Each cookie contains 200 calories, 10 grams of protein, and 5 grams or less of sugar. Naked Cookie also comes in three different traditional cookie flavors: chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and sugar.

Naked Cookie Ingredients

Each Naked Cookie contains anywhere from 11 to 12g of fat, 24 to 28g of carbohydrates, and 10g of protein. Also, the primary ingredient is the Naked Protein Blend, which consists of whey protein concentrate and defatted almond flour. 

Other ingredients that provide fat, carbs, and flavor include:

  • Blanched almond butter
  • Soluble corn fiber
  • Cassava flour
  • Organic vegetable glycerin

Each variety will also contain different ingredients as well; such as chocolate chips in the chocolate chip version, raisins, rolled oats, and cinnamon in the oatmeal raisin version, and rainbow sprinkles in the sugar cookie version. 

Naked Protein Blend

The most important ingredient in all of the Naked Cookies is the Naked Protein Blend, which consists of whey protein concentrate and defatted almond flour. 

Whey protein concentrate is a rich source of amino acids, antioxidants, and peptides, and it has a number of benefits on human health, such as increased satiety, decreased blood pressure and cholesterol, improved insulin, and even anti-inflammatory effects. And it also helps in muscular and workout recovery. 

Also included is defatted almond flour, which is an alternative to traditional wheat flour, which may be more digestible for some individuals, and is lower in carbohydrates.

Fat Sources

Included in all varieties of Naked Cookie are palm kernel oil and blanched almond butter, which are both sources of healthy fats. Both of these are packed with fatty acids, such as omega-3s, as well as various vitamins, including vitamins A and E. Also, these fat sources can help increase satiety. 

Cassava Flour

Monk Fruit Juice Concentrate

Overall, Naked Cookie seems like a pretty solid and healthy snack that should help to keep you full and satisfied. The ingredient profile is of a very high quality, and they only include all-natural ingredients. 

Often, cookies contain crappy sources of fats, sugars, and other nonsense, but none of this is included in Naked Cookie. Yes, there’s fat and carbohydrates, but only from healthy, whole-food sources. And at a protein content of 10g, this can help satisfy hunger and cravings, especially with the inclusion of healthy fats and carbohydrates, although it may not be enough calories and protein to satisfy everyone.

Another thing to consider is that there are over 200 calories per cookie, so you have to be careful not to eat too many as those calories could add up quickly. I wouldn’t call this a low-calorie food, even though it is lower in calories than most sweets out there. That said, this cookie provides a healthier way to power through cravings for sweets without indulging in unhealthy foods.

Overall, Naked Cookie seems like a healthy snack and by far a lot healthier than most cookies out there.
