Plexus-MetaBurn-Review

A lot of people struggle with losing weight, which is precisely why there is a huge dietary supplement industry. Weight loss supplements range from coffees, tablets, keto supplements, and more.

One popular kind of weight loss supplement is “fat burners.” These supplements use thermogenic ingredients that increase the metabolism of fats, thus ensuring you lose weight faster. They are called “thermogenic” because they increase heat by boosting metabolic activity.

Plexus Metaburn is a thermogenic weight loss supplement that considers itself a fat burner to top them all. Plexus is created with thermogenic ingredients meant to increase the metabolism of fats. Plexus Metaburn is part of a larger weight loss kit but can be used on its own.

Today we are going to talk about Plexus Metaburn and answer some important questions, such as its pros, cons, where to buy, cost, and whether or not it is worth the purchase.

Plexus Metaburn: Overview

Plexus Meta Burn Multi Action Bottle

Plexus Metaburn is a thermogenic fat burning drug developed by Plexus Worldwide. Plexus claims to help give your metabolism a boost so it can melt through fats like butter. Plexus describes itself as a “multi-action metabolizer” which honestly sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to us.

Metaburn is targeted towards both men and women and is designed to be used as a standalone product or alongside their weight loss drinks. In its own words, Plexus claims it can help “boost metabolism, helps reduce stubborn fat from hips, thighs, and waist.”

We are usually skeptical of weight loss pills because that is just not how human nutrition works. There is no magic pill you can take that will make the fat go away. Plexus Metaburn advertises itself as if you can start taking it and magically wake up the next day and your jeans fit again. So keep in mind that if you are going to take Plexus, you need to be watching your diet and exercising.

Plexus is made from natural fat-burning ingredients and is GMO-free, vegan, and gluten-free. Its main ingredient base draws from botanical leaves, roots, and seed extracts.

Advantages

  • Natural ingredient
  • GMO, dairy, and gluten-free
  • Thermogenic action burns fat
  • Boosts metabolism
  • Claims to boost cognition

  • Some ingredients have side effects

Who Makes Plexus Metaburn?

Plexus Company Logo

Plexus Metaburn is created by Plexus Worldwide, a health and nutritional supplement company based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. Plexus claims it is dedicated to its company values. The company says that it incorporates the latest in scientific research when making their products. Their stated goal is to make products that are the highest quality non-GMO, 100% vegetarian, and gluten-free, wherever possible.

Other Plexus Worldwide Reviews:

We also checked out the company’s BBB page. They currently have about 74 customer complaints and an average customer rating of about 3.2. They do have an A+ ranking and their profile is accredited, which means they are responsive to dealing with customer complaints. There are complaints about billing and shipping practices, as well as the poor customer support. We should also mention that some of Plexus’ products have been banned for online sales in some countries due to safety concerns.

How Does Plexus Metaburn Work?

Plexus MetaBurn Tablets

The ingredients of Plexus contain several stimulants like green tea extract and caffeine. Stimulants like these are commonly used in fat burning supplements because they curb the appetite and give you the energy you may lack from not eating as much.

Other ingredients in Plexus have a more tangential connection to weight loss. One thing we noticed is that we could not find any product reviews on the manufacturer’s website. This is normally not a positive sign as a lack of reviews usually means that a lot of them are negative. Plexus also has fairly low reviews on other retail sites like Amazon.

As such, we would say that their claims are pretty exaggerated. Plexus probably has some benefit if taken in conjunction with a steady workout plan, but it’s not clear whether any benefits are because of the thermogenic ingredients or just because you are eating less.

Ingredients

Plexus Metaburn contains several ingredients, not all of which are active ingredients. Here is a list of a few of the more important ingredients that are responsible for the product’s professed benefits.

  • Green tea
  • Caffeine
  • Rhodiola root
  • Grains of paradise
  • AstraGin
  • Chinese ginseng
  • Guarana seed extract

The majority of Plexus ingredients are derived from roots and seeds. Green tea and caffeine are powerful stimulants that are known to play a role in losing weight, but you don’t have to buy Plexus to get access to those two things. Rhodiola root and grains of paradise are two plant extracts that may help mood and improve energy expenditure.

AstraGin comes from two types of plants but there is no real link to weight loss. AstraGin might contribute to workout gains when used in conjunction with creatine and protein, neither of which is in Plexus.

Chinese Ginseng and guarana seed extract are two other stimulants that have effects like caffeine. Not really much else to say for these two.

Safety and Side Effects

Plexus is packed with quite  few stimulants so common side effects are those associated with taking too many stimulants, such as:

  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
  • Jitters
  • High blood pressure
  • Irregular or fast heartbeat

Green tea extract, ginseng, and caffeine are probably the most potent stimulants in the mix and are most likely the culprit for any side effects.

Where to Buy and Cost

You can buy Plexus Metaburn directly from the manufacturer’s website or from online third-party retailers like Amazon. A one-time purchase of a 30-day supply of Plexus costs $7 but you can save 155 by signing up for a subscription.

NOTE: We currently recommend Skald over Plexus Metaburn. Here’s why

Plexus Metaburn: Is it Worth Buying?

The fact that Plexus is part of a weight-loss kit but also is a standalone product confuses us. Why should there need to be the kit if all you actually need is Plexus Metaburn? Also, it seems that the product’s effectiveness rides on the stimulants, which is not a good thing for weight loss supplements in general. We say try it, but only if you have already tried other things with no success.
