Tracee Ellis Ross‘ Diet
Summary
Ross looks fabulous at 50, in no small part because of her healthy diet. She eats whole, natural foods like in-season veggies and fruit, along with nuts, eggs, meat and gluten-free grains like quinoa and Udi’s bread. She does not follow a strict regimen of when she eats, but rather listens to her body. Her favorite meal falls somewhere between 4 and 6 in the evening. She avoids dairy but doesn’t deny herself when it comes to treats, like wine and potato chips (although not necessarily together). She just makes sure to eat in moderation. She drinks at least 4 liters of water every day.
