gorilla mind sigma review

The desire to increase testosterone is as strong as ever these days. Many men are looking for testosterone boosters to naturally ramp up their T and elevate sex drive, muscle-building, confidence, and more.

Of course, we know that not every testosterone booster is worth its salt. And in fact, many don’t do anything close to what they claim.

But one testosterone booster that’s advertised to be an all-around high-quality formula for men is Gorilla Mind Sigma.

In this review, we’re going over every important aspect of Gorilla Mind Sigma to see if it’s a viable testosterone supplement and who could benefit from it.

Gorilla Mode Sigma

About Gorilla Mind Sigma

Sigma is a natural testosterone booster created by Gorilla Mind, a quite popular fitness supplement company with a variety of products, many of which we have previously reviewed.

Other Gorilla Mind Reviews:

Gorilla Mind Sigma is formulated with a variety of herbs, vitamins, and minerals to address multiple causes of low testosterone and overall insufficient hormonal health.

For example, Sigma uses ashwagandha, vitamin D3, zinc, and tongkat ali, among other ingredients, which they say naturally enhances testosterone production through a variety of mechanisms and supports optimal male health.

Gorilla Mind Sigma Benefits

The main benefit of Gorilla Mind Sigma is increased testosterone. But a closer look at the formula and marketing shows that it’s designed to give these specific benefits:

  • Higher Total and Free Testosterone
  • Enhanced Gonadotropin Production
  • Androgen Biosynthesis Support
  • Binding Protein Modulation
  • Stress Management
Gorilla Mind Sigma Benefits

Higher Total and Free Testosterone

Low testosterone is becoming more and more of a problem today which can lead to things like low energy, muscle loss, and poor sex drive.

Gorilla Mind Sigma claims to increase total and free testosterone with ingredients such as tongkat ali, zinc, and vitamin D3. This formula is designed to target many pathways that lead to overall higher total and free T, which is an important combo since free testosterone is really where you get the most benefits, as it’s the most bioavailable.

Enhanced Gonadotropin Production

Gonadotropin production is important because it causes a chain reaction that eventually leads to increased testosterone production.

And Sigma is advertised to enhance gonadotropin production with natural compounds such as fadogia agrestis, which in turn may lead to ramped-up T production in the testes.

Androgen Biosynthesis Support

Androgen biosynthesis, which simply refers to androgen hormone creation, is crucial for having healthy T levels.

Gorilla Mind Sigma claims to support androgen biosynthesis with a variety of herbs, vitamins, and minerals, such as zinc and vitamin D3.

Binding Protein Modulation

Sex-hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and other binding proteins can be a real thorn in the foot for high T levels. This is because they bind testosterone and prevent it from circulating in the body, where it would have its most powerful effects.

Sigma is advertised to modulate these binding proteins with ingredients such as boron and magnesium, so you can experience higher levels of bioavailable testosterone. And this makes it much more likely that you’ll get noticeable benefits.

Stress Management

Chronic stress can put a huge dent in testosterone levels. This is mainly because of the increase in cortisol, which ultimately lowers testosterone production.

Gorilla Mind Sigma claims to offer potent stress management properties with ashwagandha and other ingredients. And this may help turn you into more of a Joe Cool with high testosterone rather than a chaotic, stressed-out beta male!

When looking at all these points together, it’s clear that Gorilla Mind Sigma is designed to be a multi-faceted attack against low testosterone.

But does it actually work?

Read on to find out!

Gorilla Mind Sigma Ingredients

Gorilla Mind Sigma has seven active ingredients, which include different vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts.

We’re glad to see that it’s a fully transparent label too so you can actually see the doses.

Below are all of the Gorilla Mind Sigma ingredients:

  • Vitamin D3
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Zinc Glycinate
  • Fadogia Agrestis 10:1 Extract
  • Tongkat Ali 200:1 Extract
  • Ashwagandha Extract
  • Boron
Gorilla Mind Sigma Supplement Facts

You can take either one serving (two capsules) or two servings (four capsules), so we’ll list both doses, with the lower dose on the left.

