QUANTUMiND Review

Poor focus, lack of concentration, mental fatigue, are just a few of the common complaints that many individuals have today.

This is why nootropic supplements are so appealing. After all, they’re advertised to rev up all the important processes in your brain, leading to a sharper, clearer, more productive mental state.

And in this review, we’re going over a nootropic supplement called QUANTUMiND to see if it’s really an effective supplement for brain power!

About QUANTUMiND

QUANTUMiND is a premium nootropic supplement created by Evolvere. Their all-in-one brain health formula is designed particularly for individuals with ADHD or other people with similar focus issues.

QUANTUMiND

QUANTUMiND contains a variety of science-backed ingredients such as theanine, alpha-GPC tyrosine, and ashwagandha. These are meant to give you a boost in focus, concentration, mood, mental well-being, and alertness, without causing any jitters, anxiety, headaches, or other issues.

When combined, this formula is meant to act as the last brain supplement you’ll ever need! And they even say it helps some people come off prescription meds.

QUANTUMiND Benefits

QUANTUMiND is advertised to deliver many different benefits for brain health and mental function, including:

  • Enhanced Focus
  • Reduced Anxiety
  • More Motivation & Drive
  • Less Mental Fatigue
QUANTUMiND Benefits

Enhanced Focus

QUANTUMiND claims to enhance focus and concentration with a variety of ingredients such as theanine and alpha-GPC. These are designed to boost alpha waves and acetylcholine in the brain, leading to a state of calm, yet alert focus and concentration.

In turn, you may get less distracted and be able to focus on what needs to get done!

Reduced Anxiety

Anxiety is definitely one of the biggest plagues of top notch physical and mental performance. But QUANTUMiND is advertised to reduce stress and anxiety with all-natural compounds such as ashwagandha, theanine, and tyrosine.

These may reduce stress hormones and put you in a more at-ease state of mind, which can also lead to better productivity and performance. And unlike anti-anxiety meds, QUANTUMiND is designed to be non-habit forming and free of nasty side effects.

More Motivation & Drive

QUANTUMiND is also promoted to give you more motivation and drive, mainly by enhancing dopamine and other powerful brain chemicals.

To do this, they use a variety of natural compounds including tyrosine, caffeine, and phenylethylamine, to help you become more of a go-getter rather than spinning your wheels in frustration or apathy.

Less Mental Fatigue

If you have a lot on your plate, you can’t let mental fatigue get in your way. But unfortunately, this happens a lot, when you just can’t seem to muster up the mental fortitude to finish projects, learn that new skill, or x.

Well, QUANTUMiND says to hell with mental fatigue! They include a number of natural compounds designed to slash away mental fatigue and ramp up brain energy, including tyrosine, Panax ginseng, and vitamin B12.

What’s more, despite the energy boost, they also say that QUANTUMiND won’t give you jitters or crash, thanks to complementary ingredients like theanine.

Altogether, QUANTUMiND claims to be a highly potent nootropic for all-around mental performance and brain function.

But does it really work?

Keep reading to see if it’s really worth buying!

QUANTUMiND Supplement Facts

Vitamin B12 (500mcg)

QUANTUMiND contains a whopping 500mcg of vitamin B12, all from methylcobolamin which is a bioavailable form. This is over 16,000% percent of the daily value.

Of all the B-complex vitamins, vitamin B12 is likely the most important for brain health. It’s necessary for the production of various neurotransmitters (brain chemicals) and also is crucial for general brain and nerve cell function.

If someone is too low in vitamin B12, they have an increased risk of cognitive problems, such as memory issues and low mood. But getting in enough vitamin B12 can improve memory, boost mood, and enhance general cognitive functions.

Carnitine (250mg)

Carnitine is an important amino acid with a few roles in brain health. For one, it can enhance cellular energy production, which can in turn lead to more mental energy.

Also, carnitine is involved in the production of acetylcholine, which is a brain chemical related to focus, memory, and concentration.

Carnitine may also have general anti-inflammatory effects in the brain and supports brain cell health.

However, whether carnitine supplementation specifically enhances mental function in healthy people is up for debate.

Tyrosine (225mg)

Tyrosine is an amino acid. It’s important for the production of dopamine, noradrenaline, and other brain chemicals involved in energy, alertness, and motivation.

Many people can get enough tyrosine naturally. But supplementing may help preserve mental energy and overall cognitive function when you’re stressed out, especially since stress depletes dopamine and the other brain chemicals at a pretty high rate.

