Collagenic Burn include 5 different types of collagen, green tea extract, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and chromium picolinate, so there is a wide range of active ingredients in this formula.

Below we’ll go more in detail about Obvi. Collagenic Burn, starting with its ingredients, so continue reading!
Obvi. Collagenic Burn Ingredients
Obvi. Collagenic Burn’s formula includes a wide mix of collagen, vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, and other substances, which makes it a pretty diverse supplement. Let’s see what’s in each serving (4 capsules):
Multi Collagen Matrix
The first ingredient we’ll look at is the Multi Collagen Matrix, which consists of types I, II, III, V, and X. As you can see from the label, these types come from different sources.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and is found in the skin, joints, bones, nails, hair, and many other areas where connective tissue is found.
Also, different types of collagen have specific benefits. For example, Type I is by far the most common in the body and may promote healthier skin, hair, and nails. Type II is primarily beneficial for joint and bone health. Type III provides support for organs and arteries, as well as the skin. Type V works naturally with types I and III to promote overall tissue quality. And Type X is primarily useful for bones and joint/cartilage health.
Now, collagen production naturally declines after age 30, so the logic is that supplementing with exogenous collagen can decrease some of the damage and restore strength to different parts of the body.
And overall, research has shown that collagen supplementation can:
- Reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and cellulite
- Improve skin hydration, firmness, and elasticity
- Strengthen nails
- Increase hair thickness
- Reduce joint pain and osteoarthritis symptoms
The recommended dose is anywhere from 2.5 to 5g, sometimes even more.
Green Tea Extract
Now, let’s look at some of the thermogenic ingredients, the first of which is green tea extract. Green tea extract has many beneficial compounds, most notably various catechins, which have been shown to increase thermogenesis and fat metabolism, which may lead to mild fat loss.
Recommended dose is 200 to 400mg.
Next is INNOBIO, which is a trademarked form of CLA powder. CLA is a compound found naturally in meat and dairy products. This fatty acid is able to increase fat oxidation and fat metabolism, and some research shows modest effects of CLA for reducing total weight and fat mass, especially in overweight and obese people.
The recommended dose is 3 to 5 grams.
Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract
Obvi. Collagenic Burn also has cayenne pepper fruit extract, which is most known for its high capsaicin content. Some research has shown that capsaicin increases energy expenditure, thermogenesis, and fat oxidation, all of which may aid in weight loss and fat reduction.
Plus, some studies have shown that cayenne pepper extract can reduce LDL, triglycerides, glucose, and blood pressure.
Recommended dose is around 1,000mg to yield 2.5mg of capsaicin.
Up next is caffeine anhydrous, which is just a dehydrated caffeine powder. Caffeine is used in many dedicated thermogenic supplements, from B4 Thermogenic to Nugenix Thermo, due to its stimulatory actions and increase in norepinephrine and epinephrine, which promote fat loss. Not only does it increase energy and alertness, but it may also increase thermogenesis and energy expenditure, all of which relate to its stimulating effects on the nervous system.
Various studies have shown that caffeine supplementation can improve alertness, energy, and mood, while also aiding weight loss in a dose-dependent fashion.
Recommended dose is 200 to 300mg
Raspberry ketone is an aromatic compound found in raspberries (and some other red fruits). Some research shows it can stimulate fatty acid oxidation, balancing glucose levels, and offers antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. There isn’t a whole lot of research for it on weight loss specifically.
Another fat-loss ingredient that’s been around for a while is garcinia extract. Some research shows that garcinia may reduce appetite by increasing serotonin, while it also may be able to inhibit various enzymes involved in carbohydrate metabolism, thus decreasing carbohydrate absorption.
And so far, research shows that garcinia has a mild effect on weight loss and body fat reduction, but nothing spectacular.
Recommended dose is 1,500 to 3,000mg.
BioPerine is a form of black pepper extract. It is well-known that it can increase the absorption and bioavailability of many different ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, and herbal compounds. Plus, it has its own thermogenic effects that may assist in weight loss.
Recommended dose is 5 to 15mg.
One trace mineral in Obvi. Collagenic Burn is chromium, in the form of chromium picolinate. Chromium picolinate is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and appears to be able to increase the function of insulin while also balancing glucose levels.
And research also shows chromium picolinate supplementation can help improve body composition by maintaining lean body mass during weight loss phases.
Recommended dose is 200 to 400mg.
Vitamin B12 is a B-complex vitamin involved in energy metabolism and many aspects of brain health, including neurotransmitter synthesis. And deficiencies in B12 are related to obesity, poor mood, low energy, and hindered cognitive function, although it’s unclear if vitamin B12 supplementation directly benefits weight loss.
Biotin, less commonly known as vitamin B7, is involved in many aspects of metabolism, including protein synthesis and keratin formation, which is why it’s often used in hair and nail products. But biotin supplementation only seems to benefit hair and nail growth if someone is deficient.
The final ingredient is magnesium, although there’s only a small amount in here, so it’s likely not an intended active ingredient.
Does Obvi. Collagenic Burn Work?
Obvi. Collagenic Burn should overall offer benefits for fat loss and collagen, but there are a few things to consider.
The ingredient quality of Obvi. Collagenic Burn is very high. Not only do they include five different types of well-researched collagen, but they also have some of the top thermogenic ingredients in existence. The problem is, most of the ingredients are simply dosed too low.
Right off the bat, we see that the total collagen dose for all five types is only 1,000mg, when it really should be dosed to at least 2.5g for optimal results. This doesn’t mean that the collagen formula won’t produce any benefits for hair, skin, nails, joints, etc., just that you likely won’t get as good of benefits as seen in the research.
Plus, they don’t include nearly enough cayenne pepper extract, garcinia extract, or CLA, although they do include solid amounts of green tea extract, chromium picolinate, and BioPerine. So, you may get some fat-burning benefits here, but these also could’ve been better.
Claims vs. Reality
Obvi. Collagenic Burn is sort of touted as this wonder supplement that can amplify many aspects of beauty and appearance. But in reality, it’ll just provide modest benefits.
The collagen blend should offer a little support for hair, skin, joints, nails, and bones, but since the dose isn’t very high, you likely won’t get full results.
The thermogenic ingredients should promote fat loss and may increase weight loss, but keep in mind that none of these ingredients help you lose more than a few pounds over several weeks. So, yes, it can help you lose fat, but it won’t magically melt away 10 to 20 pounds, especially since some of the ingredients aren’t dosed very high.
Now, this may seem a little disappointing if you were expecting miraculous results. But just because it won’t be a miracle pill doesn’t mean it won’t work at all. If you live a healthy lifestyle and combine this with Obvi. Collagenic Burn, you should definitely be on your way to looking and feeling better.
Who is Obvi. Collagenic Burn Best For?
Obvi. Collagenic Burn is best for women (or anyone, really) who want to lose fat and support the strength and health of their hair, skin, nails, joints, and bones.
Basically, this product is aimed at restoring many aspects of youthfulness, so if you’re tired of dealing with stubborn body fat, aging skin, brittle nails, creaky joints, and lackluster hair, Obvi. Collagenic Burn is worth looking into.
Just remember that this product alone won’t solve all of those issues.
Is Obvi. Collagenic Burn Safe?

- Bloating, upset stomach, nausea, and other digestive symptoms
