PatchMD Multivitamin Patch Ingredients

PatchMD Multivitamin Patch’s ingredients simply consist of the 25 vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that it promises. Let’s go and take a brief look at each of these nutrients.

PatchMD Multivitamin Patch Supplement Facts

Vitamin A – This vitamin is mainly known for eye or vision health, but it also promotes or supports cell division, growth, immunity, and reproduction.

Vitamin C – vitamin C is a well-known antioxidant; hence it greatly improves your immune system. Vitamin C is also known to be important for your bones, skin, and connective tissues. Lastly, it helps your body absorb iron – a very important mineral.

Vitamin D3 – vitamin D plays a key role in calcium absorption – you need vitamin D for your body and bones to properly absorb calcium – and immune function. Don’t be confused; vitamin D3 is just a type of vitamin D that can be found in animal sources, but it’s still the same vitamin D nonetheless. It’s also the vitamin D that your skin produces whenever you’re exposed to sunlight.

Vitamin E – this vitamin is mainly known for skin health, but it plays a key role in reproduction, vision, blood health, and brain health.

Vitamin K2 – vitamin K2 is observed to play a role in improving heart and bone health.

Vitamin B1 – vitamin B1 is necessary for all your bodily tissues to function properly. Specifically, our body needs vitamin B1 to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATPs are molecules that carry energy within the cells.

Vitamin B2 – vitamin B2 plays a key role in breaking down carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. It is also crucial for maintaining your body’s energy supply.

Vitamin B3 – Vitamin B3’s main function is helping your body turn food into energy sources. Aside from that, vitamin B3 plays a role in your digestive system, nervous system, and skin health.

Vitamin B5 – vitamin B5 is necessary to produce blood cells and, like vitamin B3, helps you convert food into energy.

Vitamin B6 – vitamin B6 plays a key role in brain development and keeping your nervous and immune system intact and healthy.

Vitamin B7 – This vitamin aids in metabolizing carbohydrates, protein, and fats.

Vitamin B9 – vitamin B9 or folic acid plays a crucial role in ensuring proper brain function and keeping our mental and emotional health intact.

Vitamin B12 – vitamin B12 plays 4 key roles in the following: cell metabolism, nerve function, red blood cell formation, and production of DNA. Vitamin B12 is abundant in animal-based sources, but if you’re following a vegetarian or vegan diet, supplementation is necessary as it is less abundant in plant-based sources.

Calcium – Calcium is a mineral necessary to keep your bones and teeth healthy.

Iron – iron is a very important mineral for our body. Its key roles are supported for hemoglobin production, a protein which delivers oxygen throughout our body, and it helps our muscle use oxygen properly.

Phosphorus – like calcium, phosphorus also plays a key role in the formation of our bones and teeth. Aside from that, it plays a role in utilizing carbohydrates and fats as well as the production of protein, which in turn is used to maintain, repair, and generate cells and tissues.

Iodine – Iodine is a mineral that plays a crucial role in fetal development and hormone regulation.

Magnesium – Magnesium is a very important mineral. Its main roles are support for muscle and nerve function, promotion of brain health, blood pressure regulation, and support for our immune system.

Zinc – Zinc is important for our immune system. If you have low levels of zinc, you are more prone to illnesses and diseases.

Selenium – selenium plays a role in supporting cognitive function, immune system, and fertility for both men and women.

Manganese – manganese is important because our body needs it to function properly. Manganese is also used for bone and joint problems such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, though more research is needed to support these claims.

Chromium – Chromium is a trace mineral that can enhance the metabolism of carbohydrates, protein, and lipid, as well as improve insulin sensitivity.

Molybdenum – when it comes to nutrition, molybdenum is something that you probably didn’t hear of (let alone thinking that you need it!), but it’s absolutely essential for your health. If you lack molybdenum, toxins will build up inside your body. But unlike most nutrients, you only need tiny amounts of molybdenum to get its benefits.

Potassium – potassium, as an electrolyte, is needed for your body to function properly. These include digestion, blood pressure, and muscle contractions. Without electrolytes like potassium, they won’t be able to function properly.

Chloride – chloride is probably the last thing you’d want for your body, but, just like potassium, it is an essential electrolyte as well. Specifically, chloride maintains the balance of your inner and outer cells. It also helps in maintaining and regulating the blood pressure, blood volume, and pH levels of your body fluids.

PatchMD Multivitamin Patch Pros And Cons

PatchMD Multivitamin Patch is a very interesting and promising supplement, but as with most supplements, it has its own positive and negative side.

PatchMD Multivitamin Patches

Here are some of the pros and cons of Multivitamin Patch that we found out:

Pros Of PatchMD Multivitamin Patch

1) Contains a wide variety of vitamins and minerals

As you have already seen, Multivitamin Patch is packed with vitamins and minerals – after all, it’s a multivitamin supplement! Still, it’s worth noting the wide variety of vitamins and minerals it offers.

2) Convenient to use

Multivitamin Patch is very convenient and simple to use. Simply apply the patch to your skin – usually at the back or shoulder – then you’re good to go! Just make sure not to apply it when you’re wet or if you have lotion because this can inhibit the absorption of the nutrients.

3) You can use it when sleeping

Not all of us are comfortable having a patch on our back during the day! If this is you, don’t worry: you can use Multivitamin Patch even while you’re sleeping – and yes, it’s okay if you stick with it for up to 8 hours. In this way, you won’t need to use it by day.

4) It is good if you just want to add some vitamins and minerals for yourself

If you just want to add some vitamins and minerals, but it’s not a serious medical need, then Multivitamin Patch can help you with that!

5) It is affordable

At $19.95, you can get these patch supplements! What’s more, if you use their subscribe-and-save deal, you’ll get it at 45% off!

Cons Of PatchMD Multivitamin Patch

1) This will probably not work for you if you have a chronic deficiency

If supplementation is a serious medical need, such as if you’re having chronic deficiency on one or more nutrients, Multivitamin Patch probably won’t work for you. However, some report that the patch indeed helped them, so it’s still worth a try – but if you do so, be sure to track it with regular bloodwork to see if the patch is indeed working for your deficiency or not.

2) It may cause “burns” on your skin

Some people reported that they felt “burns” on their skin after using the patch. This especially happens if the patch stayed for long hours. However, this isn’t necessarily the fault of the patch as not all people complain about the “burns.” The “burns” could be caused by sensitive skin or by an allergic reaction.

Either way, you may want to try it out and see if you’ll have the same “burning” feelings or not.

Is PatchMD Multivitamin Patch Safe?

So far, the only side effect that may occur is the “burns” that happen after you applied the patch – but again, it’s mainly a case-to-case basis as some people have more sensitive skin and/or have higher allergic reactions compared to others.

Aside from potential “burns,” there are no known side effects from Multivitamin Patch so far.

PatchMD Multivitamin Patch: Is It Worth Trying Out?

If you want to add more nutrients to your body or you simply want to try out patch supplements, it will not hurt to try out PatchMD Multivitamin Patch! If you have a serious medical condition or if you’re pregnant, though, make sure to consult your doctor before using new supplements.