Vitamin D3 (38mcg/ 75mcg)

Vitamin D3, which is in the form of cholecalciferol here, is the most bioavailable type of vitamin D.

This essential vitamin plays multiple roles in hormonal health. And in fact, it is highly involved in testosterone production in the testes as well as other aspects of hormone production.

And if you don’t have enough vitamin D, you’re more likely to experience low testosterone levels, plain and simple.

Magnesium Glycinate (100mg/ 200mg)

Magnesium glycinate is a bioavailable magnesium source. And magnesium itself is an essential mineral with many roles in testosterone and hormonal health.

For one, magnesium may decrease SHBG, which ultimately leads to more freely bioavailable testosterone.

On top of that, magnesium reduces inflammation and may also decrease cortisol, which both can result in higher testosterone levels.

Another t-booster that uses magnesium (as well as vitamin D3 and zinc, below) is Inno Supps T-Drive

Zinc Glycinate (15mg/ 30mg)

Zinc glycinate is a chelated form of zinc, which is naturally well-absorbed.

And zinc is a trace mineral that is involved in testosterone synthesis and the endocrine system as a whole. That’s why a zinc deficiency may impair testosterone production and lead to low testosterone.

Fortunately, consuming zinc (sometimes in high levels above the RDA) can treat low testosterone levels and return them back to normal.

And we also found that supplementing with zinc and magnesium together increases free testosterone significantly.

Fadogia Agrestis 10:1 Extract (300mg/ 600mg)

Fadogia agrestis is an herbal extract found in several African countries. It’s grown in popularity recently with people such as Andrew Huberman talking about the possible benefits. That’s why other t-boosters are starting to use it too, such as Black Ox Test Booster

A few animal studies have shown that fadogia agrestis greatly increases testosterone levels and sexual function.

However, there aren’t any clinical studies done. And the overall safety is questionable.

Tongkat Ali 200:1 Extract (200mg/ 400mg)

Tongkat Ali is a widely-used herb, especially in southeast Asia where it’s been used for its aphrodisiac effects.

There are various compounds in tongkat ali that seem to do two main things. One, they naturally increase total testosterone levels. And two, they inhibit SHBG which leads to higher levels of free testosterone.

With these effects, it’s no surprise that tongkat ali seems one of the best herbs out there for boosting testosterone, enhancing sexual function, and even increasing athletic performance.

Ashwagandha Extract (150mg/ 300mg)

Ashwagandha is another herb that’s historically been used in India and Ayurvedic medicine for all kinds of ailments.

One of the strongest effects of ashwagandha is stress reduction. In particular, ashwagandha seems to be able to help the central nervous system and hormonal systems deal with and recover from stress. This can lead to lower cortisol, which contributes to higher testosterone levels.

Plus, it may also lead to enhanced mental and physical performance

Boron (3mg/ 6mg)

Boron is a trace mineral with some potentially powerful effects on testosterone. Specifically, boron can free up testosterone from SHBG, which leads to more bioavailable T.

Additionally, boron lowers estrogen and works to control inflammation, both of which can further enhance testosterone levels.

Does Gorilla Mind Sigma Work?

Gorilla Mind Sigma very likely works for testosterone enhancement.

Every ingredient (except for fadogia) is well-researched and proven to increase total and free testosterone levels.

It likely does this in a few ways too. For example, Sigma uses vitamins and minerals to help correct any nutritional deficiencies that could impair testosterone production. And they also use evidence-based herbs that can ramp up testosterone production and the availability of free testosterone.

And another very important point is that every ingredient in Gorilla Mind Sigma is at an effective level. So, overall Gorilla Mind Sigma is a very well-formulated supplement.

Gorilla Mind Sigma For Men

Claims vs. Reality

Gorilla Mind Sigma should work, but we also want to give you realistic expectations.

Testosterone boosters take time to work, so it may be best to supplement for at least a couple of months.

