Shay Mitchell’s Diet
Mitchell says she would love to be the person who lives on green juice, but she can’t do it. She likes her food and it has to be tasty. She eats hearty, think eggs, cheese, pasta, and ice cream, but she also has plenty of veggies and fresh fruit every day. She focuses on organic and often eats vegan alternatives to meat. While she tries to rein in her sweet tooth with sugar-free alternatives like stevia, she won’t say to ice cream, donuts, or just about any other sweet treat. She stays hydrated with plenty of water.

Tasty & Healthy Lunch
A typical lunch for Mitchell is a cauliflower or broccoli pizza crust with some arugula, spinach, and Ranch dressing on top. She’ll cut it up into baby-sized pieces for her daughter.
Mitchell’s idea of a snack is a Beyond Meat lettuce wrap with sweet potato fries. Other snack picks include hummus and veggies, chocolate almonds made with stevia, and apple cider puffs.
Mitchell carries water with her everywhere, but she doesn’t like single-use plastic bottles, so she uses a water jug that holds the equivalent of about 5 plastic bottles.
For dinner, Mitchell will often have a piece of fish, pasta or a sweet potato, and she always eats salad, but not just boring greens. She’ll spice it up with things like green apple, pomegranate and fennel.
