magic mind review

There are dozens of natural energy boosters out there now that are designed to be healthier and more effective than conventional energy shots.

These new supplements focus on ingredients that boost health and wellness, rather than simply causing you to bounce off the walls and crash later.

In this article, we’re going over a relatively new energy shot supplement called Magic Mind.

This Magic Mind review covers everything you need to know about this supplement to see if it’s worth taking on a consistent basis.

About Magic Mind

Magic Mind is an energy and productivity shot created by James Beshara, a man who dealt with his own health issues and wanted to create something that was healthier than just cramming down loads of caffeine every day.

Magic Mind Supplement

Rather than acting as a quick fix, the Magic Mind formula is designed to provide long-term boosts in energy, as well as brain function, stress management, and overall wellness.

Sure, there’s a little caffeine in it. But Magic Mind goes way beyond this as it also includes matcha green tea, lion’s mane, bacopa, turmeric, ashwagandha, and many other health-supporting herbs and nutrients.

Altogether, the unique ingredients and their effects are designed to help you be as productive as possible, each and every day, with no crash, jitters, or other bothersome side effects.

Magic Mind Benefits

Magic Mind is advertised to offer many intriguing benefits for those who take it consistently, including:

  • Sustained Energy
  • Heightened Focus
  • Reduced Stress & Anxiety
  • Enhanced Memory
  • General Wellness Support
Magic Mind Benefits

Sustained Energy

When you’re lacking in energy, you may opt for a coffee or quick energy shot. But this often causes side effects in people, such as jitters, anxiety, or that dreaded crash.

Magic Mind claims to offer sustained energy throughout your whole day so you experience more consistency and fewer side effects. This is due to their unique combination of matcha green tea, lion’s mane, B vitamins, and other natural ingredients that work alongside caffeine to promote long-term energy.

Heightened Focus

Brain fog can be a real annoyance, whether you’re trying to focus in a business meeting, study for an exam, or just remember your to-do list.

Magic Mind is promoted to upgrade your focus and concentration, particularly with lion’s mane and bacopa monnieri. These may help you stay on task for longer and be more efficient and productive.

Reduced Stress & Anxiety

Stress and anxiety are two of the biggest problems in our fast-paced world. Unfortunately, many people choose to consume drinks that can actually increase stress on the body, thus causing more problems.

But Magic Mind claims to be able to reduce stress and anxiety, especially with ashwagandha, rhodiola, and other adaptogenic herbs. These may provide a sense of calm and may even boost your mood throughout the day.

Enhanced Memory

Memory is often taken for granted, until you realize just how vital it is. Impaired memory has a hugely negative impact on work, school, relationships, and pretty much everything else in life.

Now, Magic Mind doesn’t claim to be able to reduce severe memory impairments. But their formula is advertised to naturally enhance memory by using bacopa and other compounds, which may give you a little boost compared to your “status quo” levels.

General Wellness Support

A lot of energy drinks can actually do more harm than good to the body. Sure, you may feel more alert and energized, but is it worth it if you’re damaging your digestive system, adrenal glands, or other areas?

The makers of Magic Mind would strongly say “no!”. They claim that Magic Mind also offers general wellness support beyond the normal energy and focus benefits.

Specifically, Magic Mind has turmeric, matcha, echinacea, and several other herbs to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, improve immune health, and support total body wellness.

Altogether, that’s a lot of claims jam-packed into one little shot.

But is Magic Mind really this beneficial and effective? Or is it hyped up a little too much on its own energy?

Keep reading to find out!

Magic Mind Supplement Facts

We’ll focus on the main ones that are likely to deliver the greatest benefits.

Organic Matcha

Matcha is a specific type of green tea with many possible health benefits. It’s rich in EGCG and other catechins, which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Additionally, matcha is a source of l-theanine, which is an amino acid that can increase alpha waves in the brain and may reduce stress and anxiety. And Magic Mind also includes additional l-theanine in isolation to further add to these calming effects.

Lastly, matcha has been shown in some studies to boost focus and cognitive function. So overall this is a pretty solid ingredient to start off with!

Organic Agave

Agave is a natural sweetener. It isn’t used in this formula for any cognitive or energy benefits. But it’s still nice to know that only use natural sweeteners.

Ashwagandha (Organic) and Rhodiola

Magic Mind also includes ashwagandha and Rhodiola, which are two of the most well-researched adaptogenic herbs out there.

An “adaptogen” is something that helps the body manage and recover from stress, whether that’s physical, mental, or emotional.

And both ashwagandha and Rhodiola seem to do a great job of lowering stress hormones and balancing the brain, nervous system, and other areas of the body.

Ashwagandha seems most effective for reducing stress and anxiety, whereas rhodiola likely is best for reducing fatigue and improving mental stamina and mood.

Bacopa

Another high-class herb in this formula is bacopa. This herb contains bacosides and other compounds which have many possible benefits for the brain. In fact, many other nootropics use bacopa too, such as Avantera Elevate

Bacopa may stimulate brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), reduce brain inflammation, and increase acetylcholine levels.

Together, these effects may improve memory and focus, boost mood, and reduce depression.

And since Magic Mind also uses choline, you may get even greater benefits on acetylcholine production and general brain function.

Turmeric

Turmeric is an orange-colored root that’s one of the most popular herbs out there for overall health and wellness.

Curcumin and other compounds in turmeric are highly anti-inflammatory and can reduce pain, improve gut health, and assist metabolism. Plus, some evidence shows that turmeric can reduce brain inflammation and may even be able to reduce depression!

