He was on Kids Incorporated for 3 seasons and cast in Saved by the Bell which lasted for 5 years. He hosted the tabloid Extra for years before switching to Access in 2019. Lopez is co-host and co-executive producer of the show Dating Factory. He also has a syndicated iHeart Radio show called ON. He has co-written 3 fitness-related books and a memoir; his Extra Lean hit the New York Times bestseller list. Lopez has over a million followers on social media. He is married to Broadway dancer Courtney Mazza and they have 3 children. Lopez is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 175 lbs.
