What Is FitMiss Delight Protein Powder?

FitMiss Delight Protein Powder is a protein powder and nutrition shake that is specifically made for women.

FitMiss Delight promises hunger satiation while providing real results – which is mainly weight loss. FitMiss Delight also prides itself on delivering a “full day’s essential nutrients with quality calories.” To help you be full in a faster manner, FitNess Delight proudly uses SolaThin®, which they say is a “vegetable-based protein weight-loss sensation.”

Lastly, FitMiss Delight is made with blended fruits and vegetables to give you optimal levels of vitamins, minerals, and digestive enzymes.

Perhaps, FitMiss Delight can be summed up in a few phrases: “eat less,” “feel fuller,” and “lose weight,” which are actually the headlining promises of the product. FitMiss Delight also aims to help you in building and maintaining muscles, if that is your goal.

Other Key Ingredients

Two digestive enzymes – FitMiss Delight includes two powder digestive enzymes, Protease, and lactase. These both help with digestive issues specifically from the lactose in the product, which helps everyone digest it in an easier fashion.

Greens and Superfood mix – One thing that really sets this protein powder apart from the hundreds of other powders on the market is the fruits and veggies included. There are two dozen powdered fruits and vegetables in each serving, including apples, broccoli, tart cherry, barley grass, and several kinds of berries.

SolaThin® – SolaThin® is a product and innovation of Bioriginal, and now used by FitMiss Delight. However, despite the innovation for weight loss, SolaThin® is yet to be peer-reviewed – in other words, we’re not sure of the effects that SolaThin® can bring, whether it is good, neutral (no effect at all) or bad. It’s important to also recognize that there are no public research studies around this ingredient.

FitMiss Delight Protein Powder Pros

1) FitMiss Delight Has A Good Macronutrient Distribution

FitMiss Delight contains high protein (16g), moderate carb (3g), and low fat (1.5g, mainly made of saturated fat). As a protein powder, FitMiss Delight will naturally have a high amount of protein compared to fat and carbs.

If you are following a low-fat diet, FitMiss Delight could be for you. But if you are following a high-fat diet, FitMiss Delight may not suit your lifestyle and diet.

FitMiss Delight Protein Powder Cons

1) FitMiss Contains Sucralose And Acesulfame Potassium, Two Potentially Dangerous Substances

Acesulfame potassium and sucralose are two potentially dangerous substances that the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) advises people to avoid the two substances, among other artificial sweeteners.

For acesulfame potassium, CSPI mentioned that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) should require manufacturers to further study their acesulfame potassium; else, they should not approve of their product.

But sucralose is even worse than acesulfame potassium, as it was shown to cause cancer in animal studies and research. Take, for example, what CSPI had said about it, “In 2016 an independent Italian laboratory published a large study on mice. The study found that sucralose caused leukemia and related blood cancers in male mice that were exposed to it throughout their lives starting from before birth.”

2) SolaThin® Is A Relatively New Innovation

SolaThin® is a product and innovation of Bioriginal, and it was later used by FitMiss Delight. However, despite the innovation for weight loss, SolaThin® is yet to be peer-reviewed – in other words, we’re not sure of the effects that SolaThin® can bring, whether it is good, neutral (no effect at all) or bad.

Interestingly, if you a Google search, there’s no research made for SolaThin®. The search results, as of this writing, show only Bioriginal and FitMiss Delight, at least in the first 4 pages.

It’s important to think about these things before buying this product.

Should You Try FitMiss Delight Protein Powder?

Before you try FitMiss Delight Protein Powder, weigh the pros and cons of the ingredients. While it is a good source of protein and has a variety of great fruits and veggies, there are a few suspicious ingredients.

One way to gauge the product’s performance is by simply looking at the reviews on Amazon. As of this writing, FitMiss Delight actually has a 4.1-star rating from 1,862 customers, which is not bad. Here’s the breakdown of the stars:

  • 5 stars – 63%
  • 4 stars – 12%
  • 3 stars – 9%
  • 2 stars – 5%
  • 1 star – 10%

On the most positive end of the review spectrum, reviewers comment that FitMiss Delight is an affordable way to lose weight. These positive reviews often included the fact that it has a great taste. Also, they cited FitMiss Delight as helping them to stay full for a longer time.

On the more negative end of the review spectrum, reports include someone being sick after consuming the product and stomach issues. One review even noted on its sucralose content, which we just mentioned a while ago.

Needless to say, this does not sum up all the reviews, but if you want to look for advice, you can check out the rest of Amazon’s customer review for FitMiss Delight.

So, should you try it? I would say it is up to you. FitMiss Delight is not necessarily a bad product, but I suggest you take caution on some of its ingredients.
