It Works! Super Greens daily detoxifying supplement is a daily powder to add to your water or other morning beverage to help support a healthy body. This is an all-natural blend of nutrient-rich greens designed to gently remove toxins from your body and help to flush your system of excess water each day. Because this product is high in fiber, it is especially important to keep hydrated while using it.
The natural state of the body is a state of health. The Super Greens mix was not designed as a medicine or a drug, but as a natural way to support a body that wants to be healthy.
Stress, poor diet and lack of sleep can all throw our body out of its orbit and detract from the natural state of wellness that the body seeks to be in. Super Greens is natural drink mix that helps guide the body back to where it wants to be, and where you want to be, in a state of health and balance. So, does Super Greens actually work? How does it compare to other superfood products, such as Opti-Greens 50 or Green Vibrance? Let’s take a deeper look at Super Greens, their ingredients, and their claims.
Super Greens Vitamin Content
In addition to the great mix of all things good and green, the Super Greens mix contains 125 mg of calcium and 50 mg of magnesium, two of the most important building blocks of our bodies.
Super Greens is also a good source of dietary fiber with 2 g per serving. Fiber is not only useful for staying regular with your bowel movements, but has also been shown to have key interactions with cholesterol and sugar in the blood. Lack of fiber may show itself most prominently as constipation, but fiber is good for more than just bowel health!
Many of us struggle to get enough natural fiber in our diet, and a drink like this is a great benefit. A daily drink of Super Greens is also a more natural way to move the bowels than a diuretic like coffee.

When looking for natural and healthy choices, too often we run into purported miracle cures full of exotic ingredients that have never been studied or that have no known value. All the It Works! Products are things you could make in your own kitchen if you had the time (and a suspiciously large refrigerator) and Super Greens mix is no different.
There is no magic to it and no proprietary blends. Just the fruits and veggies you already eat, but extracted down to their best bits and packed into a handy little tin.
It Works Super Greens Review
Here are our thoughts on a few important factors.
Ingredients
There is nothing not to love here. The Super Greens mix is exactly what it says on the label, a blend of natural fruits, veggies and herbs to add to your beverage of choice. With the added vitamins I am pretty happy with the ingredient list. I give 4/5 only because I wish there were more vitamins present in this mix! Overall it is a great blend, but some of the other It Works! Blends rank higher for me.
Taste
Sorry, the taste is a bit hard to work with. I recommend not mixing this in a glass of water, because the flavor is definitely an acquired taste. Mixing it with green tea was tolerable with honey and lemon. Mixing it into a kale smoothie or other green drink was the best way I found to disguise it. The taste of spirulina reaches out first, quickly followed by the chalky calcium texture. It definitely tastes healthy, if you know what I mean.
Price
A 30 day supply of Super Greens mix runs $65 retail, or $39 for loyalty members. I will say right away, I don’t like loyalty programs. A lot of you would rather pay full retail than sign up for another store card and loyalty account, and I understand.
The good news is, if you do choose to sign up, you get 40% off of all purchases. Becoming a loyalty member is free with a monthly shipment signup. If you are trying out multiple products or giving the gift of green, it’s definitely worth it for the discount.
If this is a one time purchase or a trial run, the full retail price comes to $2.16 a day, which is still a cheaper fix than a lot of health drinks in the cooler at your local co-op.
Are Super Greens For You?
Super Greens is a deceptively simple addition to your morning. Once you come up with a way to disguise the very green flavor, you have yourself a healthy and natural detoxifying mix.
Remember to stay hydrated when using the Super Green mix as its detox effects work by ridding your body of excess fluid, and all the gunk flushed out with it.
In addition to being a healthy source of dietary fiber, Super Greens mix also serves as a supplement for calcium and magnesium. Those two vitamins work together in the body and are especially important for migraine sufferers and those at risk for osteoporosis.
If you wondered, Super Greens mix is also non-GMO, soy free, keto-friendly and vegan.
