Kourtney Kardashian Supplements

Kourtney Kardashian is a name we’re betting everyone has heard of (unless you’ve been living in a hut for the last 15 years or so).

While not quite as popular as her younger sister, Kim, Kourtney is still a superstar with a huge following.

What some people may not know is that Kourtney is actually quite the health wizard, especially over the last several years.

Kourtney focuses on creating a healthy life for herself and her family, which also includes the use of several different supplements.

In this article, we’ll go over the supplements Kourtney uses on a daily basis to stay lean, fit, and healthy.

About Kourtney Kardashian

Kourtney Kardashian is the oldest sister of the Kardashians, who are arguably the most famous sisters in the entire world. She has an insane 220+ million Instagram followers and 19 million followers on Facebook.

Kourtney’s rise to fame (along with Kim and Khloe) was due mainly to their appearance on the reality TV show Keeping up with the Kardashians, which premiered in 2007. But she’s had other roles in television and media too, such as The Simple Life and Khloe and Kim Take Miami

In addition, Kourtney Kardashian is a successful entrepreneur. She, along with her sisters, owned a chain clothing store called DASH, and she also co-owned a children’s boutique with her mother called Smooch.

More recently, Kourntey started a lifestyle wellness website called Poosh, and also created a supplement line called Lemme, both of which offer various vitamins, botanicals, and other health supplements.

Kourtney Kardashian’s Supplement Summary

Kourtney Kardashian has become more health-conscious over the years, especially after having her first baby. She’s claimed to have met with many different doctors, gurus, and health specialists, with the goal of learning more about the body and how to optimally fuel it.

As part of this “revelation”, Kourtney takes various supplements on a daily basis to stay fit, healthy, and active. This includes:

  • Collagen Vibes: First thing in the morning
  • Thorne Methylfolate: In the morning
  • Thorne R-Lipoic Acid: In the morning
  • Thorne Berbercap: In the morning and evening
  • Liposomal NAD+ Platinum

Kourtney Kardashian’s Supplements

Kourtney Kardashian takes several different supplements and health products. Her regimen changes slightly from time to time based on her current needs, lifestyle, and other factors. She says that she often checks in with her doctor in order to help generate the most effective supplement regimen at a given time.

Below is a more detailed account of the main supplements Kourtney Kardashian takes on a regular basis.

Collagen Vibes

First thing in the morning, Kourtney takes a collagen supplement called Collagen Vibes. She takes one scoop which offers nine grams of protein as well as hyaluronic acid and vitamin C.

According to this post, Kourtney uses collagen to “kick-start my protein intake for the day…This not only helps me recover from workouts easier, but I’ve personally noticed a major difference in my skin, hair, and nails due to the hyaluronic acid and vitamin C in this blend. It tastes so good.”

Thorne Methylfolate

Thorne methylfolate is one of the more recent supplements Kourtney has added in (along with several others in this post, which we’ll all go over).

She takes one serving in the morning to support heart and brain health, while also supporting a healthy conception and pregnancy.

Thorne R-Lipoic Acid

Another supplement from Thorne that Kourtney uses is R-Lipoic Acid. She takes this for its antioxidant effects and to assist with energy production.

Thorne Berbercap

Continuing with the Thorne brand, she also uses a product called Berbercap, which is a concentrated berberine supplement.

She takes this in the morning and evening and says that “has antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. It’s ideal for maintaining healthy GI tract function, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels”.

Liposomal NAD+ Platinum

Kourtney has also recently hopped on the NAD train. She takes Liposomal NAD+ Platinum from Quicksilver Scientific in order to support healthy aging and longevity. This product contains NMN, B vitamins, as well as resveratrol, betaine, and quercetin, which is very similar to Hello100 Liposomal NMN (one of our top-rated NMN products).

In an Instagram post, Kardashian wrote “NAD+ is our genetic key to longevity, but levels naturally decline as we age. NMN is the most direct NAD+ precursor (unlike NR commonly used in NAD+ supplements”.

