Each bottle also contains 240mg of ashwagandha, an adaptogen that helps to reduce stress and relieve anxiety. It also contains maca root, which helps to boost your energy levels. Finally, there’s moringa, a green plant that’s rich in chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has alkalizing properties, which can help boost immune response. Each serving also contains 290mg of sodium, 31mcg of calcium, 4mg of iron, and 146mg of potassium.

Kiito doesn’t contain any added sugars. It’s sweetened with monk root, an all-natural sweetener that has a glycemic index of zero. That said, each serving of Kiito contains 1 gram of natural sugars from the ingredients. This won’t be a problem for most keto dieters if you’re drinking one bottle per day.
