Cuoco began acting as a child as well, and found small roles on tv and film starting at age 8. Her breakout role was on 8 Simple Rules but she is probably best known and has won awards for playing Penny on The Big Bang Theory. Cuoco has a production company called Yes, Norman named after her dog. She was briefly married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting, and married Karl Cook (son of billionaire Scott Cook) in 2018. She is a spokesperson for The Humane Society. Although Cuoco limits her social media presence, she has millions of followers on Instagram. Cuoco is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 125 lbs.

Regular Training
Cuoco works with a trainer 3 times a week. Her main focus is abs, arms and derriere. She usually does circuits of 3-6 exercises.
Find Your Thing
Cuoco says she tried a lot of different exercise regimens, including Pilates and running, but yoga was thing that spoke to her.
Hot Yoga
Cuoco says she absolutely loves her hot yoga classes and that they make her feel great. She goes 5 days a week.
Horsing Around
Cuoco’s other love is horseback riding, which is not only great exercise, but it’s how she met her husband.

Insecurity Leads to Surgery
Cuoco says she has long suffered from low self-esteem, and had a boob job at age 18. She also had a second tattoo inked to cover up the date of her first wedding.
Freak Accident
Cuoco suffers from chronic pain in her legs, in part due to breaking her leg after a horse fell on her. Amputation was considered, but instead she had 2 permanent metal rods put in. Her character on The Big Bang Theory had to be artfully shot, hiding her cast behind furniture.