Organic Lion’s Mane and Organic Cordyceps

Lion’s mane and cordyceps are both medicinal mushrooms, which are not to be confused with psychedelic mushrooms!

Lion’s mane is loaded with healthy compounds that seem to boost BDNF, reduce brain inflammation, and support general cognitive health. It may also reduce depression and enhance mental well-being.

Cordyceps isn’t as beneficial for brain health, but there is some evidence that it can improve energy and reduce fatigue.

Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserine is a critical component in the brain and nervous system. It’s essential that you get enough phosphatidylserine to naturally support brain cell function and overall brain health.

Some of the benefits of phosphatidylserine are improved learning and memory, increased attention, and better concentration. These are all more likely to occur too if you don’t get much from the diet.

Organic Natural Caffeine

Magic Mind contains organic natural caffeine, with a modest 55mg per serving. That’s about a little over half a cup of coffee’s worth.

This amount of caffeine is enough to give you a little boost in energy and alertness without overdoing it. That can be particularly helpful for people who are sensitive to caffeine.

Plus, caffeine pairs very well with matcha and l-theanine to potentially increase focus, attention alertness, and general cognitive function.

Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Echinacea

Vitamin C, vitamin D, and echinacea are three of the most beneficial ingredients for supporting immune health.

Vitamin C is also a natural antioxidant that can decrease inflammation.

And vitamin D is important for many other things, including muscle and bone health, brain function, and hormonal health.

These aren’t huge players in terms of cognitive effects, but they still offer a nice range of health benefits.

Saffron

Saffron is a yellow-orange herb that’s very high in carotenoids, which are powerful antioxidants.

Due to this, saffron may be able to decrease inflammation in the brain and seems useful for improving mood and lowering depression

One product that uses a trademarked, clinically-proven form of saffron is ASYSTEM Complete Calm

Does Magic Mind Work?

It’s definitely possible that Magic Mind will work, but not guaranteed.

While Magic Mind has many different well-researched ingredients, they’re all included in a proprietary blend. And it’s not even clear how much the blend weighs, let alone the individual ingredients.

All that’s known is that it provides 55mg of caffeine per serving, but the doses for matcha, ashwagandha, bacopa, and all other important ingredients are unknown.

With problems like this, it can be helpful to look towards reviews though. And we do see that Magic Mind is highly rated (4.5 out of 5) based on over 1,100 reviews. People noticed increased energy, focus, and mood, much like Magic Mind claims to offer.

Magic Mind Supplement Bottles

How Does Magic Mind Compare?

Magic Mind is one of dozens of nootropic supplements out there. But what makes it unique is that it’s in shot form. We’ve only seen a handful of “nootropic shots” out there so far.

One supplement that’s really similar to Magic Mind is MTE (or MTE Feel Good Shots). This formula includes many similar brain boosters as Magic Mind, such as theanine, ashwagandha, and green tea extract. They unfortunately also use a proprietary blend, but at least we’re able to see the total weight of the blend, which is 698mg. MTE definitely has the potential to improve mood, increase energy, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. It also has great reviews overall.

With MTE, you can buy a 4-, 12, or 24-pack, whereas Magic Mind comes in a 15- or 30-pack. Both products are pretty expensive. And while Magic Mind’s original price is higher, they offer subscription pricing that puts their product at a lower serving cost than MTE.

Another brain shot formula is Brain Juice. This is a pretty unique formula as it focuses on natural antioxidants such as acai, blueberry, and acerola cherry, probably to enhance brain blood flow and reduce inflammation. But there certainly are some “classic” nootropics in this shot too, including Alpha-GPC, green tea extract, theanine, and tyrosine.

Overall, Brain Juice is well-formulated and may offer different benefits for focus, mental clarity, mood, and brain function. Plus, there’s no caffeine (besides trace amounts from green tea extract) so it’s suitable for stim-sensitive folks.

And Brain Juice also comes in a drink mix option if you prefer powder over a shot. It’s not a low-priced product either at around $4 per serving.

Who is Magic Mind Best For?

Magic Mind is best for people who want a healthier alternative to conventional energy drinks. It’s potentially a great supplement for those who want a natural increase in steady energy, focus, and stress management.

It also is a good fit for busy people on the go since it comes in a convenient shot form.

Magic Mind Website

Magic Mind comes in ready-to-drink bottles. It’s available as a 15-pack or 30-pack. With both options, you can buy them at the regular price or subscription price, which as you’ll see cuts off a huge amount.

Below are the prices for Magic Mind:

This is a high-priced supplement overall. But remember that you’re paying a lot for convenience.

With that said, the regular prices still seem a bit high, especially since they don’t have a fully transparent label. Since you have the opportunity to save a lot with the subscription, that definitely seems to be the obvious buying choice if you end up liking this product.

They also offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first purchase.

Final Verdict: Magic Mind Review

Magic Mind is one of the few energy and productivity shots out there that is designed to promote natural energy and cognitive function WITHOUT making you feel all wired up.

It has a great mix of brain boosters and other compounds to promote overall wellness. The main issue is that they have all ingredients in a proprietary blend. But judging from the positive customer reviews, people are getting nice effects from it so we can assume that at least a few of the ingredients have solid doses.

Ultimately, we can’t guarantee that Magic Mind will work, but it definitely seems to be worth trying especially if you’re looking for a convenient, natural supplement to boost energy, productivity, and overall mental wellness.
