Robert Pattinson Workout and Diet
Robert Pattinson is from London, England. He always loved music and started learning guitar and piano when he was 4. Pattinson began acting in theatre as a teenager. He also performed at open mic nights at pubs, singing and playing acoustic guitar. His film career began in 2005 with the role of Cedric in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Pattinson rocketed to fame and became one of the world’s highest paid actors when he played Edward Cullen in the Twilight films. He also won many awards for Twilight, including 11 MTV Awards and 2 People’s Choice. He stills plays guitar and piano, writes music and sings; he sang for the Twilight soundtrack and also the film How to Be. Pattinson has done some modeling, including for Dior Homme fragrance. He is on The Sunday Times’ list as the UK’s Youngest Millionaire, and in 2010, he was named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People. Robert Pattinson’s Diet
Pattinson prefers to keep people guessing about personal aspects of his life including diet. He claims he didn’t make many changes to his routine, but the truth is he put in a lot of work to get in shape for Batman. He cut back on alcohol, processed meat and fried food, which is a smart idea whether or not you’re training to become a superhero. He worked with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak who focuses on simple meals with plenty of fiber, protein, quality fats, sufficient carbs and proper hydration. Pasternak advocates eating foods that are low on the glycemic index to keep blood sugar steady, and he recommends eating 5 times a day to combat cravings and stave off hunger. Pattinson pretty much just did what his trainer said, which made it easy for him because left to his own devices, he tends to eat like a raccoon.

Pattinson says he barely mixes his oatmeal and vanilla protein powder. He also eats straight out of cans.
Pattinson had an idea of creating a utensil-free pasta dish. It didn’t turn out great though. It needed too much sugar and cheese to hold it together. Plus he blew up the microwave when he used tin foil.
Stars: They’re Just Like Us
During quarantine, Pattinson says he ate a lot of tuna (straight out of the can, natch) with hot sauce as a condiment.
What to Eat
What to Avoid
Pattinson on his Batman Diet
‘I’m essentially on a meal plan…Thank God. I don’t know what I’d be doing other than that.’
Pattinson on Breakfast
‘I’ll have oatmeal with, like, vanilla protein powder on it. And I will barely even mix it up. It’s extraordinarily easy.’
Pattinson on his Uncomplicated Eating Plan
‘I eat out of cans and stuff…It’s weird but my preferences are…just sort of [to] eat like a wild animal. Like, out of a trash can.’
Robert Pattinson’s Workout Routine
Pump It Up
Pattinson says adrenaline is the thing that gets him going. Without it, he’s a bit of a blob.
Pattinson worked with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak who has whipped some of Hollywood’s brightest luminaries into shape, including Robert Downey Jr., Megan Fox, and Tobey Maguire.
To get in shape for Batman, Pattinson said he ‘didn’t do much,’ but of course that wasn’t the case. He would run, box and do military-type workouts on the beach.
Pattinson ran 3-6 miles, 3-4 times a week as part of his Batman workout.
Boxing workouts were another part of Pattinson’s Batman prep, along with sandbag routines.

Pattinson on Exercise During Quarantine

Robert Pattinson’s Supplements
Pattinson is keeping quiet when it comes to his supplement choices, so below are supplements that can benefit anyone following a similar diet.
Robert Pattinson’s Lifestyle
One of Pattinson’s teachers told him he was not suited to theatre, but his father signed him up to help him overcome his shyness.
When Pattinson was a kid, he would steal adult magazines and resell them at school. He was eventually expelled for his thievery.
Committed to Chaos
Pattinson loves to mess with interviewers and even directors. He pretends to forget movie plots and rarely gives a straight answer to questions.
Pattinson’s mother is a model booking agent, which was how he got started with modeling. He says his modeling career was going pretty well when he was a child because he looked feminine, but as his looks became more masculine, the work dried up.
Lots of stars get a wax statue in Madam Tussauds and hand and foot prints in the concrete outside Grauman’s Chinese Theater but how many have an asteroid named after them? In 2014, Pattinson got one given to him by a Russian astronomer.
Pattinson on Paparazzi
‘The world would be a much better place, I think, if all these bankers and billionaires were followed by paparazzi.’
Pattinson on his Looks
‘Up until I was 12, my sisters used to dress me up as a girl and introduce me as Claudia.’
Pattinson on Trying Out for Twilight
‘I had no idea how to play the part at all…I felt it was kind of arrogant of me to even go in.’
Pattinson on Himself
‘Just last year, I couldn’t even get a date…I never considered myself attractive, really.’
Pattinson on Fame
‘You wake up one day and you’re suddenly a star…really weird. All of a sudden, everyone knows who you are and you haven’t changed one bit.’
Pattinson on Work
‘I hardly take any vacation. It would be nice to forget reality sometimes, but to be honest, I don’t feel really tired…I got lucky because what I do is hardly different from resting. My hobby is my job.’
Pattinson on Luck
‘Please don’t give me all my luck now. Make it all stretch. I don’t mind waiting. Make it stretch for 70 years.’
