CurbFit Review Highlights

  • CurbFit is marketed as a pivotal weight loss supplement, but the reality is that it takes a lot of effort in the diet, exercise, and lifestyle department to really see results
  • There are definitely some good ingredients in CurbFit, but the doses for most are low
  • CurbFit doesn’t really have many “top” fat burners such as cayenne, caffeine, green tea, etc.
  • It’s lower-priced than most fat burners but the overall value still might not be that high given that the formula is low-dosed
  • If you can afford to take multiple servings, CurbFit may provide much higher benefits in which case it may be worth buying
  • Otherwise, most people are likely better off buying a better product

About CurbFit

CurbFit is an appetite suppressant and fat loss formula created by PureHealth Research. It’s a mix of seven herbs and other natural ingredients, which are designed to work together to boost metabolism, limit cravings, and provide superior weight loss altogether.

Ultimately, CurbFit is designed to help you lose fat and promote greater health and wellness overall so you can look AND feel better than ever.

CurbFit Benefits

CurbFit is advertised to deliver many different benefits, including:

  • Reduced Cravings & Hunger
  • Enhanced Metabolic Health
  • Decreased Stubborn Body Fat
  • Stress Reduction
  • Immune & Antioxidant Support

Reduced Cravings & Hunger

CurbFit claims to reduce cravings and hunger with ingredients such as Yestein and ceylon cinnamon.

These and other compounds in CurbFit are meant to decrease hunger hormones, provide your body with a sense of fullness, and limit cravings for sweets and other unhealthy foods, so you can stay away from temptations that would otherwise sidetrack your progress.

Enhanced Metabolic Health

PureHealth Research CurbFit is also advertised to enhance metabolic health in many ways. Not only is it designed to enhance metabolism and calorie-burning, it’s also boasted to reduce carb and fat absorption, and support healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

All of these effects are attributed to the variety of botanicals, African mango, maqui berry, and salacia.

Decreased Stubborn Body Fat

CurbFit also is meant to decrease stubborn body fat that often annoys many individuals. They say that ceylon cinnamon and other compounds work to encourage fat burning and oxidation rather than fat storage, helping you clear out even the most troublesome areas.

Stress Reduction

High stress levels can make it harder to lose weight because your body holds onto fat more easily.

Well, CurbFit is also advertised to reduce stress with ashwagandha and other herbs. These are meant to reduce stress hormones in your body put you into a state of fat-burning rather than fat-storage.

Immune & Antioxidant Support

Finally, CurbFit also claims to provide powerful immune benefits and antioxidant support. African mango and olive leaf extract are two ingredients in particular which they say have high amounts of antioxidants to support overall health and wellness, while also providing immune support.

But is CurbFit really the “Fat-burning bonfire” that the makers claim it to be?

Read on to find out for sure!

CurbFit Ingredients

To understand if a product is effective, we need to look at the ingredients and doses.

In this Curbit formula, there are seven main ingredients:

  • Yestein
  • African Mango Seed
  • Salacia Root
  • Ashwagandha Root
  • Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Maqui Berry
  • Olive Leaf
curbfit supplement facts

Yestein (166.7mg)

Yestein is a trademarked form of fermented nutritional yeast protein powder. This is naturally high in protein, fiber, and various vitamins and minerals, so it’s definitely a nutritious compound.

Some research shows that yeast extracts can decrease appetite and sweet cravings, while also reducing caloric intake. So over time this could help with weight loss.

African Mango Seed (100mg)

African mango seeds are rich in polyphenols and other antioxidants, as well as fatty acids, fiber, and certain minerals.

They may improve blood sugar and cholesterol levels, while also boosting metabolism a little bit. And there are some studies that show African mango can help with fat loss; however, the dose used by CurbFit is below the normal range where people actually received benefits.

And you can get a higher dose in other products such as MTN OPS Blaze

Salacia Root (66.7mg)

Salacia root is an important herb used for thousands of years in traditional medicine. Various bioactive compounds in salacia seem to inhibit carbohydrate absorption while also importing other aspects of metabolism.

So, salacia could potentially help people lose weight if they normally consume a decent amount of carbs. But the dose is very low in CurbFit.

Ashwagandha Root (52.5mg)

Ashwagandha root is also a useful herb with a long history of use. Compounds in ashwagandha support many systems of the body when under stress, which helps the body to keep stress hormones in check and maintain overall balance.

In fact, one clinical study showed that chronically stressed individuals who took ashwagandha were able to manage their body weight better than the placebo. But the dose in that study was much higher than what CurbFit uses.