Ultimately, there needs to be a bit more research on NAD-boosters. And the long-term side effects aren’t entirely clear. ut it’s pretty promising so far.

From her most recent post, we also see that Kourtney takes a probiotic supplement called MegaSporeBiotic in the morning and the evening. This is mainly to improve gut health, digestion and, in her words, “to make sure she is absorbing everything she needs in her mostly plant-based diet”.

Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA

To support a healthy pregnancy, Kardashian also takes Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA. It’s a concentrated source of DHA and omega-3s that she takes in order to promote healthy brain development in her baby, support healthy lactation, and improve her own brain and immune health.

The Nordic Naturals brand is also used by many other individuals, including Tim Ferriss, who takes their Pro Omega supplement.

TheraNatal OvaVite

Another supplement that Kourtney takes to help with conception is Theranatal OvaVite by Theralogix.

She doesn’t appear to take this all the time, but she did take it for a while when she was trying to conceive.

Essentially, TheraNatal OvaVite is a multivitamin with specific ingredients tailored towards conception. For example, it has high levels of folate, choline, and vitamin D3, as well as CoQ10 to support egg quality.

Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein

After a workout, Kourtney takes a protein supplement. From this article, she appears to take Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein, which has chicken bone broth concentrate in it.

Each serving provides 20g of protein which can support workout recovery and muscle growth.

Sports Research Organic MCT Oil

In her post-workout shake, Kourtney also adds Sports Research Organic MCT Oil. She says that the MCT Oil combined with protein is a great combo for her lifestyle.

Specifically, she notes, “I need to be ‘on’all the time, and it gives me lots of energy to run around with my kids and get to everything I need to check off my list for the day”.

Many other individuals, such as Dave Asprey, use MCT Oil on a regular basis for energy and brain function too.

E3Live Blue Majik

The third and final ingredient in Kourtney’s workout shake is E3Live Blue Majik, which is a powdered blue spirulina concentrate.

Blue spirulina is very high in antioxidants as well as certain vitamins and minerals. According to this post, Kourtney uses it mainly for brain function, but it may also support joint and immune health.

Trace Minerals ConcenTrace

A regular practice for Kourtney is to add in Trace Minerals ConcenTrace into her water each day. This product contains magnesium, sodium, potassium, and other minerals for the body.

In this blog, Kourtney stated, “most people are magnesium deficient. It helps calm anxiety, and it’s especially important if I’ve had an extra hard workout to replenish minerals lost. It’s great in the evenings to relax my mind and soothe muscle cramps, too.”

Systemic Formulas Cellular Vitality

Systemic Formulas Cellular Vitality is one of the vitamin supplements Kourtney uses. It’s a mix of vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids.

It’s unlikely that she takes this when she’s also using TheraNatal OvaVite since they’re both multivitamin/minerals.

So, more than likely she’ll use this on a more regular basis when not trying to conceive or support a healthy pregnancy.

Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Kourtney also takes Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, typically in the afternoon. She says that it helps “to get digestion ready before dinner and curb afternoon snack cravings”.

She also says that it has an alkalizing effect on the body, which can lead to other health benefits.

These benefits are also echoed by Katy Perry, who is another big fan of apple cider vinegar.

Beekeeper’s Naturals Superfood Honey

Last on the list of Kourtney’s supplements is Beekeeper’s Naturals Superfood Honey, which she mainly takes when she’s starting to get sick.

It contains honey, bee propolis extract, bee pollen, and royal jelly. These are all rich in antioxidants, antiviral compounds, and various other nutrients that may support a healthy gut, immune system, and energy levels.

Wrapping Up: Kourtney Kardashian Supplements

Kourtney Kardashian is quite the health enthusiast, and she takes numerous supplements on a regular basis to support her wellness goals.

She’s figured out the core group of products that works best for her, but also knows how to modify her regimen when certain lifestyle elements or other factors require changes (e.g. pregnancy).

Ultimately, the supplements Kourtney takes are well-researched overall and proven to contribute to a healthier, fitter lifestyle.
