Alessandra Ambrosio is from Brazil. She started taking modeling classes when she was 12 and made it into the final 20 in the Elite Model Look competition in 1996. At 15, she debuted as a model under Dilson Stein who also discovered Gisele Bundchen and Caroline Trentini. Ambrosio appeared on the cover of Brazilian Elle magazine and began modeling for Victoria’s Secret in 2000. Ambrosio looks fabulous at forty. She certainly hit the genetic lottery, but she also makes an effort to eat clean most of the time. She doesn’t follow any specific diet, but sticks to whole, natural foods like eggs, chicken, fish, and salad. She is a fan of green juices and always carries a protein bar or nuts in her bag in the event of a snack attack.
