\

Power Up

For Logan’s first meal of the day, he will often have free-range eggs, 3 pieces of toast, and berries.

\

Smart Snacking

Logan usually has 2 shakes a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, made with his vegan protein powder and half a banana. He’ll also have a kale salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and olive oil to help tide him over until dinner.
\

Solid Nutrition

Logan is all about eating fresh, health, organic foods. Lunch is usually his biggest meal where he’ll often have a cod fillet and brown rice along with steamed vegetables. For dinner, he’ll skip the carbs and have something like an egg white omelette with some nuts that contain slow-burning, healthy fat to stave off hunger pangs.

\

It’s Up to You

Logan says it’s easy to hit the fast food drive-thru or snack on unhealthy stuff, but if you’re going to make progress with weight loss, you have to commit to a more disciplined way of eating. To that end, he recommends buying only healthy foods to avoid consuming empty calories.

\

Choose Your Treats Wisely

Logan mostly avoids alcohol, but if he does want to tipple, he’ll have something that is still healthy, such as red wine.

Jeff Logan’s Lifestyle

Rest Is Essential

Logan says getting sufficient sleep was a key element of his own weight loss and fitness transformation.

Grand Restart

After his NFL bid failed, Logan had to scramble to make ends meet. He worked odd jobs, and never gave up on the dream of being successful. He sees every day as a fresh one to rewrite the stats and make things happen that others might consider to be impossible.

Instant Grand Plan

Logan used to sneak into a gym to work out, and began posting workout tips on social media. When a woman at the gym asked him to design a workout for her, he saw his chance and created ‘Logan Performance’ on the spot.

Grand Ambitions

Logan’s dream for himself is to keep improving in every way. As for his brand, he wants to see it in major retailers around the world.

All-In-One Space

Logan’s garage is the ultimate man cave. Besides housing his Lamborghini, Ferrari, and motorcycle he rarely rides, it is his gym, office, and lounge. It’s also the space where he stores his merchandise and a lot of things he doesn’t use (but plans to), including a guitar.

Ink King

Logan is more or less covered in tattoos. He says it’s weird to see old pictures of himself where he doesn’t have them.

{

Logan on Not Getting Selected in the NFL Draft

‘I had put all my eggs in 1 basket. I had no plans for the next month.’

{

Logan on The Factors That Led to His Success

‘Failure. Every time something didn’t work, I learned a new way NOT to do something. I’m very thankful and fortunate for every failure I’ve encountered. They’ve made me who I am today. Without failure, I wouldn’t be as strong and I wouldn’t have “practiced” so hard.’

{

Logan on Getting Through Hard Times

‘When things were rough at first, I would often envision a version of myself who could do it all.’

{

Logan on Doing His Best

‘If I know for a fact that I can do better, I think it’s kind of a sin not to push myself.’

{

Logan on Being a Successful Entrepreneur

‘Organization is key. Every day, there should be a set of tasks written out to be executed. If there is no structure,…nothing will really get completed.’

{

Logan on Human Potential

‘Over time, I just realized that human potential is limitless.’
