Stefani follows a vegan diet, which means she doesn’t eat any animal products, including dairy. She eats primarily organic produce, and her protein comes from organic nuts and soy. She says she started down the path of vegetarianism when she was just 12, and since she doesn’t like dieting rules, found that being a vegan allows her to eat what she likes without thinking too hard.

No Girlie Routines
