Robin Wright‘s Diet
Summary
Well into her 50s, Wright’s body has been described as ‘ageless.’ She works for it, both through diet and exercise. For House of Cards, she followed a strict Paleo diet, which amounted to lots of protein and veggies and virtually no carbs. For Wonder Woman, she loaded up on protein and consumed mass-gainers. Left to her own devices, she takes a moderate approach, and doesn’t deny herself the occasional glass, or bottle, of wine. No matter what diet she is following, she always drinks a lot of water.
