About Make Her Lean MAX

Make Her Lean MAX is a weight loss and metabolism-boosting supplement intended to help women more efficiently “burn stubborn fat” and lose weight. Weight loss supplements are very hotly debated in the health and wellness community, and there are many of them out there, from RazaLEAN to Hydroxycut Black. So, what sets apart Make Her Lean MAX? We’ll take a closer look at this supplement, its ingredients, its benefits, and more in this review of Make Her Lean Max.

Make Her Lean MAX Benefits

Promotes Weight Loss

This weight loss supplement helps burn fat and boost your metabolism. Its primary ingredient is caffeine, which is probably why one of the main benefits of this supplement is decreased appetite. The appetite-suppressant side effect of this medication is probably the main reason this leads to weight loss for many users. This is not a long-term option, though, and definitely not healthy to be suppressing your appetite for prolonged periods of time.

Make Her Lean MAX Benefits

Boosts Energy Levels

The main ingredients in this weight loss supplement all involve caffeine. These include caffeine anhydrous, caffeine citrate, and some type of caffeine blend known as Infenergy. These caffeine sources temporarily lead to increased energy levels, which can help suppress your appetite, boost your metabolism, and help push you through your workout to get better results.

Enhances Mood And Focus

The caffeine ingredients in the formula help elevate mood and enhance focus. Caffeine usually helps increase these feelings and concentration levels, but this is not a great idea long-term as you don’t want your body growing dependent on caffeine for mood and cognition regulation. The company claims that elevating your mood may also help decrease the chance of feeling “hangry” and experiencing mood swings due to dieting and, of course, not eating enough.

Make Her Lean MAX Ingredients

The main caffeine ingredients in this formula include caffeine anhydrous, caffeine citrate, and a caffeine blend known as Infenergy. These caffeine sources provide a total of 162.5 mg of caffeine, which is a lot of caffeine. This energy increase can help increase fitness performance, improve mood and focus, and help curb your appetite as well. The formula also includes Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12, which both help increase cellular energy levels naturally.

Another main ingredient is something called eria jarensis, which is a compound used to improve energy, focus, and mood. It is a stimulant similar to caffeine that basically behaves as a neuroregulator in the brain. It’s not generally marked safe and can be problematic since it is combined with so many other caffeine sources. White willow bark extract is also included, which primarily behaves as a pain reliever, although this may have some side effects like vomiting or cramping.

Other ingredients include ginger root extract, which can help with headaches and digestion, and also a compound known as theobromine. Theobromine is a central nervous system stimulant that relaxes smooth muscles and acts as a diuretic. This may promote overall weight loss. In large amounts, it has been linked with anorexia as well. Another ingredient is a formula known as Paradoxine, which is ground up paradise seeds. These supposedly help increase your metabolism and enhance fat burn.

There is also a formulated ingredient known as Lean GBB, which is a Gamma-Butyrobetaine supplement. It supposedly helps increase energy, enhances athletic performance, and promotes weight loss and fat burn.

Is Make Her Lean MAX Really Healthy?

Make Her Lean MAX, like most weight loss supplements, is pretty problematic. Although it comes highly rated by users, it contains a significant amount of caffeine that is cause for concern. It also contains other compounds that behave like stimulants. So although you may be getting an energy boost, this is cause for concern because it is such a large dose of energy at once. It probably results in mood swings, appetite irregularities, anxiety, jittery feelings, restlessness, nausea, and an energy crash after using. This energy enhancement is definitely not a long-term solution to weight loss.

Also, many of the compounds 1Up nutrition uses in their formula are not largely studied or even safe. For instance, eria jarensis is a stimulant that is not generally marked safe. It has side effects that can be concerning. White willow bark extract also has quite a few side effects like vomiting and cramping. They also include these other patented formulas like Paradoxine and Lean GBB. Both of these are found in many weight loss supplements and are not heavily studied or even proven to work.

Finally, many of these stimulants and caffeine sources, like theobromine and caffeine anhydrous, are known to be diuretics. This may lead to dehydration, especially when coupled with excessive sweating from workouts. This can further lead to dangerous electrolyte imbalances in the body.

Who Should Use Make Her Lean MAX?

Make Her Lean MAX is marketed towards the female demographic, but there are no ingredients in there that would particularly benefit just females, so it can really be used by anyone. However, this product contains a hefty amount of caffeine and stimulants and is not particularly safe for younger individuals or those sensitive to caffeine. If you have anxiety or a neurological disorder like epilepsy, this product is definitely not a good option. This is primarily a diet supplement that may help short-term, but certainly not long-term (especially in terms of caffeine dependency).

Is Make Her Lean MAX Safe?

Make Her Lean MAX, as previously stated, is a strong caffeine supplement. With over 160 mg of caffeine, it is slightly problematic. Especially when you add on the other stimulating ingredients like theobromine and eria jarensis. This supplement definitely should not be used if you have a caffeine sensitivity or if you have a neurological condition. The following are side effects of too much caffeine:

  • Caffeine dependency
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Cramping
  • Loss of appetite
  • Mood swings
  • Anxiety
  • Jittery feelings
  • Sleeplessness
  • Restlessness

In addition, this supplement may not be suitable for long-term use. It can cause a caffeine dependency, mood swings, and an appetite imbalance. This can also lead to a lot of “yo-yo dieting” as although you may experience positive results through the use of the supplement when you stop taking it, your hunger will return, especially due to lack of proper nutrition from the dieting.

Make Her Lean MAX Alternatives

There are definitely healthier alternatives to any weight loss supplement. Consuming a healthy diet and exercising regularly are more important factors to consider. Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and fiber are essential and may naturally help keep unnecessary hunger at bay. Also, trying to not restrict as much as possible is important when it comes to long-term weight loss as it won’t lead to the restriction and binge cycle of dieting.

In terms of caffeine, coffee (in moderation) and green tea can be great energy sources. You can also incorporate an energy supplement like a Vitamin B complex, which can naturally increase cellular energy levels. Always consult with your doctor before taking a weight loss supplement, especially one with so many stimulating ingredients.
