Jeff Logan grew up in Ohio. Fitness was always a part of a his life and he started hitting the gym with his dad when he was just 7. Logan trained for the NFL draft but his health was anything but optimal, and at one point he weighed over 300 lbs. When he wasn’t picked up by pro football, Logan used his experience as an athlete and trainer to drop 100 lbs. He created a diet exercise and supplement line called Become to help people become their best selves. Logan has also appeared on screen in the tv series Double Cross and in Cardi B’s Press music video. He is married and has 1 child. Logan has hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. Logan used a process of trial and error to create his diet and supplements. He eats organic foods and does not consume alcohol, with the exception of small amounts of red wine.
