Marine Collagen and Elastin Peptides

The main advertised ingredient in INBLOOM Beauty Aura is marine collagen and elastin peptides. Collagen makes up 30% of the body’s protein, and it is especially vital for connective tissue, such as that found in skin, bone, cartilage, and nails.

When supplemented, collagen gets broken down into amino acids that act as building blocks for collagen formation and also stimulate the creation of new collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin.

Collagen supplementation has been shown to increase skin hydration, elasticity, smoothness, and density, as well as reduce wrinkles and other signs of aging. Plus, collagen supplementation has also been shown to increase hair thickness and increase nail strength.

Collagen peptides, such as those found in Momentous Collagen Peptides and Zhou Collagen Peptides, seem to be the most beneficial since they have the highest bioavailability. And the marine sources used in INBLOOM Beauty Aura are getting more and more attention for their usefulness and safety profiles.

Horsetail Extract

Another ingredient included in INBLOOM Beauty Aura is horsetail extract. Horsetail is a plant rich in a number of antioxidant compounds as well as minerals, especially silica. Due to its high silica and mineral content, it is thought to be an effective supplement for hair growth. Some research does show this, but a lot of it is merely anecdotal.

Antioxidant Blend

INBLOOM Beauty Aura also has an Antioxidant Blend, which consists of powders and extracts from a wide array of common and exotic fruits, such as amla, pomegranate, lyceum, cranberry, acerola, and Schisandra. Essentially, all of these fruits are loaded with antioxidants and other phytochemicals, such as flavonoids, phytosterols, sesquiterpenes, and triterpenes, that can help protect against skin damage and aging.

For example, some of the compounds in these fruits can scavenge free radicals and oxidative stress, protect against UV damage, protect the skin matrix, and even help moisturize the skin. As a result, all of these help slow the signs of aging in your skin, such as wrinkles, fine lines, roughness, and decreased elasticity.

Boron

The final ingredient in INBLOOM Beauty Aura is boron, a trace mineral. Boron is quite effective at improving wound healing. Plus, it is able to act on specific enzymes in the fibroblasts, such as collagenase and elastase; and thus, might play a role in increasing collagen production and elastin formation, which could benefit the skin, hair, and nails. But more direct research is needed.

Does INBLOOM Beauty Aura Work?

We think that INBLOOM Beauty Aura should be an effective skin and overall beauty supplement. It has a high-quality source of collagen, although the dose is a bit lower than what’s optimal. Even still, collagen and collagen supplements are known to have a number of benefits for skin health as well as hair and nail health.

The antioxidant blend is also loaded with anti-aging compounds in different fruits, so this should provide further protection against aging and thus contribute to a more youthful appearance.

Boron and horsetail could also help, but there just isn’t enough research to say for sure despite the anecdotal evidence.

Claims vs. Reality

Recall that INBLOOM Beauty Aura is supposed to offer immediate and long-lasting benefits. It’s not very likely that you’ll get immediate improvements in hydration as they claim, but you should get a fast-acting increase in antioxidant support, which could help right away.

You should see improvements in the health and appearance of your skin, hair, and nails in the long run, especially for your skin, since this has the most research behind it.

Will it turn your hair from a brittle mess into lustrous luxury, or have your skin glowing like a runway model? Most likely not. But it should improve the looks of your skin, hair, and nails, especially if you have a lot of damage from aging and other stresses.

Another thing to remember is to be consistent with use, as these products take time to reach their full effects. You should supplement for at least a couple of months before evaluating.

Who is INBLOOM Beauty Aura Best For?

INBLOOM Beauty Aura is best for anyone looking to improve the health and appearance of their skin, hair, and nails, with particular emphasis on skin. It should be effective in decreasing visible signs of aging and help you to look healthier and more youthful.
