Orlando Bloom’s Diet
Diet Summary
A committed environmentalist, Bloom describes his diet as ‘90% plant-based.’ His primary motivation for eating (mostly) vegan is concern for the planet and love of animals. He eats whole, natural foods, and only has red meat about once a month, choosing the best quality he can get. Otherwise, it’s all plants for him. Oatmeal is a daily staple, as is tea. Lunch is veggies or stew. He famously enjoyed Burger King’s plant-based Impossible Burger. He drinks plenty of water every day, and is taking break from booze, at least temporarily.

Earn Your Breakfast
Bloom thinks it’s important to earn his meals, and so he only has a few supplements like green powder, collagen, brain octane oil and vegan protein first thing. After a lengthy hike, he’ll have something more substantial but still healthy, such as oatmeal with goji berries.
Choose Wisely
Bloom is very intentional about his meat-eating. He only consumes animal protein of the best quality, and only every few weeks.
Bring On the Veggies
Bloom enjoys veggies in all forms. He is also not averse to plant-based replacement protein like fake burgers.
Love at First Bite
Despite being mostly vegan now, Bloom met current SO Katy Perry after swiping an In-N-Out burger off her table at a Golden Globe Awards ceremony.
Drying Out
In the spring of 2023, Bloom and Perry made a pact that they would quit drinking for at least 3 months.
