JoJo Siwa’s Diet
Diet Summary
Siwa is young, active, and incredibly busy, all of which could add up to a less-than-ideal diet. The fact that her bedroom is a shrine to candy consumption may also make you think she eats nothing but junk, but the truth is that she makes an effort to eat clean. She calls her diet ‘well-rounded.’ Her go-tos before a show are chicken and veggies and maybe some healthy pasta. Her idea of a yummy snack is cheese and fruit. On the less-than-healthy side, she’s a big fan of pizza rolls and cranberry sauce (although not together, usually). To stay hydrated, she drinks water and juice throughout the day.

JoJo Siwa’s Supplements
Siwa is keeping quite on supplements for now, so below are options that may benefit anyone following a similar diet plan.
Multivitamin
Given that many young people don’t always eat the best diet, a multivitamin is never a bad idea.
Vitamin C
Antioxidant, immunity-boosting vitamin C is another smart pick for just about everyone, and it is water-soluble, meaning the body eliminates any excess.
Vitamin D
Many people run low on vitamin D, including young adults and kids, and developing strong bones during youth can help prevent problems like osteoporosis later on.