Ceylon Cinnamon (52.5mg)

Ceylon cinnamon (“true” cinnamon) has benefits for blood sugar control. Specifically, it improves insulin sensitivity and enhances the way your body uses blood sugar.

There are other potential benefits of cinnamon on metabolism too, such as improved cholesterol levels.

And overall cinnamon may be a little helpful for weight loss and fat reduction.

Maqui Berry (52.5mg)

Maqui berries are very high in antioxidants, which support overall health and wellness. In addition, maqui berry extract can lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels while also boosting energy metabolism.

Olive Leaf (52.5mg)

Olive leaves are another loaded source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. They also can improve blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure levels.

Beyond that, olive leaf can also inhibit carbohydrate absorption and improve sugar metabolism.

So, there are various ways that it may help support weight loss as well as overall health

Does CurbFit Work?

CurbFit seems likely to help with weight management, but the results might not be very impressive.

And as always, individual results will vary.

To be sure, CurbFit has a lot of research-backed ingredients that can increase metabolism, reduce cravings, and support fat loss as a whole.

But many of these ingredients are way underdosed. It’d be one thing if they were just a little off the mark (especially considering most of these have similar actions), but a lot of these are often well under the dose needed to achieve highly noticeable effects.

So, could you experience at least some fat loss and health benefits over time with CurbFit?

Yes. But don’t expect anything highly noticeable or quick-acting with this formula. And for some it may not work at all.

How Does CurbFit Compare?

CurbFit is a decent fat loss supplement. And while there certainly are many worse formulas out there, we also know that there are numerous fat loss formulas that are more effective and well-formulated.

MTN OPS Blaze

One product that is somewhat similar in formulation but higher-dosed is MTN OPS Blaze. This product has 300mg of African mango compared to just 100mg in CurbFit. Additionally, MTN OPS Blaze has a good group of evidence-based compounds such as green tea extract, caffeine, and cayenne, all of which are generally more specific for fat burning compared to some of the ones in CurbFit.

Vintage Burn

Another solid choice that may be better than CurbFit is Vintage Burn by Old School Labs. this product contains 160mg of olive leaf extract compared to the 52.5mg in CurbFit. There are also many other evidence-based ingredients, including green tea extract, garcinia, and caffeine.

Overall, Vintage Burn may provide a variety of benefits for metabolism, cravings reduction, and fat loss.

Who is CurbFit Best For?

We wouldn’t necessarily say CurbFit is BEST for anybody, but it may be worth considering if you want a low-cost formula to possibly help with weight loss and metabolism, particularly if you consume a moderate to high amount of carbohydrates on a regular basis.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Variety of research-backed ingredients
  • Affordable and priced lower than similar options

How to Take CurbFit

CurbFit comes in capsule form. The recommended dose is to take one capsule per day.

Is CurbFit Safe?

The ingredients in CurbFit are all generally recognized as safe. And none of them are at concerning dosage levels.

Still, there are always possible side effects. And some of these for CurbFit include:

  • Nausea
  • Heartburn
  • Other digestive issues
  • Allergic reactions
  • Drowsiness
  • Decreased blood pressure
  • Changes in blood sugar or cholesterol levels

Where to Buy CurbFit

You can buy CurbFit on the PureHealth Research website at this link.

curbfit pricing

There are 90 servings (90 capsules) per bottle. And you can buy one, three, or six bottles at a time, either as a one-time purchase or through their Subscribe & Save program, which saves you 10%.

Below are the prices for all options:

  • One Bottle
    • One-Time Purchase: $69
    • Subscribe & Save: $62.10
  • Three Bottles
    • One-Time Purchase: $177
    • Subscribe & Save: $159.30
  • Six Bottles
    • One-Time Purchase: $318
    • Subscribe & Save: $286.20

So, you’ll pay anywhere from $0.53 to $0.77 per serving, which definitely makes CurbFit lower-priced than most fat loss supplements.

However, it’s also not as high-dosed or well-formulated, so pricing it anywhere over a dollar per serving would probably put it into low-value/rip-off territory.

Verdict: CurbFit Review

CurbFit is an okay fat loss supplement and appetite suppressant, but nothing spectacular. There is a good line-up of evidence-based ingredients but most of these are just too low-dosed to do much (ESPECIALLY considering that fat loss ingredients, in general, don’t do a whole lot to begin with).

In other words, when it comes to fat loss supplements, you need the best ingredients at the best doses to really give you a chance of seeing noticeable results.

But with that said, it is very low-priced and does have at least some potential to work. Especially if you can afford to take multiple servings, which would of course up the doses to better levels.

So, to conclude, most people are better off buying a higher-quality fat loss product, although there still are people who might find value in CurbFit, especially if you’re looking for a lower-priced option.