Also, the degree of effects you get depends on if you’re actually in the low testosterone range or not. Older men who have legitimate low T will probably have much more noticeable benefits than young 20-somethings who may already have high testosterone (although this isn’t to say that younger men CAN’T have decreased testosterone either).

How Does Gorilla Mind Sigma Compare?

Gorilla Mind Sigma is one of the better testosterone supplements compared to the many that are out there. This is because it has a variety of well-researched ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, and herbs. And it uses a fully transparent label, has effective doses, and overall just doesn’t contain any nonsense.

The only potential qualm is the use of fadogia, which isn’t that well-researched and may have some safety issues. But this is overshadowed by the many quality features.

One of the supplements that comes to mind when comparing Gorilla Mind Sigma is Hunter Test. This popular testosterone booster has vitamin D3, zinc, boron, ashwagandha, and magnesium. They each have unique ingredients too though. For example, Hunter Test has DAA and indole-3 carbinol, which aren’t seen in Sigma. But Sigma stands out with the use of tongkat ali.

Overall, both of these are solid t-boosters, however, Gorilla Mind Sigma might have a slight edge. Not to mention it’s also way less costly at $59.99 for 60/120 servings whereas Hunter Test is $80 for 30 servings.

Another similar supplement is Nugenix Total-T Maxx. This supplement generally has more herbal ingredients than Sigma, including not only tongkat ali and ashwagandha, but also fenugreek, shilajit, maca, and ginseng. Also in Nugenix Maxx are vitamin D and zinc, but it doesn’t have magnesium or boron. Altogether, Nugenix Total-T Maxx is slightly more comprehensive, however, Gorilla Mind Sigma may get the job done just as well. And this is important since Nugenix Maxx is was higher-priced at $169.99 for 30 servings.

Who is Gorilla Mind Sigma Best For?

Gorilla Mind Sigma is best for men experiencing symptoms of low testosterone and who want to naturally increase total and free testosterone levels using a simple, no-nonsense formula.

How to Take Gorilla Mind Sigma

Gorilla Mind Sigma comes as capsules. You can take either one serving (two capsules) or two servings (four capsules) depending on your needs and desired effects.

For best results, they say to take the capsules spread throughout the day. Do not exceed four capsules in any 24-hour period. And they also say to take it for one month, and then take a week off before resuming use in order to make sure the body stays sensitive to the ingredients.

Is Gorilla Mind Sigma Safe?

Gorilla Mind Sigma is generally a safe supplement, however, there are some possible side effects, such as:

  • Mood changes
  • Upset stomach, bloating, & other digestive symptoms
  • Zinc toxicity
  • Changes in testicular function (from Fadogia)
  • Headache
  • Diarrhea

Gorilla Mind Sigma is made in a cGMP, FDA-registered facility. It doesn’t appear to have any top allergens but they don’t list out any specific information.

Where to Buy Gorilla Mind Sigma

You can buy Sigma right off Gorilla Mind’s website.

Gorilla Mind Sigma Website

It’s a big bottle with 240 capsules per container. So, this is either 60 or 120 servings depending on your desired dose.

The regular price is $59.99, but you can save 10% with their Subscribe & Save option, which lowers the price to $53.99.

So, the price per serving for the regular cost is $0.50 to $1. And the price per serving for the subscription is $0.45 to $0.90.

This is easily one of the highest-value testosterone boosters we’ve seen. Given the high ingredient quality and solid doses, at a max price of one dollar per serving this really can’t be beat anywhere.

Gorilla Mind also has a 30-Day Return Policy.

Verdict: Gorilla Mind Sigma Review

Out of all the testosterone boosters out there, Gorilla Mind Sigma is easily one of the best we’ve seen. Sigma is filled with research-backed herbs, vitamins, and minerals that offer multi-faceted effects to help you naturally boost free and total testosterone. And all of these are dosed at high levels to ensure appropriate effects.

Plus, it’s highly affordable and never costs more than a dollar per serving, even at the max dosage. That’s why we definitely recommend Gorilla Mind Sigma as one of the top testosterone supplements out there for men.
