In this article, we’re going to review everything about Ember to see if it really is as good as advertised. We’ll dive into the ingredients, doses, benefits, pricing, and how it compares to other fat burners out there.

Here we go!

  • Ember is designed to target appetite control, metabolic health, and fat-burning

About Ember

Ember is a fat burner and appetite control supplement created by Ambrosia Collective. They say their formula is the most powerful and effective fat burner on the market, with clinically-researched ingredients for the best results.

Ember contains cayenne pepper, African mango, chromium, and several other natural compounds to support your metabolism and stave off cravings, so you can lose weight fast and reach your ultimate physique.

All it takes is just one tablet per day, which can also be cut in half to start, so it’s easy to adjust the dose.

Ember Benefits

Ambrosia Collective argues that Ember is the best fat burner out there. They say the benefits are:

  • Enhanced Fat Burning
  • Appetite Control
  • Blood Sugar Regulation
  • Increased Metabolism

Enhanced Fat Burning

Ember is advertised to increase the body’s natural fat-burning capacity with ingredients such as Capsimax and caffeine anhydrous. This can help you burn more calories throughout the day, making weight loss quicker and easier.

Appetite Control

You’re bound to have cravings when trying to lose weight, which is why appetite control is essential. Ember claims to regulate your cravings and appetite with African mango and other compounds, making it easier to stick to your fat loss diet plan.

Blood Sugar Regulation

Ember is also promoted to help with blood sugar regulation, which is important since healthy insulin and blood sugar levels play key roles in weight management.

This formula contains Chromax and Glucovantage, which they say promote healthier blood sugar levels, insulin function, and overall metabolic health.

Increased Metabolism

Lastly, they say Ember can help elevate metabolism and thermogenesis with caffeine, Capsimax, and Dynamine, among a couple of other ingredients. This can make the body burn more fuel for energy, leading to greater weight loss over time.

As we mentioned above, Ambrosia Collective says Ember is not just one of the best, but THEE BEST, fat burner and appetite control supplement out there.

But can it really hold up to that strong claim?

Let’s find out.

Ember Ingredients

Ember contains eight active ingredients, several of which are trademarked forms. Here’s the list:

  • Chromax Chromium Picolinate
  • Caffeine Anhydrous
  • African Mango Seed Extract
  • Coenzyme Q10
  • Dynamine Methylliberine
  • CoffeeBerry Energy
  • Capsimax Cayenne Extract
  • Glucovantage Dihydroberberine
ember supplement facts

Chromax Chromium Picolinate (200mcg)

Chromax is a trademarked form of chromium picolinate. And chromium is a trace mineral known for improving blood sugar regulation, insulin function, and other aspects of metabolism.

Some evidence shows that chromium can lead to fat loss, but it’s typically not very much and doesn’t always occur.

You can find the Chromax form in other fat burners too, including an equal dose of 200mg in Nugenix Thermo

Caffeine (200mg)

There are 200mg of caffeine in Ember, which comes from 150mg of caffeine anhydrous and 50mg of CoffeeBerry Energy.

Caffeine’s stimulant effects can increase metabolism and fat-burning, and may also stimulate enzymes that break down fat. Plus, caffeine has appetite-suppressant effects, particularly in higher doses.

All of these effects make caffeine pretty good for fat reduction, but it’s not like you’re going to see a massive difference; maybe a few extra pounds lost over several weeks.

Also, CoffeeBerry Energy seems to be able to block enzymes involved in carbohydrate absorption. So that provides a unique benefit that doesn’t usually happen with just regular caffeine.

African Mango Seed Extract (150mg)

African mango seed extract contains several bioactive compounds that appear to increase the fatty acid breakdown and decrease fatty acid synthesis. In other words, it enhances fat-burning and minimizes fat storage.

Research shows that African mango seed extract can lead to weight loss and reduced body fat, but the quality of evidence isn’t huge so far.

Not many fat burners have used this compound yet, although MTN OPS Blaze is another one.

Coenzyme Q10 (100mg)

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a powerful antioxidant that can decrease oxidative stress in the body. It can also increase energy production in the cells, which could potentially help with metabolism.

However, it doesn’t seem very effective for fat loss

Dynamine Methylliberine (100mg)

Dynamine is a trademarked form of methylliberine, which is a compound somewhat similar to caffeine.

When paired with caffeine, it seems to enhance the duration and total effect of caffeine in the body. So, this could potentially increase caffeine’s fat-burning effects.

