Kourtney Kardashian is the eldest of Kardashian children. Her father Robert Kardashian was famous for defending OJ Simpson at his murder trial, and Kourtney’s mother Kris remarried Olympic athlete Bruce (now Caitlyn) Jenner. Kim graduated from Catholic high school and went to college, first in Dallas, but she later transferred and graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a degree in Theatre Arts. After college, she and her mother opened kids clothing stores in LA and New York called Smooch. Kourtney has engaged in other successful enterprises with her sisters, including a clothing store called DASH and a line of cosmetics. In 2005, Kourtney starred in a reality show to raise money for charity called Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, and she also made appearances on Paris Hilton’s reality series, The Simple Life. In 2007, the Kardashian family starred in the wildly popular reality show called Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which also led to spin-offs such as Kourtney and Kim Take the Hamptons and Kourtney and Kim Take Miami. The sisters also knocked out a couple of books, including the best-selling Kardashian Konfidential. Kourtney had 3 children with her long-time boyfriend Scott Disick, although the pair split in 2015. Kourtney is just 5 feet tall and weighs 98 lbs.
Kourtney Kardashian’s Diet
Kourtney Kardashian follows a fairly strict diet centered around organic whole foods. She has given up red meat, sugar, processed foods and gluten, but she says the thing that really did the trick for her glowing skin was forgoing dairy. She says that with all the dairy replacements out there, dairy wasn’t so hard to ditch, and that gluten was definitely harder. Kourtney admits she’s no cook, but she makes simple things like avocado ‘pudding’ and a salad composed of hard-boiled eggs, avocados, and tomatoes. She recently did a detox diet for 3 months to try to reduce the amount of heavy metals in her system. For this diet, she engaged in intermittent fasting, which means not eating for 14-16 hours per day, and eating very low carb. Once a week, she would also do a 24-hour fast and drink only bone broth and water. Kourtney also sometimes follows a ketogenic diet when she’s looking to drop a few pounds. The keto diet is very low in carbs and high in fat.

Make Hers Avocado
Rather than typical breakfast fare of pancakes or cereal, Kourtney whips up Brazilian avocado ‘pudding’ made from an avocado, coconut milk and Manuka honey. She loves avocados and will snack on veggies with avocado hummus in the afternoon.
Chicken breast or salmon with a homemade salad are a typical pick for Kourtney at lunchtime.
Dinner for Kourtney is usually light, a soup made from sweet potatoes or asparagus. When she wants something more substantial, she might have turkey chili.
Kourtney’s cheats are pretty healthy and an occasional after-dinner pudding made from chia seeds is her go-to. (But double-stuff Oreos are still her kryptonite.)

Kourtney likes to get her cardio exercise in the great outdoors and often posts pics of herself hiking. She also skis and plays tennis and pool volleyball. But if she goes to the gym, she’s big on boxing.
Kourtney swears by her trainer Don Brooks. She trains with him 3-5 times a week for 45 minutes to an hour. His method consists of 4 quarters, with 3 sets of 2 exercises per quarter, and rest periods after each quarter.
A K.I.S.S Routine
Kourtney does a lot of burpees and mountain climbers, simple but effective moves that engage the whole body and really ramp up the heart rate.
Kourtney pays extra attention to her keeping her gluteals toned.
One of Kourtney’s favorite pieces of equipment is a resistance band which is portable and easy to use. She’ll use around her thighs to intensify the workout with her leg lifts and kick backs.
Kourtney will use either a kettlebell or a sandbag to do weighted squat cleans.
Kourtney also does a Pilates routine at home to tone and lengthen her muscles. She’ll use a Pilates ball to help maintain proper form.

Kourtney prefers an overall routine rather than targeting certain body parts, and she does compound moves because they burn more calories.

She usually jumps rope, but squats, brisk walking, anything to loosen & warm up the muscles.
Next, jump rope for 2 minutes, followed by a static plank or squats for 1 minute.
