Nicole Kidman’s Diet
At 50+ Kidman proves yet again that age is just a number. She is also proof that you can enjoy your cake. She is not a fan of dieting, and eats everything in moderation. That said, she prefers healthy food such as seafood, veggies, fruit, and fresh eggs when she’s home on the farm in Australia. However, she is not much of a cook, and prefers to be on the fork-and-knife side of the table. She avoids alcohol for the most part, and stays hydrated with plenty of water.

Eat It All
Kidman loves food and does not subscribe to any particular diet. She takes a multivitamin to cover her bases, but she does not follow any strict rules about eating.
Moderation is Key
The one rule she (sort of) follows is the 80-20, eating healthy most of the time and letting loose the rest, especially when she’s on the road with her hubby Keith Urban. There’s a lot of junk food on hand in the tour bus.
One of Kidman’s favorite things to eat is seafood, such as tiger prawns, rock oysters, and lobster.
Everything Tastes Better With Sprin-kles
Kidman likes her coffee with plenty of foam and lots of chocolate sprinkles. She says her typical order is mostly milk froth.
Only the Freshest
Kidman keeps chickens on her farm in Oz, perfect for fresh eggs for breakfast. She also loves fresh baked bread with reggiano cheese.
Nix the Booze
Kidman more or less avoids alcohol and is not a fan of cocktails. If it’s a special event, she might indulge in a Bellini, champagne with peach juice.