Capsimax Cayenne Pepper Extract (50mg)

Capsimax is a trademarked form of cayenne pepper extract. Cayenne contains capsaicin and other compounds, which have been shown to increase thermogenesis (burning fat for energy) while also inhibiting fat storage.

Additionally, Capsimax can decrease appetite, which can help you to consume fewer calories over the day.

Glucovantage Dihydroberberine (50mg)

The last ingredient in Ember is Glucovantage, which is a trademarked form of dihydroberberine that seems to have a higher bioavailability compared to regular berberine

Now, we know that berberine can increase metabolism, decrease sugar and fat levels, and support weight loss. Therefore, Glucovantage may have even more potent effects in these areas due to its higher bioavailability.

Does Ember Work?

Ember likely works to support fat loss and appetite control. Several high-quality ingredients in this formula are known to increase metabolism and thermogenesis, decrease fat and sugar levels, and reduce appetite, all of which can help with fat loss over time.

However, the effects and benefits will vary from person to person. And even in the best-case scenarios, it’s unlikely that you’ll lose more than 5-7 pounds over several weeks compared to if you hadn’t used it. That’s just the nature of fat burners. They’re not magic pills, but rather helpful additional tools.

How Does Ember Compare?

Ember is definitely formulated better than most fat burners out there. However, we can’t say that it’s the number one product like they claim it to be. We’d need to see some really standout ingredients and doses that separate it far from others, which isn’t the case.

But is it better than most? For sure. There are several well-researched ingredients, and they use moderate to high doses for the most part. Plus, they have a fully transparent label and don’t hide behind proprietary blends.

Capsiplex Burn

Capsiplex Burn is a popular fat burner and one of the better formulas out there. It has higher doses than Ember for Capsimax and caffeine. Plus, Capsiplex Burn contains more ingredients overall.

But Ember has a higher dose of chromium and also has more trademarked, clinically-researched ingredients.

Overall, both formulas are solid. Ember appears to have the edge for sugar control, whereas Capsiplex Burn is likely a bit more powerful for fat-burning and thermogenesis.

PhenQ

Another similar fat burner is PhenQ, which contains Capsimax, caffeine, and chromium, as well as a unique compound called alpha-lacy’s reset, among several other ingredients.

Ember is a bit better-dosed than PhenQ and also contains a few more directly beneficial ingredients, so it seems to be better than PhenQ overall.

Who is Ember Best For?

Ember is best for people who are currently in a fat-loss phase and want help with appetite control, fat-burning, and metabolic support.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Several clinically-researched ingredients
  • Moderate to high doses for most compounds
  • Supports appetite control, thermogenesis, and metabolism
  • Bulk savings available
  • Only need one tablet per day
  • Moderately priced

Cons

  • Contains caffeine which some people might not want
  • The regular price might be a bit high
  • Some ingredients are dosed low

How to Take Ember

The serving size for Ember is one tablet. They say it’s also easy to cut the pill in half if you want to start with a half-dose.

Given the caffeine content, it’s best to take Ember no sooner than 6 hours before bed. Ideally, take it in the morning.

Is Ember Safe?

Ember is generally safe for most people to take and doesn’t contain anything overly concerning. All of the ingredients are generally well-tolerated. But it does contain 200mg of caffeine, which is a decently high dose for some people.

Possible side effects are:

  • Headache
  • Anxiety
  • Jitters
  • Sleep problems
  • Heartburn
  • Upset stomach
  • Dizziness
  • Allergic reactions

Ember is made in a cGMP-compliant, FDA-registered facility.

Where to Buy Ember

You can buy Ember on the Ambrosia Collective website

There are 30 servings (30 tablets) per container. One bottle costs $46.99, although you can save money if you buy two, three, or six bottles at a time.

Here are the bulk savings prices:

  • 2-Pack – $84.99
  • 3-Pack – $114.99
  • 6-Pack – $228.99

Ember costs anywhere from $1.27 to $1.57 per serving, which is in the normal range for fat burners. And given the higher quality and doses compared to most, these prices are pretty “bang for your buck.”

Ambrosia Collective has a 30-Day Return Policy, but you can only return unopened bottles.

Verdict: Ember Review

Ember by Ambrosia Collective is a good fat burner overall. It’s not the absolute best one out there as they claim, but it has several effective ingredients and moderate to high doses to give you your desired results.

In particular, Ember seems to support metabolism, appetite control, and thermogenesis, all of which can promote fat loss over time. Plus, it’s moderately priced so you don’t have to worry about spending an insane amount each month.

Overall, Ember is one of the better fat burners out there with a good mix of quality, benefits, and value.
