JoJo Siwa Workout and Diet
Joelle Joanie ‘JoJo’ Siwa was born in Nebraska. Her mother was a dance instructor and Siwa was the youngest contestant to finish in the top 5 of the second season of Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition. Soon after that, Siwa appeared on Dance Moms, and after performing on that show, she released the single ‘Boomerang’ which has been viewed over 950 million times. In 2019, Siwa went on her first major concert tour called D.R.E.A.M. The Tour. She also starred in the Paramount+ movie The J Team and she holds multiple Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. In 2020, Siwa was listed on Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People. Business ventures include a line of hair bows with Claire’s, accessories and bedroom decor with J.C. Penny’s, an ice cream flavor at Walmart, and a cereal with General Mills. Her memoir JoJo’s Guide to the Sweet Life was an New York Times bestseller. Siwa made history on Dancing With the Stars by being the first contestant to dance as part of a same-sex couple. She is an advocate for the LGBT community. Her older brother Jayden is also an internet personality. Siwa has millions of followers on social media. She is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 140 lbs.
JoJo Siwa’s Diet
Siwa is young, active, and incredibly busy, all of which could add up to a less-than-ideal diet. The fact that her bedroom is a shrine to candy consumption may also make you think she eats nothing but junk, but the truth is that she makes an effort to eat clean. She calls her diet ‘well-rounded.’ Her go-tos before a show are chicken and veggies and maybe some healthy pasta. Her idea of a yummy snack is cheese and fruit. On the less-than-healthy side, she’s a big fan of pizza rolls and cranberry sauce (although not together, usually). To stay hydrated, she drinks water and juice throughout the day.
Siwa has apparently completely changed her eating habits since posting a video on her ‘4 favorite ingredients’: frozen pizza, mac & cheese, ramen and an Uncrustable to make a ramen jelly cheese pizza.
Food as Fuel
Siwa learned that the best way to have energy to perform was by eating whole, natural foods. Her go-tos are pretty typical: grilled chicken, veggies, and pasta.

Siwa’s mom was a professional dance instructor, and Siwa has been dancing basically her whole life.
Siwa says she’s not big on posting pics of her body online, but she proudly showed her ripped abs in a 2023 New Year’s photo. She admits it took a ton of work.
Not as Easy as It Looks
A big part of being a dancer is making the moves look easy. But when Siwa recreated a routine from a few years back, the aftermath included a big bruise and three pulled muscles.
Mega Daily Dose
Siwa does not mess around when it comes to exercise. The routine she posted on TikTok lasts about 2 hours and includes everything but the kitchen sink.
Besides dancing, Siwa does a lot of high-intensity cardio, including jumping rope and treadmill sprints.

JoJo Siwa’s Supplements
Siwa is keeping quite on supplements for now, so below are options that may benefit anyone following a similar diet plan.
Given that many young people don’t always eat the best diet, a multivitamin is never a bad idea.
Antioxidant, immunity-boosting vitamin C is another smart pick for just about everyone, and it is water-soluble, meaning the body eliminates any excess.
Many people run low on vitamin D, including young adults and kids, and developing strong bones during youth can help prevent problems like osteoporosis later on.
JoJo Siwa’s Lifestyle
A Bow for Everything
Siwa says that while she go-go-goes all day, she is also a big fan of sleep. If you’re wondering if she sleeps wearing a bow, the answer is yes.
The Real JoJo
Siwa insists that her bubbly personality is not an act nor due to excessive consumption of sugar. She’s just naturally full of energy.
Willy Wonka, Eat Your Heart Out
At age 16, Siwa moved into a mansion and decorated her room to look like Candy Land. Not only are there dessert-shaped pillows and giant lollipops, but also numerous candy dispensers containing thousands of pounds of candy.
Siwa says that if she could have any career besides being a dancer, she would be a surgeon.
Life in the Spotlight Is Tough
Siwa has had to deal with an avalanche of online bullying and handles it pretty well, but what got her riled up were negative comments about her teacup Yorkie, BowBow.
Spread Your Wings
One of Siwa’s favorite pastimes is going to an indoor skydiving park called iFly.
Happy to Be Herself
Siwa took a lot of heat for coming out as LGBTQ, she also got a lot of love and support, including from megastars like Elton John, Lady Gaga, and Ellen Degeneres.
Siwa’s line of bow accessories has been a surprising source of controversy, with some schools banning them as they impede the view of other students. Siwa herself owns over 1,000 bows. She says bows promote power and confence.
