Alison Brie’s Diet
Summary
When Brie would prep for shooting GLOW, she followed a strict diet of lean protein, zero sugar, and no carbs after 4 pm. She did not avoid all carbs, however, and usually has things like oatmeal for breakfast, followed by a vegan protein smoothie after her workout. She would eat every 2 hours so she never felt weighed down by a heavy meal, and usually had an early dinner to burn even more fat. She often makes salads and stir fries with whatever vegetables she has on hand along with animal protein like tuna or ground turkey. She does not eat red meat, and when she’s not filming, she tends to eat vegetarian or vegan meals.
