Kylie Jenner is the sister of supermodel Kendall Jenner, the daughter of Kris and Bruce (Caitlyn) Jenner and half-sister to the Kardashian clan. She first became known through appearances on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kylie has since founded and owns a cosmetics business called Kylie Cosmetics. When she was just 14 years old, she worked with PacSun and her sister to create a clothing line called Kendall & Kylie. A few years later, she launched Kylie Lip Kits which later became Kylie Cosmetics. She also created an app that hit #1 in the iTunes store.Kyle is considered to be an influencer, with over 100 million followers on social media and she is listed in Forbes magazine as being worth over a billion dollars, making her, at age 21, the world’s youngest billionaire. She has a baby girl Stormi, born in 2018. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 125 lbs.
Kylie Jenner’s Diet
Kylie openly admits to loving junk food such as waffles, bacon and French fries, but whenever she has to go in front of the camera, she says she watches her carbs and says she sticks to foods that are high in fiber but that still taste good. In 2015, she revealed her tea, grapes and rice diet. She drinks Fit Detox tea favored by her sister Kendall, along with grapes and yellow rice. After discovering a lactose intolerance, she gave up cow’s milk and replaced it with soy and almond milk.

Kylie will often fuel up in the a.m. with avocado toast, but she’s also a fan of oatmeal, bagels and waffles. She also adores bacon.

Kylie often takes pics of her homemade dinners, a balanced meal of meat such as chicken or fish, along with a vegetable and rice. While she also digs sushi, she can always go for a good In-N-Out burger.

Kylie said she made it through 3 juices before she abandoned the idea of doing a juice fast.
After gaining 15 lbs., Kylie discovered the problem was due to lactose intolerance. She ditched the milk and dropped the pounds. Although she says she will occasionally enjoy a bit of cheese, she avoids dairy entirely when she needs to lose weight.

Kylie sometimes works out with her half-sister Kourtney and her trainer known as Don-A-Matrix, who also trains Kanye West, her sister Kim’s husband. They listen to Kanye’s music to get in the mood. Alternatively, Kylie might decide to take baby for a stroll.
Easy Does It
Word on the street is that Kylie only commits to 1-2 workouts per week. She is a busy lady, between her business and a baby. She does make an effort to work out on vacation such as paddleboarding, and usually takes photographic evidence.

To keep herself motivated, Kylie incorporates a variety of exercises into her routine, mixing weights, cardio, and plenty of lunges.
Kylie is a fan of high-intensity interval training. She likes the fast pace, and constantly switching the exercises helps to keep her from getting bored.

Her half-sister KhloÃ© says Kylie isn’t the most consistent exerciser in a family devoted to self-care, and onlyshows up to train sometimes. She might even walk out before the hour is up, saying she ‘isn’t feeling it.’
