For stress support, Neuro-Peak contains rhodiola rosea, an herb that grows in the cold mountains of Europe that is used as an adaptogenic herb. On the low end, rhodiola rosea dosage is around 400mg for stress response support, meaning that the 50mg included in Neuro-Peak is likely not enough to create adequate support.

- Gingko biloba can cause dizziness, stomach upset, and a rash or allergic reaction, and has possible adervse side effects when taken with blood thinners and pain medications, including NSAIDS.
- DHEA has only minor size effects, including greasy skin and acne where hair grows, but should not be taken by those with cancer affected by hormones.