You can find this ingredient in several other popular nootropics too, such as Performance Lab Mind

Phenylethylamine (175mg)

Phenylethylamine is a trace amine compound that mainly increases dopamine production. This can lead to elevated mood and enhanced motivation. It hasn’t been very well-researched as a supplement though.

Caffeine (150mg)

QUANTUMiND also has good ol’ caffeine. Not too high of a dose though at 150mg, which is about the same as one and a half cups of coffee.

Caffeine is one of the most widely-used stimulants and increases energy, alertness, as well as mood and motivation in some people.

It can also enhance cognitive performance, especially when combined with theanine, which is also included in QUANTUMiND.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (137.5mg)

Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant compound which is also involved in energy metabolism. Just like carnitine, it helps to increase cellular energy production which could lead to less mental fatigue.

Alpha-lipoic acid’s anti-inflammatory effects may also protect against brain damage and support overall brain health.

Alpha GPC (125mg)

Alpha-GPC, which stands for alpha-glycerophosphocholine, is a choline-based compound. It eventually gets turned into acetylcholine, and can thus potentially enhance focus, attention, memory and other cognitive functions.

The dose isn’t the highest though. Another product that has a higher dose, along with a bunch of different nootrpic ingredients altogether, is Qualia Mind

Ashwagandha (100mg)

Ashwagandha is an herb most often uses for stress-related conditions. This is because it acts as an adaptogen and can help lower stress levels.

Taking ashwagandha may reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and slash stress. Plus, due to it’s stress-reducing and anti-inflammatory effects in the brain, it could also improve cognitive functions, such as attention and focus.

Phosphatidylserine (87.5mg)

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid (a fatty substance) that’s found in high amounts in nerve cell membranes. It also is required for healthy nerve transmission and thus plays a huge role in overall brain function

Phosphatidylserine supplementation may enhance short-term memory, concentration, long-term memory, problem solving, and a number of other cognitive functions. This is especially true in aging individuals who have greater brain dysfunctions.

Theanine (75mg)

L-theanine is an amino acid compound found in tea leaves. One of the most unique effects is its ability to enhance alpha brain waves; these are associated with a calm, yet alert state (think right before you go to bed or during meditation).

Theanine also increases other brain chemicals such as serotonin which may add to its calming properties. This compound has a number of different benefits, including not only reduced stress and anxiety, but also boosted focus and concentration.

Shilajit (100mg)

Shilajit is a very interesting compound. It’s basically an exudate found in high mountain rocks that results from the decomposition of plant matter over many years.

As a result, shiljait contains a high amount of minerals and other bioactive compounds, which may lead to health benefits. It’s most often used to enhance energy, vitality, and hormone function. This is why it’s included in many T-boosters too such as Primal Total Male+

It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, which could carry over to brain protection and cognitive function. However, it’s really under-researched as of right now.

Green Tea (75mg)

Green tea extract contains quite a few compounds that can benefit cognition. For example, it has both caffeine and theanine, which is a solid combo for enhancing alertness and energy, but without getting jitters.

Additionally, green tea extract contains EGCG and other antioxidant compounds that may benefit the brain.

However, the dose in QUANTUMiND is well below what’s normally used for these results.

Panax Ginseng (50mg)

Panax ginseng (aka “true ginseng”) is a herb with stimulating, yet also adaptogenic effects. Bioactive compounds in ginseng work in the central nervous system, such as by increasing various neurotransmitters, and other areas in the body.

Ginseng supplementation has been shown to reduce fatigue, improve energy, enhance mood, and boost cognition. But again, the dose in QUANTUMiND is pretty low.

Black Pepper Fruit (5mg)

Black pepper fruit extract contains a compound called piperine, which can potentially increase the bioavailability of the other ingredients. This may lead to greater effects for the other compounds.

Does QUANTUMiND Work?

Overall, QUANTUMiND seems likely to work for cognitive function and brain performance, but the results might not be massive.

There definitely are a lot of well-researched ingredients in QUANTUMiND. And while the doses aren’t typically great for most of the ingredients (except for caffeine and vitamin B12), there’s still ENOUGH of each compound to do at least something. And this is especially true given that there are a lot of similar-acting compounds.

For example, 75mg of theanine, 100mg of ashwagandha, and 87.5mg of phosphatidylserine are all under the ideal dose, but still not too far off of what’s sometimes used. And should still have at least some benefits. So overall, it has the potential for mild to moderate improvements in attention, energy, alertness, mood enhancement, and cognitive functions.

