Morning Complete vs. Organifi Green Juice: Supplement Formulation

Morning Complete and Organifi Green Juice have some similarities with their formulas, although there are several key differences too.

Organifi Green Juice Supplement Facts

Greens

They both contain a variety of greens, although the Alkalizing Greens Blend in Organifi Green Juice is 4.2g, compared to the Green Superfoods Blend in Morning Complete which is only 735mg.

Organifi Green Juice has significant amounts of wheatgrass and spirulina, which aren’t in Morning Complete, although it does provide barley grass, spinach, and other good greens.

Overall, Organifi Green Juice has the better greens component and is likely to give you more micronutrients than Morning Complete given the higher dose.

Prebiotics

Next, we can look at the prebiotic fiber sources. Both supplements use tapioca, which is a good prebiotic source. And Morning Complete also adds in cinnamon bark for additional prebiotic support. These can increase good bacteria in the gut while supporting overall digestive health.

Herbs/Adaptogens

Morning Complete and Organifi Green Juice both have several herbs, including adaptogens, which are used to manage stress.

Both supplements offer green tea and turmeric, although Morning Complete contains more herbs overall by quite a bit. They have milk thistle, ginger, bitter melon, fennel, and several others.

However, Organifi Green Juice seems better in the adaptogen department. This is because they list the dose for KSM-66® ashwagandha at 600mg, which is evidence-based. Plus, they put in 250mg of moringa.

It’s unclear what the doses for the herbs in Morning Complete are, although we know they’re not that high given the total doses for the herbal blends never exceed 400mg. So that’s one downside to their herbal formula.

Probiotics

Morning Complete adds in 10 Billion CFU of probiotics from several well-researched bacteria strains, but Organifi Green Juice doesn’t have any probiotics in their formula.

Overall Quality

Looking at overall quality, Organifi Green Juice likely has an edge because it is certified USDA Organic, certified non-GMO, and glyphosate-residue free. Morning Complete isn’t organic, and while it’s labeled non-GMO, they don’t have an official certification for that.

Plus, at least a few of the ingredients in Organifi Green Juice have listed dosages, whereas all of the ingredients in Morning Complete are in proprietary blends.

Both supplements are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, and additives.

Morning Complete vs. Organifi: Benefits

There are several shared potential benefits between Morning Complete and Organifi Green Juice. These include:

  • Improved Digestion
  • Detoxification Support
  • Stress Management
  • Antioxidant & Anti-Inflammatory Support
  • Overall Wellness

With that said, there are likely some differences in the degree of these benefits. For example, Organifi Green Juice likely has stronger stress management effects due to the higher dose of adaptogens. Yet, Morning Complete may have better results for digestion and gut health due to the slightly higher fiber content and inclusion of probiotics.

Additionally, certain benefits may be unique to each formula. Specifically, Morning Complete may have unique benefits for blood sugar regulation and metabolic health, due to the inclusion of ginger, cinnamon, and bitter melon.

And Organifi Green Juice may have a better shot at promoting alkalization of the body due to the use of wheatgrass and spirulina (and generally higher doses of greens).

Customer Feedback and Reviews

On their respective websites, Morning Complete is rated 4.8 based on nearly 2,000 reviews, and Organifi Green Juice is also rated 4.8, based on a little over 2,000 reviews.

It helps to look off their own websites too, to see if these hold up. On Amazon, Morning Complete is rated 3.9 out of 5 based on about 4,000 reviews, and Organifi Green Juice is rated 4.3 out of 5, stemming from over 10,000 reviews.

Morning Complete customers often said that it helped with bloating and constipation, as well as mood and mental health. Some people didn’t experience many benefits, though, and the overall ratings on taste and smell were average.

People who bought Organifi Green Juice stated benefits for energy, digestion, stress, and overall health. Of course, not everyone noticed the benefits. Customers also generally seemed to like the flavor. But another complaint for some people was the high cost.

Morning Complete vs. Organifi Green Juice: Other Considerations

Other factors that are important to look at between Morning Complete and Organifi Green Juice are:

  • Taste/Flavor
  • Return Policies
  • Dietary Restrictions

Taste/Flavor

Morning Complete and Organifi Green Juice contain, natural flavors and natural sweeteners, such as monk fruit. Organifi Green Juice adds in a bit more ingredients for flavor, such as orange and mint, and on average, more customers like the taste of Organifi Green Juice compared to Morning Complete.

Return Policies

Morning Complete has a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and Organifi Green Juice has a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Both companies allow you to return used products, which is important because then you can see if it works and have much less risk.

Dietary Restrictions

Both products are free from most major allergens, including dairy, gluten, and soy. However, Organifi Green Juice contains coconut.

Both supplements are vegan and non-GMO, although Organifi Green Juice has an official non-GMO certification. Plus, it’s certified USDA Organic, whereas Morning Complete isn’t organic.

Morning Complete vs. Organifi: Value

Morning Complete costs $79 for 30 servings, whereas Organifi Green Juice costs $69.95 for 30 servings. Both companies offer a 10% discount with their Subscribe & Save options. And they both offer bulk savings, in which you can buy three or six products at a time to save money.

Overall, Organifi Green Juice has the better value because it costs a bit less while providing a higher dose for most of the key ingredients, especially the greens and adaptogens.

You’re getting a wider variety of ingredients with Morning Complete, but the generally lower doses don’t make enough of an impact to make it the better value option.

Morning Complete vs. Organifi: Which Supplement is Better?

If you’re looking for an all-around greens and superfood formula, Organifi Green Juice is the better overall choice for most people. This is because it contains a much higher dose of greens than Morning Complete, yet it also costs less. On top of that, Organifi Green Juice is certified USDA Organic and certified non-GMO while Morning Complete isn’t.

This is not to say that Morning Complete isn’t a good product. In fact, it’s a solid supplement with several potential benefits. If you’re looking specifically to improve metabolic health and digestive health, Morning Complete may actually be the better choice in some cases.

But for everyone else who wants the overall panel of benefits from a greens formula (e.g. detoxification, stress management, immunity, general wellness), Organifi Green Juice is the better option due to its higher-quality formulation and lower price.
