There are a lot of ingredients to love in Qualia Mind, and there’s no doubt they’ll provide a cognitive boost. With that being said, the product contains 28 ingredients, many of which you may not need in a nootropic supplement.
I’m actually quite surprised that they were able to use that many ingredients and still keep this a relatively safe product to consume. Outside of the Huperzine-A, these ingredients are unlikely to harm you in any way. A majority of the unnecessary ingredients are just lacking the scientific evidence you should be looking for in a nootropic.
Overall, Qualia Mind is a high-quality nootropic from a reputable company. The supplement even has endorsements from respected leaders in the “brain” space like Ben Greenfield and Jason Silva.