Claims vs. Reality

However, we do want to bring back into focus one of the main claimed benefits of QUANTUMiND, which was ADHD improvement.

To do this, we honestly expected more ingredients and/or higher doses of the compounds designed for attention, focus, and concentration.

Ideally, there would be higher doses of theanine, alpha-GPC, and perhaps tyrosine, as well as the inclusion of other focus-boosting compounds. (Granted, you can take up to two servings per day, which would obviously lead to more pronounced effects).

Even still, as far as ADHD improvement specifically is concerned, QUANTUMiND seems a bit overhyped.

QUANTUMiND Supplement

How Does QUANTUMiND Compare?

QUANTUMiND is one of the best nootropic supplements in terms of overall ingredient quality and variety, but it’s far less impressive in terms of ingredient doses.

That’s why, all things considered, QUANTUMiND seems best for general cognitive support, rather than specific, greater benefits for one or two particular areas of brain function.

We also like that QUANTUMiND has a fully transparent label, even with all of the ingredients they have. This sets them apart from other supplements that just jam a bunch of ingredients into a proprietary blend, making it impossible to see if there are any useful doses.

One of the supplements worth comparing to QUANTUMiND is Qualia Focus, since both these nootropics are particularly geared for attention and focus. Qualia Focus has many of the same ingredients as QUANTUMiND, such as theanine, vitamin B12, alpha-GPC, and tyrosine. However, the doses are generally higher. And it also includes other more specific herbs and ingredients for focus and attention, such as bacopa, ginkgo, and Huperzine A.

So, Qualia Focus appears to be a bit better overall formula. But the regular price is also a little more expensive at $59 for 20 servings versus $54 for QUANTUMiND.

Another popular choice is Hunter Focus. This nootropic supplement is loaded with 20 compounds, including tyrosine, lion’s mane, ashwagandha, bacopa, theanine, B vitamins, and just a small amount of caffeine. It’s definitely one of the highest-dosed, most concentrated nootropic formulas out there and may provide several benefits, including attention, energy, alertness, mood enhancement, and focus.

Overall, Hunter Focus also seems better than QUANTUMiND, but it’s also pretty high-priced at $80 for 30 servings.

Who is QUANTUMiND Best For?

QUANTUMiND is best for anyone who is looking for an all-around nootropic formula to deliver improvements in focus, energy, alertness, mood, and mental performance.

How to Take QUANTUMiND

QUANTUMiND comes as capsules. The serving size is three capsules.

Evolvere says you can just take one serving in the morning if you’re looking for more general improvements.

Or, to maximize performance, they say to take two servings (six capsules) spread throughout the day.

Is QUANTUMiND Safe?

QUANTUMiND has many different ingredients, but they’re all generally recognized as safe when consumed in appropriate doses.

One thing to note right away is the very high concentration of vitamin B12, which could cause anxiety, jitters, or trouble sleeping.

Other side effects from the QUANTUMiND formula in general may include:

  • Headache
  • Mood changes
  • Upset stomach
  • Anxiety, jitters,
  • Tingling
  • Allergic reactions

QUANTUMiND is made in the USA in a cGMP, FDA-approved facility. They don’t list any info for the inactive ingredients, though, so we can’t tell if there are any artificial ingredients, possible allergens, or ingredients off limits based on one’s dietary restrictions.

Where to Buy QUANTUMiND

You can buy QUANTUMiND right from the Evolvere website.

QUANTUMiND Website

There are 20 servings (60 capsules) per bottle. The regular price is $54 ($2.70/serving), which is pretty high-priced.

Fortunately, you can save 25% with their Subscribe & Save option, which lowers the price to $41 ($2.05/serving).

Or, you can choose their Buy 2 Get 1 Free option, which is $108 ($1.80/serving).

With these ways to save money, QUANTUMiND is right within the normal range for nootropic supplements (as these tend to be a little higher than other supplements anyway).

Evolvere also has a 20-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which isn’t great but still enough time to see if it works.

Verdict: QUANTUMiND Review

QUANTUMiND is overall a pretty good nootropic formula with a lot of research-backed ingredients to provide several different cognitive benefits.

With possible benefits ranging from energy enhancement, to better focus, to mood improvement, QUANTUMiND may be a solid option for people looking for all-around brain benefits.

However, the doses aren’t overly high. And it doesn’t seem to be as good for focus or ADHD help as they claim.

Ultimately, there definitely are some better nootropic formulas out there, but QUANTUMiND still holds its own and is worth buying, especially for people who want a decently affordable, well-rounded nootropic.
