Purium is pretty vague on its claims. It basically says that it will help you feel good and healthy in general. It also claims that it can reduce your cravings and several customers report using it as a meal replacement shake. Currently, the only available flavor is apple berry

Power Shakes are made by Purium, which is licensed under the name Organic by Nature Inc. Purium was founded nearly 30 years ago by David Sandoval and Amy Venne-Hamdi. The company is based on 6 core values:

Purium is an MLM company which means its revenue stream is based on picking up new distributors to directly sell their products to customers. In fact, most people who join MLM companies actually lose money. Even if the company has a poor business structure it does not necessarily mean what they are selling is bogus, though.
We also checked out the company’s BBB page. They have an average A+ rating but the page is not accredited, despite being listed as being in business for 27 years. They have an average 4 of 5 rating from over 20 customer reviews and only 3 total complaints. We find this suspicious; after 27 years you’d think the company would have picked up more customer complaints. This may be because the company name is listed as Organic by Nature Inc. on BBB instead of as Purium.
How Does Purium Power Shake Work?
Purium Power Shakes work by giving your body a high dose of super greens and high-quality fats. The fats give you the energy to burn while the super green blend provides nutrients and keeps you full until the next mealtime.
Power Shakes only have a handful of reviews on the website, though most of them are positive. People praise the taste and say that they feel supercharged for the day after taking it in the morning.
Unfortunately, though, there are no clinical studies of trials linked to that show Purium is effective, and that is what we really want to see. Absent clinical trials, there is just really no guarantee that the product actually does what it says it does.

Purium Power Shake: Worth It or Not?
It depends. Purium has some pretty good ingredients and seems to work mostly as intended. However, it is super expensive and you have to deal with the potentially frustrating MLM structure of the company. If you have some money to spare and you don’t mind going through a distributor or dealing with a weird shipment schedule, then we say trying it can’t hurt.
