Jeff Logan grew up in Ohio. Fitness was always a part of a his life and he started hitting the gym with his dad when he was just 7. Logan trained for the NFL draft but his health was anything but optimal, and at one point he weighed over 300 lbs. When he wasn’t picked up by pro football, Logan used his experience as an athlete and trainer to drop 100 lbs. He created a diet exercise and supplement line called Become to help people become their best selves. Logan has also appeared on screen in the tv series Double Cross and in Cardi B’s Press music video. He is married and has 1 child. Logan has hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 205 lbs.

Logan used a process of trial and error to create his diet and supplements. He eats organic foods and does not consume alcohol, with the exception of small amounts of red wine. Items typically found in his pantry include wild-caught cod, free-range eggs, kale, nuts, brown rice and fresh fruit. He eats every few hours and has smaller meals comprised of a balance of proteins, healthy fats and carbs. He stays hydrated with plenty of water.

Power Up

For Logan’s first meal of the day, he will often have free-range eggs, 3 pieces of toast, and berries.


Smart Snacking

Logan usually has 2 shakes a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, made with his vegan protein powder and half a banana. He’ll also have a kale salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and olive oil to help tide him over until dinner.

Solid Nutrition

Logan is all about eating fresh, health, organic foods. Lunch is usually his biggest meal where he’ll often have a cod fillet and brown rice along with steamed vegetables. For dinner, he’ll skip the carbs and have something like an egg white omelette with some nuts that contain slow-burning, healthy fat to stave off hunger pangs.


It’s Up to You

Logan says it’s easy to hit the fast food drive-thru or snack on unhealthy stuff, but if you’re going to make progress with weight loss, you have to commit to a more disciplined way of eating. To that end, he recommends buying only healthy foods to avoid consuming empty calories.

A Long Road

Although Logan worked out and played sports since childhood, he wasn’t always in the best shape. After hitting the scales at 300 lbs., he decided it was time to make a change.

Logan’s garage is the ultimate man cave. Besides housing his Lamborghini, Ferrari, and motorcycle he rarely rides, it is his gym, office, and lounge. It’s also the space where he stores his merchandise and a lot of things he doesn’t use (but plans to), including a guitar.
