Weekly Routine

Stefani believes that it is impossible to have a sculpted figure without sticking to a regular workout and she does so 5 days per week.

No Boredom

Stefani has more than one personal trainer. Gunnar Peterson has her do exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once, while Mike Heatlie has her do a wide variety of exercises to keep her metabolism high.

No Girlie Routines

Stefani prefers hardcore exercise like boxing and strength training to things like yoga or Pilates.

HIIT It

Stefani hits it hard 5 days a week. She does a 30-minute HIIT routine on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and cardio-boxing on Tuesday and Thursday.

Between her two trainers, Stefani gets a lot of different workouts, mostly in the form of total body workouts to make sure she hits every muscle group, but doesn’t overwork any one area.
