exipure review

If you want to lose fat, chances are you’ll start off by trying to exercise more and eat less. Unfortunately, this approach often fails for most people due to a number of reasons, which is why it is often believed that more targeted interventions need to be done alongside those diet and lifestyle implements. Within this, there is a boatload of so-called fat loss supplements designed to accelerate the fat loss process.

So in this article, we’ll review a supposedly unique and premier fat loss supplement called Exipure to see if it can get to the root cause of your fat gain and help you look and feel your best. Continue reading this Exipure review to see what it’s all about, how it might work, and whether or not you should consider giving it a shot!

About Exipure

According to the makers of Exipure, people who are struggling to lose weight even amidst a healthy diet and exercise are not at fault. Rather, they insist that fat loss struggles are due primarily to low levels of brown adipose (brown fat) tissue.

As a result, Exipure is designed to target low brown fat levels, which they say is the root cause of your fat gain. They use a blend of 8 exotic nutrients and plants designed to boost brown fat levels, which is then supposed to help you burn calories and fat at a much higher rate.

Exipure Benefits

All of the 8 exotic ingredients in Exipure are designed to boost brown fat levels, which leads to the primary benefit of greater energy expenditure and fat loss.

Plus, the different ingredients are advertised their own unique and additional benefits, such as cholesterol support, antioxidant activity, improved brain health, increased immunity, better cardiovascular health, and more.

But again, Exipure is primarily advertised to boost brown fat activation and help you lose body fat, leading to a leaner and healthier you.

So what can these “exotic” ingredients in Exipure really offer? Let’s take a look!

Exipure Ingredients

As mentioned, Exipure contains 8 ingredients, which are:

  • Perilla
  • Kudzu
  • Holy Basil
  • White Korean Ginseng
  • Amur Cork Bark
  • Propolis
  • Quercetin
  • Oleuropein

Perilla

Up first is perilla, which is a medicinal plant with several health benefits. Related to fat loss, some research shows perilla can downregulate genes responsible for fat storage and upregulate genes related to fat breakdown and fatty acid oxidation.

In other words, it kickstarts the fat loss process and puts the kibosh on cells that want to be stored as fat. And treatment in animal studies has led to lower weight gain and improved fat profiles compared to controls.

Kudzu

Next, we have kudzu, which is a plant primarily native to Japan. Some research shows it can induce brown fat activation and triggers the formation of brown fat cells in the abdominal region (a trouble spot for many!).

Plus, it can improve glucose metabolism. Kudzu also appears to be able to slightly reduce body fat in humans, particularly visceral fat.

Holy Basil

Also included is Holy Basil (or tulsi). It has been used for thousands of years in Indian medicine, particularly for stress reduction and overall vitality and energy. Holy Basil is able to help reduce triglyceride levels, increase HDL cholesterol, and lower LDL cholesterol, as well as improve insulin function.

And research on overweight and obese people showed that Holy Basil led to a significant decrease in body weight and BMI.

White Korean Ginseng

Up next is White Korean ginseng (or Panax ginseng), which also has a significant history of medicinal uses, especially for promoting brain health and enhancing energy levels.

Various compounds in White Korean ginseng may be able to reduce fat accumulation factors while increasing brown fat activation and fatty acid breakdown, which may aid in weight loss. And even though Exipure isn’t a dedicated fat burner, like Cellucor Super HD or OxyShred, the inclusion of this ingredient and others can also increase thermogenesis.

Are you sensing a trend with these ingredients yet?

Amur Cork Bark/Berberine

Now let’s take a look at amur cork bark, which is primarily used for a compound in it called berberine. Berberine has a pretty solid amount of evidence showing it can activate brown fat tissue and convert white fat into brown fat, thereby increasing energy expenditure.

Plus, berberine is usually useful for improving glucose and fat metabolism, as well as insulin function, making it a beneficial compound for a number of metabolic disorders.

Propolis

Another interesting ingredient in Exipure is propolis, which is a resin made by honeybees and their actions on various plant secretions. It is well-known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-oxidant effects.

Additionally, propolis is able to help prevent gut dysbiosis and reduces weight gain resulting from a high-fat diet. Plus, it improves fat metabolism and insulin function, which further aids in weight loss.

Quercetin

Up next is quercetin, which is a very well-known antioxidant compound. Firstly, quercetin may be able to decrease inflammation associated with obesity and high-fat diets.

And furthermore, quercetin appears to aid in the browning process of white fat tissue, in part by turning on more brown fat-activating genes. Overall, it can help with thermogenesis and weight loss.

Oleuropein

The final compound in Exipure is oleuropein, which is found in olive leaves. Oleuropein blocks adipogenesis (creation of fat cells), mainly by downregulating genes responsible for fat accumulation.

Plus, some research shows oleuropein can help turn white fat cells into brown fat, increasing thermogenesis.

Does Exipure Work?

Based on the evidence, I like what I see with Exipure, and it should be a pretty decent fat loss supplement. All of the ingredients in Exipure have very similar actions in that they help reduce the creation of new fat cells, increase the number of brown fat cells and overall brown fat activation, and enhance thermogenesis. Plus, various anti-inflammatory activities and gut health-enhancing activities add further merit to this product’s ability to help you lose fat.

Now, one main concern is that a lot of the research has been done in animals (particularly mice). Thus, it may not exert the same effects in humans (though there is some human research too with these ingredients).

Another thing to consider is that the ingredients are all in a proprietary blend that weighs 300mg, yet most of the ingredients themselves work best in the 100 to 300mg range, so clearly the dosages are low. But since they all offer similar benefits, this might not be that much of a downfall.

Even still, it’d be better if there were studies on the exact Exipure product itself.

Overall, though, Exipure should help to reduce stubborn body fat.

Claims vs. Reality

Importantly, don’t expect Exipure to be a magical fat loss pill. Sure, it should help you to lose some stubborn body fat, but it won’t completely make up for a poor diet and lack of movement.

Exipure does show promise for preventing fat accumulation and for getting rid of existing fat, but this has to be combined with a healthy diet, exercise, and stress management; otherwise, you just won’t get as good of results.

Some people have lost pretty significant amounts of weight with Exipure (up to 40 pounds), but everyone is different.

Who is Exipure Best For?

Exipure is best for people who have already tried a number of fat loss strategies but haven’t seen the results they’ve wanted. I wouldn’t recommend this as a first-line treatment but rather as an additional supplement to your fat loss regimen.

If you think you’ve been doing everything right but still haven’t lost fat, consider adding in Exipure. It should be particularly useful for stubborn areas (such as the midsection), which often need this additional support.

Is Exipure Safe?

Exipure should generally be safe since it uses natural ingredients, but there are always possible side effects, especially upset stomach, nausea, headache, and other common symptoms. Since Exipure may affect insulin levels, you should also be cautious if you’re diabetic. Just speak to your doctor before using, regardless of your situation.

Also, Exipure is manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered and GMP-certified facility.

The ingredients are 100% plant-based, soy-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, and put through third-party inspections and quality control.
