Made by Zhou Nutrition, one capsule of Neuro-Peak a day is designed to help busy professionals, students, CEOs, and other classes of individuals with increased mentally tasking jobs improve their mental cognition and overall performance, support mood, and improve stress.

Neuro-Peak is but one of the many nootropics available to consumers worldwide, so why should you choose it?

Our Neuro-Peak review gives you this supplement’s what, how, and why. We will discuss What’s contained in Neuro-Peak, How it works, Why it may benefit you, and Why it may be the right choice for you.

Neuro-Peak Ingredients for Mental Performance

Neuro-Peak-Ingredients-for-Stress-Support

Neuro-Peak contains several vitamins and herbs that promote improved mental cognition and memory, including vitamin B12, ginkgo biloba, phosphatidylserine, and Bacopa monnieri.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin essential in neuronal function, red blood cell metabolism, and cellular processes. Vitamin B12 is prevalent in many brain supplements, like Neuriva and Vitality Now Youthful Brain. Vitamin B12 deficiencies have been shown to reflect poor memory performance, and supplementation has been shown to improve memory, including in those with early-stage dementia.

Bacopa monnieri

Bacopa monnieri is a plant traditionally used in Ayurvedic practices that grows in tropical environments. Research has shown its ability to boost brain function and memory, including learning and retaining new information.

Bacopa monnieri can also be found in many brain supplements such as NooCube.  Bacopa monnieri studies show improved memory function in patients. According to studies, the efficacy of bacopa monnieri ranges from 300-450mg, making Neuro-Peak’s 300mg an effective dose.

Huperzia Serrata

Huperzia Serrata, or Chinese club moss, is a plant used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat various mental illnesses. Huperzia is a source of Huperzine A, a cholinesterase inhibitor that prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine in the brain.

Acetylcholine is one of the primary neurotransmitters involved in learning, memory, and other mental functions.

Gingko Biloba

Gingko biloba is a tree native to China that has been used as medicine for thousands of years, with modern uses utilizing the leaf extract. Small studies have been conducted to show that ginkgo may increase mental performance. These studies also show the safety of taking between 120-240mg spread through multiple daily doses.

One serving of Neuro-Peak supplies about 240mg of Gingko biloba extract with 57mg of flavonglycosides which are flavonoids that help fight inflammation and protect the body from oxidative damage.

Neuro-Peak Ingredients for Stress Support

Rhodiola Rosea

For stress support, Neuro-Peak contains Rhodiola rosea, an herb that grows in the cold mountains of Europe and is used as an adaptogenic herb. It’s been shown to improve the ability to handle stress and avoid burnout. On the lower end, Rhodiola rosea’s effective dosage is around 400mg for stress response support. Therefore, the 50mg included in Neuro-Peak may not be sufficient to create adequate support.

DMAE

DMAE is a choline molecule that increases acetylcholine levels and supports nerve and cell signaling. DMAE is found in the body and fatty fish like salmon and sardines.

DMAE may be helpful in conditions like dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and ADHD and may prevent the build-up of beta-amyloid proteins linked to age-related decline and memory.

Does Neuro-Peak Work?

Does-Neuro-Peak-Work

Neuro-Peak has the efficacy to support brain function and improve cognition through its blend of herbs and vitamins but lacks the support for adrenal stress. While we do not think it contains an adequate dosage to help reduce your stress response, it has several well-researched ingredients to improve memory, focus, and overall cognition on a measurable level.

How does Neuro-Peak work? What does it do?

Based on its ingredient profile, Neuro-Peak works by increasing neurotransmitter levels in the brain, preventing inflammation, and providing neurons with essential nutrients to facilitate a healthier cognitive process and function.

How long does Neuro-Peak take to work?

Human metabolism differs, which causes variations in metabolism, absorption, and efficacy of supplements in people. This means that the results seen from using Neuro-Peak are not a “one-size-fits-all” situation.

However, according to Neuro-Peak’s manufacturer, individuals may notice results and changes from consistently using Neuro-Peak within 30 days.

Claims vs. Reality

Claims-vs-Reality

While Neuro-Peak claims that it improves mood and stress in addition to memory, clarity, and focus, we do not think that it may improve stress as much as it does cognition due to the low dosage of adaptogens included in the formula.

Who Is Neuro-Peak Best For?

Who-Is-Neuro-Peak-Best-For

Neuro-Peak is for anyone looking to improve their mental clarity and ability to focus. This is best for students and busy professionals who need to recall lots of information in both short-term and long-term situations.

Neuro-Peak can optimize your mental ability if you notice early memory loss or need to improve memory. However, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illnesses.
