Robin Wright‘s Diet

Summary

Well into her 50s, Wright’s body has been described as ‘ageless.’ She works for it, both through diet and exercise. For House of Cards, she followed a strict Paleo diet, which amounted to lots of protein and veggies and virtually no carbs. For Wonder Woman, she loaded up on protein and consumed mass-gainers. Left to her own devices, she takes a moderate approach, and doesn’t deny herself the occasional glass, or bottle, of wine. No matter what diet she is following, she always drinks a lot of water.

Diet Details

\

Paleo Pure

To play the role of a ruthless modern woman, Wright ate like a cavewoman. The Paleo diet involves eating like our ancient ancestors, meaning meat and plants but no grains.

\

Eat Like an Amazon

To get ripped for Wonder Woman, Wright bulked up by drinking a lot of protein shakes made with whole milk, raw oats, avocados, and protein mass gainer powders.

\

It’s All About Balance

Wright says she does a fine job of maintaining her diet. Even if she indulges and has some wine one evening, the very next day she’s back to salads.
