Things to Consider

  • BeWell Superfood Greens contains not just greens but also reds, yellows, and blues, so it provides a “rainbow” of superfoods, which may offer more nutrients
  • There are several different proprietary blends so you can’t see the individual dosages
  • Besides the greens blend, most of the blends are dosed pretty low
  • It offers decent amounts of certain nutrients but not great levels
  • You definitely still need to eat a healthy diet filled with fruits & vegetables when taking this product for optimal results.

About BeWell Superfood Greens

BeWell Superfood Greens is a superfood supplement created by Arbonne, a company most well-known for their various skincare and wellness products.

BeWell Superfood Greens

Their BeWell Superfood Greens product contains 36 superfoods, fruits, and vegetables, including popular names like spirulina, wheatgrass, spinach, blueberry, cherry, and carrot. While their Greens blend is the largest component, they’ve also included fruits and vegetables from the yellow, red, and blue categories, which they say gives you a more diverse range of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other nutrients. Plus, they have prebiotic fibers to support gut health.

Altogether, BeWell Superfood Greens is meant to help anyone with a busy lifestyle get in more of the nutrients that matter for overall health.

BeWell Superfood Greens Benefits

BeWell Superfood Greens doesn’t make any major claims. Instead, they just say that this formula offers:

  • Antioxidant Support
  • Improved Digestion
  • Overall Wellness Support
BeWell Superfood Greens Powder

Antioxidant Support

BeWell Superfood Greens contains many superfoods such as spirulina, blueberry, kale, and sweet potato, which they say provide the body with powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.

Improved Digestion

Another advertised benefit is improved digestion. This is mainly due to the prebiotic fibers, which they say promote a healthy gut microbiome.

Additionally, all of the fruits, vegetables, and other superfoods in general may contribute to a healthier gut and lead to fewer digestive troubles.

Overall Wellness Support

BeWell Superfood Greens is also promoted to support overall wellness, thanks to all of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other nutrients found in the various fruits, vegetables, and other superfoods.

It’s designed to be a convenient way to get in more nutrients to boost your health, even on those very busy days where you can’t eat as healthy.

BeWell Superfood Greens Supplement Facts

Arbonne Proprietary Blend of Greens (3,800mg)

The Arbonne Proprietary Blend of Greens has a mix of 10 greens such as spirulina, wheatgrass, spinach, and broccoli. So it’s a mix of vegetables, sea vegetables, and cereal grasses.

These provide a lot of different nutrients, such as vitamins A, C, E, and K, carotenoids, lutein, chlorophyll, and other antioxidants.

Among the potential health benefits, greens are best known for detoxification, gut support, and immunity. They can simply make you feel better overall, and you may notice things like less bloating and a sense of improved internal health.

Arbonne Proprietary Blend of Yellows (625mg)

The Arbonne Proprietary Blend of Yellows contains yellow/orange fruits and vegetables, such as carrot, pumpkin, banana, mango, and sweet potato.

These are all rich in carotenoids, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, and several other nutrients.

Some of their key benefits are improved eye health, reduced inflammation, and hormonal support.

Arbonne Proprietary Blend of Reds (434mg)

Next up is the Arbonne Proprietary Blend of Reds, which has foods like pomegranate, red beet, acerola berry, and tomato.

Again, these are all rich in nutrients like vitamin C, lycopene and other antioxidants, and potassium, just to name a few.

This group of superfoods is most known for their effects on heart health as well as inflammation control. Some people may even noticed enhanced blood flow.

Arbonne Proprietary Omega-3 Seed Blend (375mg)

This blend contains quinoa seed and flaxseed, which are both plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids like ALA. These have anti-inflammatory effects.

Not to mention these foods are rich in fiber and various vitamins and minerals such as folate and magnesium.

Arbonne Proprietary Blend of Blues (216mg)

The Arbonne Proprietary Blend of Blues consists of blue/purple superfoods, such as Concord grape, blackberry, purple sweet potato, and blueberry.

These are particularly high in antioxidants called anthocyanins. And they also offer vitamin C, vitamin A, fiber, and plenty of other nutrients.

Out of their many benefits, the blues are particularly good for brain function and lung support. They’re also all very nourishing.

Inulin

Inulin is a fiber that acts as a prebiotic, meaning it helps feed the probiotics (good bacteria) in your gut. This leads to a series of reactions that ultimately improves gut health, balances the microbiome, and may lead to fewer digestive complaints like bloating.

If you have an imbalanced gut, this fiber could definitely help you feel better from the inside.

Cane Sugar & Stevia

BeWell Superfood Greens is naturally sweetened with cane sugar and stevia. There is less than 1g of added sugar per serving so they clearly only put in small amounts of each.

Does BeWell Superfood Greens Work?

It is likely that BeWell Superfood Greens will work; however, the effects might not be major.

There certainly are a number of nutrient-rich superfoods in this formula. But the overall doses are pretty low, with the exception of the greens blend.

From the nutrition label, we can see it provides 11% of the Daily Value for vitamin C, 7% for vitamin A, 11% for dietary fiber, and 6% for iron, just for some examples. These are all decent but not high by any means. So this formula definitely isn’t meant to replace fruits and vegetables and an overall healthy diet.

How Does BeWell Superfood Greens Compare?

BeWell Superfood Greens is about a middle-of-the-road supplement compared to all the superfood products out there. It delivers many different superfoods, including various colors which provide diverse nutrients

However, the overall formula is dosed low and they use many proprietary blends. That’s not uncommon for superfood powders but still doesn’t mean that it’s what SHOULD be used.

Swolverine Greens + Reds

If you’re looking for a higher-dosed formula free of proprietary blends, Swolverine Greens + Reds seems to be a great choice. This product has 2,500mg of spirulina, 2,500mg of wheatgrass, 2,000mg of chlorella, and at least 500mg for their other ingredients like pomegranate, blueberry, and beet. The superfoods in total add up to about 11g, which is considerably higher than BeWell Superfood Greens.

Swolverine Greens + Reds is also lower-priced than BeWell Superfood Greens at $52.99 for 30 servings vs $57.

Who is BeWell Superfood Greens Best For?

BeWell Superfood Greens is best for people who want to add in a superfood supplement to help meet their daily nutrient goals, especially for those who already eat a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables.
