Woodley on her diet
I kind of base my diet off of indigenous cultures and what they eat.
Woodley on indigenous diets
It’s very fascinating that an 80-year-old indigenous man can run for miles and miles with no joint pains and no problems versus us Americans who at 35 can’t do that.
Woodley on foraging for food
I try to do, like, 35% of my diet wild foods.
Woodley on her Adrift diet
‘For the last 2 weeks, I had a can of salmon, some steamed broccoli and 2 egg yolks every day: 350 calories. It was…miserable.
Woodley on the affect of diet on sleep
I can’t sleep when I’m hungry, so I would have a glass of wine to basically pass…out.
