Aila Get Going Review

If there’s one thing most people could use more of, it’d probably be energy. It’s no wonder then why so many people start their days with coffee and use all kinds of energy drinks, pre-workouts, and other stimulants to get them through their days and workouts.

But the problem is that many energy drinks and pre-workouts today are highly unnatural and simply loaded with some potentially bad stuff, even if they seem to work.

That’s why more natural energy drinks are coming onto the scene, including the product we’ll go over in this review called Aila Get Going.

So, if you’re interested in a potential high-quality, all-natural pre-workout and energy drink, be sure to continue reading this Aila Get Going review.

So, will Aila Get Going truly work as an all-natural pre-workout alternative for optimal performance? Let’s find out.

Aila Get Going Ingredients

You’ve got a taste of some of the ingredients in Aila Get Going, but below is a full breakdown of what’s in it:

  • Vitamin D (2mcg)
  • Vitamin B6 (1.7mg)
  • Vitamin B12 (3.8mcg)
  • Biotin (30mcg)
  • Calcium (12mg)
  • Iron (1mg)
  • Sodium (10mg)
  • Potassium (49mg)
  • Energy + Focus Blend (4.3g)
    • Matcha Powder
    • Bee Pollen Powder
    • Natural Spirulina Powder
    • Beet Root Extract
    • Organic Caffeine Powder (from Green Tea)

(This is based on the powder form, which has a serving size of 1 scoop. It also comes in packet form, but the information is the same).

As you can see, most of the active ingredients are listed in the Energy + Focus Blend, but they do have additional vitamins and minerals too.

Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12

So, we see a decent amount of both vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 in Aila Get Going, which are two B-complex vitamins important for energy production, metabolism, and brain health. If you skimp out on these vitamins, you run the risk of fatigue, mood decline, low energy, and other not-so-good things for active athletes.

Recommended Dose: At least 1.5mg for vitamin B6 and at least 2.5mcg for vitamin B12

Biotin

Another ingredient included in this formula is biotin (less commonly known as vitamin B7). It doesn’t really have many roles related to energy, but it is involved in metabolism and brain health. Biotin is also popular for its role in hair health and can be found in many popular hair supplements, such as HAIRtamin. It is also known to promote better skin and nail health.

Recommended Dose: 25 to 50mcg

Matcha

Now, let’s turn to the ingredients in the Energy + Focus Blend, starting with matcha.

Matcha is a type of tea rich in many active compounds, such as catechines, phenolics, amino acids, and caffeine. It is beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety while also decreasing inflammation and oxidative stress. And its combination of caffeine and theanine can help increase cognitive function by promoting a relaxed, yet focused state.

Recommended Dose: 1 to 2g

Bee Pollen

Aila Get Going also has bee pollen powder. Bee pollen is sort of like honey, but it also includes other ingredients such as pollen and bee secretions. Bee pollen has quite a few benefits, including antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiallergy properties. It is loaded with valuable vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds.

Recommended Dose: N/A

Spirulina

There is also spirulina powder in Aila Get Going, which comes from this algae plant. Spirulina is truly a superfood as it is rich in chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, and even protein. Plus, it has easily absorbed polysaccharides and essential fats that can be used for energy. Other benefits of spirulina include antiviral, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer effects.

Recommended Dose: 1 to 5g

Beet Root

Now, let’s look at beet root extract, which comes from this deep-red colored root vegetable. Beet root is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, antioxidants, potassium, and nitrates. It has been shown to improve blood flow and blood pressure, while also increasing exercise performance and energy levels.

Recommended Dose: 500mg

Caffeine

The final ingredient in Aila Get Going is caffeine powder, which they got from green tea. As you probably know from experience, caffeine is great at increasing energy levels and alertness, while also improving exercise performance at the right dose. Plus, when paired with theanine, in particular, it is good for enhancing cognitive function.

Recommended Dose: 100 to 200mg

Does Aila Get Going Work?

Overall, it is likely that Aila Get Going should be an effective energy supplement to help you, well…get going!

It’s really nice to see the inclusion of ingredients that have a 1-2 punch of energizing effects and overall health benefits. Spirulina, beet root, bee pollen, and matcha are all well-researched and known to give a number of health benefits, including a few related to energy, cognitive health, and exercise performance.

The inclusion of a modest dose of caffeine and B-vitamins should also help to support energy levels and cognitive function too.

One thing that’s not great is that most of the active ingredients are included in a proprietary blend, so it’s impossible to tell how much of each individual ingredient is in there.

Granted, the total dose is 4.3g, so we’re thinking that there’s enough of each ingredient in there for effective results, but we still can’t be 100% sure.

Claims vs. Reality

Aila Get Going is designed as an all-natural product to increase energy, endurance, and focus.

And overall, you should experience these benefits, but we can’t really give you specific claims.

After seeing what’s all in it, it is likely that Aila Get Going should give you a nice boost in energy, likely without the crash too. And it should also improve exercise performance and even recovery due to the nutrient-rich ingredients.

Plus, Aila Get Going might give you a little boost in focus and cognitive performance, so this can help not only with your workouts but with day-to-day activities too.

Who is Aila Get Going Best For?

Aila Get Going is best for active people and any other fitness enthusiasts who want a clean, natural energy formula to help them power through their workouts and overall day.

Is Aila Get Going Safe?

Some possible side effects of Aila Get Going include:

  • Anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, and jitters (all less likely than other energy drinks, but still possible)
  • Nausea, diarrhea, bloating, and other digestive symptoms
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Headache

Also, Aila Get Going is non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and keto-friendly. Plus, it doesn’t contain any artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.

Where to Buy Aila Get Going

So, if you want to buy Aila Get Going, just head on over to the Aila website at this product link

aila get going where to buy

As mentioned earlier, Aila Get Going comes in both powder and packet form. The powder comes in a pouch, and each pouch has 24 servings (24 scoops), while if you choose the packets, you’ll get a container with 24 individual packets.

The one-time purchase price for the pouch is $39.00 ($1.63/serving), whereas it is $45.00 ($1.88/serving) for the packets.

However, you can save 20% off either of these options while also getting free shipping by choosing the Subscribe and Save option. This lowers the price of the pouch to $31.20 ($1.30/serving) and the price of the packets to $36.00 ($1.50/serving).

Looking at all of these prices, Aila Get Going seems to be a reasonably-priced supplement, with prices a little on the expensive side but by no means outrageous.

In fact, the price per serving for all options is generally less than what you’ll pay for some crappy energy drinks at grocery stores and is even right in line with the prices of most pre-workouts.

Final Verdict: Aila Get Going Review

All-natural pre-workouts and energy drinks are on the rise today, and Aila Get Going seems to be one of the better ones that should help athletes and active people get more from their workouts (and life overall).

We’d really like to see exactly how much of each ingredient is in here, but with an overall high-quality ingredient profile and substantial dosage for the proprietary blend, we think Aila Get Going is a worthwhile energy drink to try for the health-conscious, active person.
