fog, poorer sleep, and more aches and pains than you used to, CELLF definitely could help out.

CELLF is not made to prevent or treat any diseases, but it can be worth trying for anyone who wants to decrease the risk of certain health problems related to inflammation and to delay biological aging.

Is CELLF Safe?

All of the ingredients in CELLF are generally recognized as safe (GRAS), but there are still some possible side effects. The main ones are:

  • Stomach cramps, bloating, and constipation
  • Allergic reactions
  • Headaches and dizziness
  • Insomnia
  • Fatigue
  • Irritability or agitation

CELLF is also free from caffeine, sugar, lactose, fillers, corn, wheat/gluten, soy, egg, and GMOs. However, it does contain nuts.

Plus, CELLF is manufactured in an FDA-approved and GMP-certified facility in the USA.
